Hello Zorica. Persuading someone in there that brings the opposite effect., Because it is much better to explain their PSA as you succeed and why you took the SO itself. Send them a team-mail in which you'll tell them how you managed to get to the current position, how much is all this helped SO that you have and why you chose the one you have. New members need to know the advantage but will figure it out exclusively when they explain it to your example and they would wish to be successful like you.

No the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month.
Here is primarily a duplication because it gives you the best way of achieving the objective of maintaining the position of Team Leader. Just find 5 quality people who have a goal like you and teach them to do the same. Simplest answer to this question would be - explain them to your example.
Duplication is extremely important if you want to work and earn money. Explain that each new member when it becomes EA2 brings action 100 VP his sponsor and thus helping him progress.
