Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Running a business is a complex job. It needs creativity and constant adjustment to changing conditions. Even planes fly on autopilot only when circumstances are unlikely to change, never when taking off or landing. Yet, even then, close monitoring is essential.
Running your SFI business is very much like flying a plane. You have to be very well equipped with knowledge and skills to even try starting a business. Once you have decided to meet the challenge, start building it step by step, patiently and carefully. At the same time stay alert for any change that might endanger it. When you have reached a certain degree of stability, you might delegate responsibilities.
However, even if you have built a solid team and ensured a steady flow of income, you should provide constant monitoring. An autopilot is inappropriate.
What is more, don’t forget to think ahead of time and be innovative. Shift your focus. Devote your time to finding new opportunities, trying new ideas and using new technologies to improve your business.
Be better, outrun your competition, aim higher and dream bigger!

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

What happens with those you sponsor is beyond your control. It is up to them to follow you or find other ways of running their business.
All you can do is teach by example, always be available for help/advice/support. Humor your team members, give all possible assistance, answer their questions to the best of your ability, inspire and motivate them to do the same.
Duplication is the best recipe for success you can provide them with. However, it takes much more than a recipe to cook a delicious meal.
So, do your best and let thing happen as they would.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?
Evgeniy Chinkov, Aff (Bulgaria)

Affiliate since: 09/15/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The Standing Order is a convenience for every SFI Affiliate to maintain the SFI rank they wish. Once set up it ensures the automatic monthly delivery of the chosen product as well as the VP attached to it. If the latter are 1500 or more the affiliate is entitled to 100 bonus VP every month.
SO provides more time to devote to your essential task of building up a team, instead of focusing on accumulating VP for the respective SFI rank. SO facilitates getting bonuses, commissions and matching VP from your down line affiliates. It gives access to discounts on TC direct products.
All this should be explained carefully to PSAs and CSAs and the importance and advantages of SO clearly outlined. The personal example of your own SO as a lead to follow is highly recommended. However, the decision should be left to them.
In short, inform, lead by example and leave at peace to decide.
No need to “convince“ PSAs, rather offer them the advantage of SO provided by SFI through TripleClicks as an additional tool to facilitate their business development.

How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

Every business needs time, resources and encouragement to succeed. All these concern your life partner vitally. The key word is SHARE.
Building up your business until it gathers momentum is time-consuming, budget draining and patience trying. You take time away from your family. You use the family resources to lay the foundations of uncertain future income. You try the endurance of your most beloved.
So why not recruit them to be your most fervent supporter? You are expected to persuade complete strangers to work for your team. Start with your nearest and dearest: acquaint them with SFI, give them the reason why you take up this type of business, share the responsibility as you are certainly going to share eventual acquisitions, pass on your enthusiasm, listen to their ideas on your business strategies, double your strengths and halve your weaknesses.
For isn’t it stated: “For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health...”

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?
Evgeniy Chinkov, Aff (Bulgaria)

Affiliate since: 09/15/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The secret is you must have a team to be a Team Leader.
After you have taken care of your EA/EA2 status, you have to recruit PRMs, or advertise for PSAs, or join SBuilder co-op to get some sign ups. This is a permanent concern as very few of them will start working hard right away. So out of considerable numbers there will be some and it’s your responsibility to teach them how to succeed.
Building up a team is no easy task. That is why you should focus on that, not on how many VPs you have accumulated towards the next badge. In the process you also learn a lot about how it all works. You meet the challenge of advertising, especially if you have no previous experience. You find out how difficult it is to deal with different people without hurting their feelings. You come to know what your capacity of coping with pressure is. You build up yourself as a human being by thinking about others more than about yourself.
To be a Team Leader is more a responsibility than a privilege. It certainly takes time, perseverance and dedication. There is no easy way to do it. It is hard work every day, hour by hour, minute by minute. Good luck!

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?
Evgeniy Chinkov, Aff (Bulgaria)

It is a scientific truth that when enough quantity is accumulated, this inevitably leads to change in quality. Hopefully a change for the better.
To apply this universal truth to SFI recruiting PSAs, you have to accumulate a considerable amount of newly signed affiliates to achieve a small number (experienced leaders confirm it’s about 1% that become active) of really good quality PSAs. Then it is your responsibility to assist them and lead the way to success for them. Remember, their success is your success!
The key is communication.”Communicate to duplicate”. Once you start communicating with those who answer, you can apply all the good advice you can find in SFI training materials. Never give up and “work with the workers” as Gery says.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

First, find out the reason why.
Then do your best to eliminate it.
This may seem simple but it needs a lot of effort at successful communication.
You must know what your PSAs need.It might be different from what you think they need.
So,ask them, make suggestions, try to guess their difficulties based on your experience with SFI. At the same time respect them and never intrude on their privacy.
Apply individual approach, make good use of your sense of humor and your life experience. Remember these are living people with their individual strengths and human weaknesses. Good luck!

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?
Evgeniy Chinkov, Aff (Bulgaria)

Affiliate since: 09/15/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
It is essential to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs. Team Leaders have been provided with beautiful Welcome e-cards that are handy and easy to use.
What is more, constant communication is vital for both Team Leaders and new PSAs. If you add individual touch to your relations, you are likely to achieve better results. Personal attention is always a great way to get successful reciprocation. I am really fond of the tip e-cards which help to monitor each individual VP Ledger on the spot and send useful tips to your team members.
Group mailings are excellent for attending to groups of affiliates with similar issues to be expected. They are suitable for sending information. They can be used as a timely reminder for overlooked or underestimated actions.
Both individual and group mailings are great tools for building up your team and should be made good use of. It is worthwhile using both properly to achieve maximum results.
