This is a question that many affiliates face.

The truth is, if you have the money to purchase PSAs, this is the fastest way to get a large team quickly. It also gives you a better chance of advancing quickly in SFI if your PSAs become active affiliates.

For those of us that have experience in online marketing and driving traffic, then by all means, go ahead and recruit your own. An additional benefit of this is if you attain Silver Team Leader status, you can set up your ECA to offer PSAs to others for sale.

Additionally, if you do not have enough to buy PSAs or the experience to drive traffic online, you can always follow the free marketing strategies as outlined in the liteature on sponsoring affiliates on SFI.

As far as I am concerned, it is not your job to convince your PSAs to set up a standing order. SFI is so set up that once you lead by example and follow the duplication strategies outlined in the FREE training provided, your downline will most likely follow you lead.

Before you can get people to follow you, you have to gain their trust. If your PSAs know that you care, they will respond positively to your example. Getting them to set up a standing order isn't your job. Leave that to SFI. Just do your part to lead by example.
