The first thing is to define what actually is 'SUPERSTAR'.

My understanding of the word is some one who is a role model. One whose name comes first to my mind when I need help or guidance. That person for me is my superstar.

How to become one means to adopt the qualities of our role models and supporters.

I think just earning the highest VPs or securing the No.1 rank or earning the most is not what makes a superstar. It is actually the respect, love, integrity and the trust earned over a period of time that are the qualifications of a superstar.

There are affiliates who are with SFI for quite some time now. They have actually seen SFI grow over these years and their affiliation is valuable (The proof is the SFI affiliation Badge). These affiliates moved upward in SFI step by step and the position they are holding was not acquired overnight rather it was a continued struggle and hard work.

There might be affiliates resourceful enough to take the No.1 rank overnight or start earning 4 or 5 digit commission but they can not become the seniors or experienced overnight.

So to become superstar in SFI one need to have the following qualities:

1. Work oriented.
2. Honest.
3. Helpful and supportive.
4. Consistent
5. Role model for others
6. Reader
7. and last but of course not least important, experienced.

What makes me proud?
In fact a lot of things.
But I will mention a few here.

1. First and foremost. SFI showed me my worth.
Before joining SFI I have tried so many internet income sites. Some claimed to be quick rich programs and that money will start pouring into my account from the very first day. And that also without any effort from my side. Then there were others where I actually worked day and night and after submission of my work, was never paid for.
But here at SFI the very first thing I read was. "Commit your efforts to your SFI business and, very soon, you could have your own SFI success story to share with others". No promises that I will get rich over night. Instead in very clear words I was told what are the benefits and how these can be achieved. I was told to see my potentials "success rule #9: Open your eyes to your potential ".

2. SFI has transformed a simple housewife in to a business woman. Even though this is my first year with SFI in fact just a few months but what I have achieved during this time makes me so proud. I am actually owning a business and I am the team leader and mentor of more then three hundred people. That means another three hundred businesses I am working with. Wow! What a feeling this is. When these people ask me for help and support, it is such moral boosting.

3. Before joining SFI, words like advertising, marketing, sponsoring commerce were Greek to me. But now these are in my everyday use. I have learnt so much. And the best part is that there is no end to it. Everyday when I log in there is always something new to learn.

4. My badges, my ranking on different boards, my achievements are reason for me to feel proud of being part SFI.

5. When I saw my first commission report though very nominal but that reinforced my belief that yes I can actually make my dream come true.

6. My a2a friends is yet another reason for me to feel proud. I have accounts on various social site because that was one of the requirement of the registration form of different internet business sites. My friend list never exceeded 10. But my a2a friends list has passed 300. They are from all over the world with different social and cultural backgrounds, speaking different languages yet the best part is I am in contact with all of them. We rejoice one another's achievements. Wish each other success, celebrate each others festivals. There is no jealousy because there is no competition. This being the very reason for such a lovely environment. I am so proud to be part of this wonderful Family.

Well a very interesting and at the same time a very difficult question to answer. Difficult in the sense that I am unable to point out one, that I will mark as the most valuable thing I have learnt in my eight months tenure with SFI.

I will though try to list some of them down not just to answer this question but also for my own awareness.

So here are those few of many things that I have learnt.
1. Learning:
Yes that is what SFI emphasize upon the most. Let us start from our simple daily reviews. What is the motto behind this reviewing? It's learning. Then the launch pad, the forum, the tips, the stream posts, this very ASK SC platform. The basic idea is to provide us the opportunity to learn. And all those who have availed this opportunity and have learnt are all the successful ones here.
2. Self awareness:
SFI showed me my worth. I am a mother of four kids and while raising them and looking after my household over the years I somehow started believing that all I can do is cook n clean but it was after registering with SFI I realized what I am capable of.
3. Go get it attitude:
The first thing I read after I signed in was SFI basics. All it talked about was what and how I had to do. No promises, no claims about getting rich over night. Instead we are told that we will earn if we do. And that our success is dependent on us.
Rule #7: YOU make it happen, no one else

4. Patience:
Yes yet another very valuable thing I learnt here is that businesses don't establish over night. We have to actually invest our time and energy in to it. We have to very patiently and diligently work on our business. But once it is established on a strong foundation then there is no looking back.
5. Art of communication:
Last but not the least SFI taught us how to communicate, how to spread the word about our business and how to motivate people to come and join us. And most importantly how to teach those in our team what we have learned.

And yes how can I forget this. SFI has also taught me the value of relationship. Mutual respect, trust, care and love is the adhesive that is holding this large family of SFI bounded together regardless of Race, Creed, Color, Situation, Circumstance or Environment.

A long list to be mentioned and I am still learning.

ASK SFI is like an ever growing ocean of knowledge which trace back its source to the SFI affiliates themselves. Every affiliate that is participating in SFI is actually sharing his/her own experience.

There are two best things about ASK SFI:

1. Each question is answered by multiple authors, each giving answer according to his/her understanding of the question. In this way we get the opportunity of looking at the same question from more or less 100 different perspectives. At times we find answers that we would never have thought of. Each answer is a gem in its own capacity.

2. In ASK SFI allows Affiliates with the rank of EA2 and above to submit questions and answers. Which means our experienced counterparts share their knowledge with us.

Personally I have learnt more from ASK SFI participation then from any other source. first just by voting and later after qualifying as EA2 through participation.

If I am asked to rate in percentage the share of my success in SFI that I owe to ASK SFI I would say 50%. The rest of 50% is shared by others.

Let me tell you my story. When I first joined SFI 4 months ago I was
really exited about it. For the first time I saw something actually
working. By now I don't even remember myself the number of sites I
have tried and registered with. First month here was pretty easy as we
all know. But in second month I really started feeling the heat.

This is where the role of a sponsor counts. If your sponsor is as is termed by SFI as 'AWESOME SPONSOR' Then you will definitely get the advice which I got from my sponsor. "Be calculated and never give up. Every problem has a solution"

Here is how I was guided and what I am passing on to my downline.

Logging in Daily: 11 Versa Points per day 11 VPs X 30 = 330 VPs
Weekly Actions: 30 (Mail to the downline) +3 (Stream Post) +5 (Reviewing your TConnect page) = 38/week So 38 X 4= 152 VP

The total is 330+152+10 =492 VPs

There are two things that I will ask my downline to save for their second month. These are:

1. For setting up an advertising co-op for your team 100 VPs
2. For installing a TripleClicks banner on your personal Website or blog.

Both these actions are one time and they give you 200 VPs.

So 492 + 200 = 692 VPs.

Along with these I will also give my downline the following advises.
1. Maintain their position above the green line in E365 so as to be able to qualify for the prizes in the five rounds.
Round 1:
25 free Member Rewards Points.
Round 2:
50 free Member Rewards Points.
Round 3:
100 free VersaPoints.
Plus Bonus Drawing (If the are Lucky):
• One person will win a free S-Builder Co-op unit
• Two persons will win (10) free TCredits
• Ten persons will win (3) free TCredits
Round 4:
200 free VersaPoints.
Plus Bonus Drawing (If the are Lucky):
• One person will win a free S-Builder Co-op unit
• Five persons will win (10) free TCredits
• Ten persons will win (5) free TCredits
Round 5:
300 free VersaPoints. Additionally, each affiliate who advances to round five will also receive one of the following bonus prizes (drawn at random):
• One person will win (20) free Co-Sponsored Affiliates
• All other persons will receive 100 free Member Rewards Points

The VPs collected during these rounds will consolidate their position on leader boards if they joined in the beginning of a month but if they joined in the middle or towards the end then their rounds will be spread over two months that will be an additional benefit for them. Plus the MRPs received can be used to purchase TCredits. 1 TCredit purchase will give them 102 VPs at the cost of 126 MRPs.

2. Take regular part in the T Time and Daily grand contests.

3. Try to build an active downline which will give them matching VPs Plus minimum of 100 VPs for each EA2.

4. Do all the purchase in the beginning of the month so that they will have the chance to earn VPs for reviewing the product. 25 VPs for each review.

To retain the EA status in the second month is not that difficult if our strategies are well thought of and properly planned.

This is the reason why SFI claims to be free where absolutely no purchase is required to succeed.

As a sponsor it is my duty to closely monitor all my active downline. So if in the end after all what could be done, still anyone of them is facing difficulty in retaining EA rank then I will use the tools provided by SFI.

Personally I love SFIM for two reasons;
1. It gives me the opportunity to get instant feed back. I am able to know whether the person I am communicating is understanding what I want to say.

2. I am able to provide help to my downline and if I am communicating with my upline I can get a quick advice from them.

I always try to be available to my affiliates both downline and upline whenever some one request for instant messaging.

By best tip is: Small, to the point sentences like we are talking face to face or on telephone will make this conversation friendly, helpful and useful.
