You can offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged through the following ways.
1.Let him/her know and understand the importance of duplication. By doing do, you will imbibe in him/her the knowledge of being a leader and he/she can earn direct commissions from his/her active downlines as well.
2.Let him/her understand that in the absence of funds, that time is required. Let him/her know that if he/she is challenged financially, he/she should devote his/her time to advertising, promoting his/her gateways, promoting products on tripleclicks by referring prospective buyers to it and also referring ECAs to earn royalties for life as long as those ECAs remain active.
3.You can as well give out gift certificate or T-Credits to show him/her that you are impressed by his/her hard-work. This goes a long way to encourage and motivate him/her to strive for more rewards.
Finally, always have time for your downlines no matter how occupied you are. By doing so, you'll know when they need your assistance and also be ready to help them out in the best of your ability.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

There is no restriction to the class of people you recruit into SFI. All that matters is whether they will be willing to work for a common good or not.
In my opinion, recruiting our family members is the most effective way of sponsorship in that you are going to establish a close and cordial relationship and this plays an important role in building up a strong team.
Your family members are bound to trust you, work with you as a team and look up to you for guidance unlike people outside the family circle who might have some doubts about you.
You will as well have a close contact with your family members and keep track of their progress in the business and be ready to assist them when necessary cause if they succeed, you succeed as well.
I think it is a good idea to recruit our family members into SFI.

What I tell prospect ECAs about the ECA program is that the program exposes their business to a wide network of prospect buyers. It is free to join and they will list their products at zero cost. They will only be charged when a purchase is made and the range is between 15% to 50% of their product price so they can choose between that range which one suits them most.
I'll go further by telling them that they will have over a hundred thousand affiliates willing to advertise their products and thereby making it easy for them to sell it out in a limited time. They will also own a free domain with their company name so customers can reach out and connect with them easily wherever they are in any part of the world.
I will also tell them that they will have the freedom of choosing the best prices for their products. They are free to choose which shipping method to use in delivering their products to their customers and they are free to place any shipping charges required. They can as well obtain a TCurrency and Local Pay license to sell out TCurrency to buyers in their home country and get the money paid directly into their local bank account.

If you want to explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for, you simply tell them that it is a measuring tendency used in determining your activities in SFI.
VersaPoints are the reward you get for completing a task here in SFI. This tasks range from reviewing your daily, weekly and monthly todos and extends to making sales or purchases from Tripleclicks.
It also determines your success here in SFI. The more VersaPoints you earn determines the more successful you are in SFI. If you are able to earn a minimum of 1500 VersaPoints each month, you qualify as an Executive Affiliate and you earn a lot of benefits from that such as T-Credits bonus, shares from the Tripleclicks pool, bonus perks and lots more.

The difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business is that;
Firstly, No capital is required to start an SFI business but a traditional business will require a small or larger capital for a start.
Futhermore, SFI has all the tools you need to build a successsful business but in a traditional business, one has to invent all the tools he/she needs to build up his/her business.
Moreover, SFI has a cost free training to equip their affiliates with the necessary knowledge on how to build up his/her business and you are guaranteed a 24/7 support but it is not so in a traditional business because all the cost incurred rest on the owner of the business.
Lastly, SFI has an unlimited source of income with its attractive compensation plan but in a traditional business, the source of income is limited.
Considering the above points, I think an SFI affiliate is better off than a person operating a tradional business.

The best ways to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs is through your team mailer, stream posts, SFIM chats, emails, social networks like facebook, twitter, skype, google+, linkedin, etc.
How often to keep in contact with them should be on daily basis. This will help you to build up a strong communication link with your downline and also establish a cordial relationship with them.
Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

One thing that has made a difference for me in succeeding with SFI is their business training program. I have never been involved in any MLM business before but since I became a member of SFI, I have been taught all I need to know about building up my online marketing business, all this at no cost.
The goodnews is that the first month I joined this business, I went through a training program which is very rare with other online marketing business. Another wonderful apect of it is that I was earning income while I was learning about the business program.
Other things that have made a difference for me in succeeding with SFI is that I am being awarded points each day I login and review my todo list tabs. The Pricebenders Auctions is yet another thing. Even the ECA program. The exciting streams of income. All these have made a difference for me in succeeding with SFI.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

If you are recruiting quality PSAs and quality ECAs, the quality ECAs will generate the quickest income since you earn sales commission on every sales they make. But your success depends mainly on duplication and so I will advise you to spread your tentacles wide by recruiting both PSAs and ECAs.
Sometimes the market might be rough with the ECAs you recruit and they might have low or no sales at a particular period but you can imagine what your PSAs can do for you if you were able to imbibe in them the spirit of duplication. Try and build up an active and vibrant team. This is the secret of making a lifetime residual income.
When you have succeeded in building up your team of active PSAs and recruiting successful ECAs who are conversant with the ECA program. You won't have to worry about earning the quickest income here in SFI cause it will be coming in streams.
