Advertise Locally:- When we advertise online, our adverts are seen by different people around the world. If we as online marketers want to streamline our market or get affiliates within your country, we can place our advertisement locally to get sign ups. With that, it makes communication easier thereby overcoming Language Barrier.

Getting to know affiliates Spoken Language and using Google Translators:- Usually, when we get our sign ups, on their Snap shot page, it is filled up by them their Primary Language. If Primary Language Is not English, we as Sponsors should not give up easily as there are different ways of Communicating with them by use of Google Translators. With that, we type a mail and copy to the Google Translators to the Affiliate preferred Language. Once translated to the affiliate preferred Language, we send them a mail. This is the first contact with our new sign ups who do not speak English as their Primary Language. This is good as sending a mail in their Language helps to build rapport and a good relationship with the new PSAs so that they do not loose track or drop off due to communication barrier.

Using the Reassign Tool:- We as Sponsors, when we realise that we are not Communicating effectively with our PSAs/CSAs, we can re assign them to hardworking affiliates in our team of the same country or if CSAs, through the CSA exchange pool. These are wonderful tools by SFI as its a win - win situation. Win - Win situation as we are helping our hardworking PSA build their their team as they are communicating with people from their country. Also with the new Team Leadership advantage, a BTL can also transfer his CSAs to hard working CSAs from the same country .This is a way of appreciating such CSAs as they are building their team as well. Likewise, exchanging some of my CSAs not from my country to ones from my country via the CSA exchange pool.

Use Simple and Concised words in Communication:- As sponsors, when we are aware that our PSAs/CSAs are not too fluent with the use of English, we should try as much as possible to Keep It Short and Simple (KISS) for clarity and ease of communication.

Our first approach should be to Welcome our new PSAs to the team and get them started with the GETTING-STARTED ACTIONS. Better still, let them take quick action with the actions that have a jet symbol which are:-

1. For confirming their registration.
2. For whitelisting [email protected].
3. For completing their Affiliate Profile.
4. For sending their SFI Commitment Message to their sponsor.
5. For uploading their photo to the Affiliate Center.
6. For reading the Getting Started FAQs
7. For reviewing the SFI Compensation Plan
8. For liking SFI on Facebook:
9. For liking TripleClicks.com on Facebook.

Will give a total 540 vera point which must be within the first 24hrs to get the 250 versa point bonus. That alone qualifies my PSAs to be Fast Track Members and in return, get a 250 versa point as bonus. The best to utilize the Designated Diamond Programme to build your team is to Work with the Workers. By this, your send invitations to only hard working, dedicated affiliates who are minimum EA2 as you are working closely with such affiliates, guiding them to achieve their goals.

Once you have sent an invitation and you as their sponsor recieves a commitment mail, then we need to work with them immediately to keep the flame burning.

Regarding the strategies to be used with the new PSAs, I as their sponsor would encourage them to become Gold Fast Track Member for them to be EA2 and earn the $100 signing bonus. This is an incentive and encourages the new affiliate as they begin to earn from the first day they join. The next stage is for them to read and study SFI basis and Rules of Success for them to acheive their goals.

The (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN (and facilitates your advancement all the way to Diamond Team Leader...but it's first big benefit is that it can greatly help you generate and maintain EA2s.

The beauty with the (DD) programme is that, new affiliates can be EA2 in their first month which can make you rise to BTL while some of the existing old PSAs that are EA2, we need to encourage them to be BTL so that we their sponsors can be Silver Team Leader (STL). Some of the ways you can get your affiliates to be EA2 is by telling them about the NMP Pack which cost $20. The benefits includes 200 Member Rewards Points, 50 TCredits,10 EZ Express tokens and 30 FREE entries in the TripleClicks Daily Crown Drawing that is one free entry each day for the next 30 days. 3 Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA) added to your team and an extra 250 versa point bonus for doing the Getting Started Actions (500 versa points) which gives you 1250 versa points in total. That is 500 SVP for the NMP pack, 500 AVP from the Getting Started and 250 bonus versa points. To start up your SFI business and decide a budget, we must have done alot of reading and taken a look at the Tripleclicks store to know what we can order monthly (especially if its a daily or weekly product in order to do transfer buy) and at the same time help in your SFI business. This is killing 2 birds with a stone.

I believe if we do transfer buy, we are going to be working within the household expenses as well as miscellaneous expenses. SFI business will come under miscellaneous expenses. Its at this junction we would work out a budget to balance both expenses.

For our SFI business budget, we can invest in $60. This amount $36.25 Standing Order of 125 T credits which gives you 1500 versa points (automatically become an EA) and $22 S builder Standing Order will give 280 versa points. The totals 1780 versa points for your Standing Order and amount spent will be $58.25. If your budget isn't up to that, you can go for 100 t credits Standing Order at $29 and S builder co op $22 combined with your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Which you will spend $51 and Sales Versa Point of 1480vp. If you have limited resources, $22 for s builder co op and 8 single t credits Standing Order $15.12 combined with his daily, weekly and monthly tasks will make you an EA at the cost of $37.12. With the t credits purchased, you can list unwanted items in your home, bid for some PSAs/CSAs or S builder co op and spin for a full or part PSA for each 10 bid. Team building is very vital as the benefits are numerous and aids you in your SFI business.

Alternatively, if you are good with offline marketing and you can get at least 5 active affiliates from your friends, relatives or colleagues at your place of work and they partronise Tripleclicks, then you can actually use the commissions derived from their purchases to invest into your SFI business and support them so that they feel appreciated and don't loose focus. With 5 active affiliates in your team, it helps you increase higher in ranks, greater commissions especially if your team is active and make alot of sales from Tripleclicks.

This will help you get a suitable budget and a win -win situation as you can re invest commissions gotten into your business as well as support your team.

From what I can see, the question is in two folds.

When you talk of tranfer buying products you consume on a monthly basis it simply means products you purchase on a daily or regular basis within a month that you can buy else where and transfer such purchases to Tripleclicks.

We have to at the same time, consider customer's different needs and price. Its the price that plays a vital role for a consumer to make decisions. If the price is at par with the open market value, then we as consumers can transfer our purchases to Tripleclicks. If on the other hand, the price is slightly higher than tripleclicks, purchases will be transfered fully to Tripleclicks. If in few cases, tripleclicks price is slightly higher than the open market value, then people will be at a crossroad whether to purchase from Tripleclicks or go else wherr because of the price. Looking at the last option, we as consumers would make purchases only if we are Tripleclicks members ready to earn more versa points and build our ranks.

Some of the products that I can do transfer buy to Tripleclicks are:-
1. Beauty products like Shampoo, Hair conditioners etc
2. Cleaning products like the Natural All purpose cleaning product.
3. Children's toys.
4. Educational books.
5. Christian Literatures
6. Health and Wellness products.

Looking at the products I can have my monthly standing order to grow my SFI business are:-
