I learned that it's all about creating your team. Finding affiliates is the key, and selling TripleClicks products on the other.

Without a team, maintaing your TL rank can be really expensive. But with at least 5 good workers, who also have some under them, things change. Getting involved with sales on TripleClicks, and finding your PRM's is also important too.

I also learned a lot from Internet Income course. It gaved me new approach and view on things. Thanks for the SFI to that. Also, it made me persistent and more braver to approach and get new affiliates.

It's a great thing to apply the methods, what you've learned here in SFI and get yourself a quality team, PSA's. Also, by sponsoring affiliates, you learn more and prove yourself as a quality Team Leader.

On the other hand it is also a great thing to consider the S-Builder where you can also get some affiliates or PRM's.

Combining both of the methods can bring you more success of course, what I would personally suggest to you.

If you are sure that you are giving them the right support, info and guidlines then everything should be going great. If you are unsure about how to give them the exact info, that could be the problem. Be always consistent and trustworthy.

You've sure heard for "Be An Awesome Sponsor" article here on SFI. Everytime I'm unsure on the right approach or tactic, I get back to the article to learn even more. Make sure that you are always on the right track with your affiliates and that you are providing them a great info and help, and for sure the best rating will be provided.
