In my oppinion, if your PSA are showing desire to progress you should encourage them to go further they can. This can be a nice motivation for them, and even if they have not a team yet,they are still learning.. they can take benefit of being a team leader without a team (they will get a share of PSA, and free TC credits) they can use to grow their business from the beginning.
Nothing can motivate us like seeing our own progress and growing our business, so being a team leader in a beginning, for me is a good way to start.I think if we see some PSA is very active, asking question, showing his intention and will to go faster, we should encourage him always.
When we see our own progress and results, we give the best of us, and there is no better motivation, then see our own business go in a good direction.
But everyone of us have our own way and timing to do things, so, we should always talk and understand the person we have in front of us, and in base of this, decide what suggestion to give.

Talking about time we spend to improve our business can be tricky because the time we spent doing something does not mean that it is also the time spent in effective work.It is not about time it is about our habits, our goals and our decison what we have to do in order to succeed.
Usually a less time, but well planed are more effective than a whole day working without a plan.
We have to plan our time, to be successful. Planing will help us to stay focused on the goals we set, and we will spend less time to do more effective work.
It is not about time spent working but is about utilization and efficiency of our time . The important thing is preparation, goal setting, daily planning, thinking about the possibilities, ways and techniques that we can use to improve our business ( this can happened anytime and anywhere, in various parts of our days and our lives) - We should take notes when this happened!.. ...
So ,I suggest Start your day the evening before,by planning what you need to be done, the next day . Take notes on what to concentrate and put a time limit for every activity you need to do.This way it will not happen to count in one job and ignore the other things that must be done during the day.
Plan regular activities, also plan your weekly and monthly goals and set a time for them (the new advertising techniques, new methods and tools, research...), this you can plan once a week or more, depending on your commitment and other activities.
If we plan our time this way we can be successful with only a few hours daily for regularly activities, and another few hours weekly for learning and specialization, but we are all individuals with different habits, skills and goals, so everyone of us should find a most effective way to use the time for the best results.

I think SFI is a excelent possibility for students.
Allows them easier and quick entry into the world of business, since it does not require any investment. Teaches them things that are important for their further life and success in life (persistence, diligence, thoroughness), enabling them financial freedom and success in a future.They have a possibility to earn while studying, and at the same time, if they are diligent and hardworking, provide them financial freedom and security for the future.
In fact, I think it's the best time to start dealing with SFI, because they have a lot of time to create a fantastic future.

In my opinion we should not stop anyone or slow down their progress. It is our duty to meet them with all the possibilities, with all PROS and CONS, advantages and disadvantages of specific steps.
If someone wants to progress fast and from the beginning started in a fast mode, I think that we should not slow them down, but encourage and help. Of course, our duty is to explain realistically all the possibilities and options, what they get with rapid progress and why it is not necessary to rush, but the final decision is on them. We are here to show them a way, but they choose how they want to travel.
In my experience, I have seen members who reach PTL in the first month and proceed maintaining high leadership status,building a nice team.. as well as those who have moved slowly, follow the suggested steps: EA, EA2 ... and yet, they give up.
All this is individual and depends on the person, on his goals, wishes and possibilities.

Although we always recommend a gradual, step by step improvement, I think that, the one who decided to start and progress faster, deserves our attention, help and encouragement. If he is ambitious, willing to learn and work,he will adopt all the necessary knowledge faster, he will apply more ,be dedicate more....
We have read lot of discussion about whether to encourage leadership without a team. In my opinion we should not force no one , but if we see in our PSA a will and desire to do the needed steps faster, and progress faster, certainly we should not stop them, but support and help them.
Of course, we must explain them they will not immediately have a team, VPs and earnings from the team, but will receive some share of CSA, will receive a bonus (after two months of leadership status), TCredits ... and with all that they can make the first profits and this can be a good incentive for further progress .
This is my opinion, and I do this way when happened to me (what a luck! ) to have some PSA that is ambitious and want to progress in a faster way.

How can we assure that we take a right direction to our destination? By following the signs near a road, passing the places we know lead to our destination.
So what are the signs we can see the duplication take place?

1.Our team follow our steps and the instructions that we gave them

2.They are active, independent, trying out new ways and methods to develop business

3.They are seeking new opportunities (sales, advertising, sponsorship)

4.They collect badges,participate in contests,challenges.. trying to be always better

5.They try to do the best they can, knowing that the best way to be a leader is lead

The best way to commit new PSAs is to regularly inform and motivate them through team mail,individual messages, postcards.. share with them our enthusiasm, our successes and results,our happiness with this amazing business we all are in. Enthusiasm is contagious, it stimulate to action and progress.
If they feel our joy and positive attitude, see all our badges and our successes, if we regularly inform them about the news and changing that comes, if we encourage them.. they will feel always more attracted, they will want to follow us and achieve success as we, even better ...
