How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful?

We should look the number of hours devoted in terms of quality not quantity.An affilaite might spend decide to spend five,six,seven or eight hours a week and come up with tips,ideas and answers of that will help him to be succesful while on the other hand another affiliate might spend all of his/her time each day to make up a week without comming up with lucrative matters of been succesful.However,I recommend that,every affiliate should always have in mind reasons and ideas of why they should stay long or short with forcos to that will make them be succesful in this business. What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

Success in SFI is not all about knowing people,it is about given your time to learn and understand what to do to be successful.
Even though you need people to keep you going in the business,it must not be the people you know and that is why you options are given on how to recruit people.
Among this methods are using S.building,winning PSAs and CSAs in price benders auctions and winning CSAs in your daily grand drawings. There are more options besides the once listed above.
So you see,you must not know people before succeeding here..knowing what to do and putting them into practice is all you need to for cos on. Good luck!

In the same vein..a team leader should be very determine in all him/she do.
He should be able to set up some short and long time goals to work with and to his/her down lines. He should be kind and gentle and be always ready to listen to the problems his/her down lines are facing to be able to solve them where possible.
If you must be a good leader,you must be ready to motivate your followers based on their effort and time that are dedicated to the business..don't forget to always do the right thing as a leader because duplications is very important.

Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?

For one who is financially buoyant will always pre fare paid advertisement because he/she always feel that quality sign ups can always come from it as a result of well designed and good features
Which will attract or captivate peoples mind easily.
On the other hand,free advertisement should interest newbies who are short of finance in running the business to keep them going before getting to the top.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

Any affiliate that is interested in SFI will surely remain in it because he/she already has passion for it.
However,to get affiliates that are interested in SFI should be a very difficult task because you can not say what anybody's like or dislike could be by mare looking at their faces.
The only way I think you can identify who is interested in SFI is by setting up a meeting for those who are interested in doing business around you..make it a class if you wish and tell them all you know about SFI. Tell them what is real about it and live them to make decisions on whether to join or not.
This way you might know who is interested or not.

It is however the role of their sponsors to keep them active while you serve as a support to keep them going.
At your part..the role to play is nothing more than using mailer to reach them as you bear in mind that you must not force them to become active.
You also need to admit that inactive PSAs or CSAs is a familiar experience in SFI..it is just part of the rough road to success. Take it the way it comes and ride ahead with your goal attainment.

You can not meet new people without introducing your selve.Let them know who you are to them and let to thier knowledge some words of encouragements like: 1.SFI is free althrough learning process. 2.with SFI thier aims,plans,and target is acheived if only they can endure fade. 3.That SFI is the most succesful business ever around the globe. 4.That they should always ask questions where they need answers. 5.And ensure them that you are with them as you can always assist them get to thier targeted goals if you can.etc I hope it helps

What's the best TripleClicks product to have for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate?

In my own opinion I think there is no way of setting a standing order with either IAHBE or any tripleclicks product that is not the best. It all depends on your financial capabilities,all affiliates need to know is either subscribe for IAHBE that will give them 1500vp with no extra work for the month or subscribe for any tripleclicks product with extra actions that will make them meet up their required 1500vp for the month. So, they are both best(IAHBE or Tcredit packs) for setting up a standing other because they all have their benefits after subscriptions,its just a matter of choice and capabilities after words.

As far as SFI is concern we are all mentors to our selves..you are only a men tee as a newbie.
However,your sponsor,uplines,a2a friends and affiliates in the forum are there is mentors to help you understand what you care to know and assist you where possible.
On the other hand,you will sooner be a sponsor to your downlines,take part in the forum,a2a and share with other affiliates what you know or must have experienced in the business.
So you see..we are all mentors to the business.

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

You could buy PSAs or sponsor them your self,it is for the growth of your team.
You should know that sponsoring them your self is just one method of advertisement towards building your team,and it is done in most cases on the ground that there is no money to buy PSAs. But if there is,you can sponsor them your self as a reliable source and buy them too.
You can always get better PSAs from buying.
I am also sold to my sponsor..so you see!! It works for good in both ways.
