This is a question of precise calculation mostly. Principles to follow:
1) Take all free VP you can and calculate exactly how much it will make in the particular month - take care, numbers for different months will differ!
2) Calculate the lacking amount.
3) Search for the cheapest and most useful alternative to get these VP. Maybe TCredits are best. If you choose them, don't be irrational and don't buy them by 1. Next month will come and they come handy.
4) Take all opportunities

I have read a lot of answers and would like to start with what is NOT a solution:
- "Advertise in right places." I am quite familiar with the world of elite PTC-s, Traffic Exchanges and Mailers and can assure you that even the best PTC-s and Pro Only TE-s do advertise scam. The best example is the infamous Paypal trick "turning your Paypal into ATM". You sell there the trick itself, so this is a classic pyramid scheme. Still, net is full of this rubbish, including elite and

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

I think this is not the real question. You have to build a team anyway at the end of the day and you need at least 1500 VP each month. These two goals have to be harmonized somehow, so the real question is: how should I get 1500 VP to build my team most efficiently?

Now the answer is much simpler. If you have to buy something anyway for 1500 VP, you may try buying PSA-s directly, buying co-op shares or buying TC-s and try to win the same in auction. Even less direct approach is buying

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

I have been never rated here yet and have 4 PSA only at the moment, but the general principle is that YOU should know what you are doing well and where are your flaws if any.

Both the business and other sectors I come from are quite merciless - nothing like here in SFI. Therefore I am likely to expect too much from my team - not more than from myself, but what is normal for me, may be painful for them.

I should be aware of that and be ready to get dissatisfaction in exchange.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Unusual answer, as always. I never tell obvious things, you can read those in hundreds of places.

The best way is to advise them NOT to set up SO at the beginning of their journey. If they work and are not just sitting and waiting for something good to happen to them, first two months they make 1500 VP free easily.

From third month SO is really the most convenient way, but in terms of cost it is suboptimal. First of all, they do not need SO for 1500 VP, as they can gather 400

There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

In some promos I just quote some figures, like 15+ year track record, huge number of members, articles sold and countries served, but this is just for their information. They may believe it or not.

I also tell them SFI is free or next to free if they want to run it like that, there ate no bosses and obligations.

All this may sound good, but it is not enough, because of counter-arguments like that:
- All MLM is scam, so SFI is no better.
Or even:
- Everything

I would prefer Payoneer just because it is a real bankcard and can be used in all ways other bankcards can. Paypal? May be fine, I use it myself, but sometimes I have a feeling my counterparty there is not a kind of banker, but a kind of inquisitor. So many restrictions, overdone "security measures" and bureaucracy. As far as payment processors as such are concerned, Payza is better, they are friendly and don't consider you member of Al-Qaeda if you buy Golden membership in some elite PTC.

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

Actually I also have such. I do only one thing: connect with them still, so if they finally do something I see it immediately and start to promote them.
However, I do not think I have any reasons to convince or push. Same principle: "Some will, some won't. So what? Next!"

You may even consider this phase as their first trial as ECA-s, or pass exam if you like that better.

Task: to complete all formalities and create this very list of products, even if it will

Non-standard answer again:

Why do you need a mentor, to motivate you or to inform you and give tips?

It is good to have a mentor to encourage you, but I don't think that SFI should be started at all with insufficient motivation. So here YOU are your first mentor and no one else.

SFI has more information available to learn than you probably can process at once, so you do not need mentor for this either.

What you may really need is someone who will show you

Could I be little harsh?

First of all not to submit such questions. But you are innocent, someone who have chosen it should think about meaning of life.

What means best? Best to whom? What was your aim when you joined SFI? Are you best if you feel you achieved it? Who will judge? And so many similar questions.

My answer is: do not try to be the best. Just perform your best without straining yourself, right?

No detailed recipes, they are individual for everyone.
