Should I set up an email capture and autoresponder on my blog and, if so, what are some examples of what to put into the series?

I cannot say it is compulsory to do this. It depends very much how much time you have to answer questions. Usually, the ones who read the info and are interested in this, will write you even by simple email. I would say this is similar with the FAQ section on some sites-a section I do not like at all. Every time when I have a question I must search to see if I find the answer and afterwards only to place an email. It is somehow tiresome. Also, if you have pre-established answers, they will always risk to be uncomplete. Each question deals with lots of degrees of particularities. The one who visits a site will feel welcome and attired if he has a simple and fast possibility to find answers to his questions and the answers must be also complete.I think you should have the possibility to see the questions at any moment and answer as soon as you can.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

If they became ECAs it is obvious they can know how to sell and what prices to establish, it is something which someone who works in sales knows perfectly. However, in case they ask about this, it depends what precisely they ask ..But anyway, you should advise them to choose a decent price, as low as possible but advantageous from the point of view of the transportation cost as well...Also, the ECA should not forget the 15% he/he should add as deposit fee in SFI.
What is the best and most cost effective way of boosting your income with SFI?

I think you should follow the SFI guidelines, also affect some more time for :
- duplication
- training your team and communicating with each member about working in SFI, TRYING TO CONVINCE THEM TO BECOME ACTIVE-actually, THIS is the only way to be successful in SFI
- 2 HOURS DAILY for advertising items for sale would be ideal, but not zero anyway
- do not forget the daily actions either, they complete well your efforts and they always can bring you new useful details
Apart from the 125 TCredits pack, what other Standing Order product with 1500 VP would you suggest to replace IAHBE?

I think IAHBE is irreplaceable. However, if some users got bored of it or if for some reasons it is considered IAHBE should be replaced, maybe it should be renewed and, at the same time SFI efforts should be focused to offering NEW ADDITIONAL items to serve the purpose of the Affiliate. Replacing IAHBE by the 125 TC pack does not mean a true replacement, because they are however 2 different things and one of them exists already as an alternative. Affiliates have ever been able to "replace" IAHBE with the 125 TC pack. And this is valid for all the rest of possible 150 VP Standing orders-as long as that item exists at this moment. So, I would suggest that a completely new item should be created, should appear.

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

I wouldn't say it is a rule for posting items in TripleClicks, not at all. When you post in TripleClicks, it is important for one to post good items you do not need anymore and new items in case you have a business. And in all cases it should be taken care to offer very good prices for the potential client and a reasonable shipping fee. And post as many items as possible.
I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

In such a newsletter you should concentrate on the absolutely necessary things at that moment and which suffered changes. Inform your team about al the important things and be very brief. Spice your message if possible with attractive contests in which you offer T-Credits or Gift Cards or a what ever interesting surprize reward you have in mind for the categories of SFI affiliates you have in your team.
What ads have been the most effective for you in sponsoring quality affiliates?

It was a difficult choice in the beginning, but I decided to collect email addresses from new acquintances and send them invitations via email. I think that people answer well in two situations: when they know you a little bit only and have a good opinion about you and when they do not know you at all but they have trustful information about the activity in which they are going to register.

SFI means Strong Future International. If you enroll, you become International and earn commissions from products sales even if you do not have any product to sale. You can make a team and become a team leader online.
Two actions are necessary: to invest monthly a minimum of 20...30 usd, sometimes even less and invite friends and people in your team, to do the same (invest and invite). When people in your team invest, purchase and/or sell, you get commissions.
If you have products, you may list them for free and all the millions of affilates here on SFI will be interested in selling them They obtain commissions when they sell them and you do not have to pay anything for this.
Also, you may participate in Pricebenders Auctionsa and winn expensive products at low prices or invest your participation in your points for qualification on different levels for higher commissions and advantages.
SFI created this way a system which helps you obtain in time a sound passive income.
People need just to really want to understand what they have to do, namely to invest/sell/purchase and bring friends in their team to invest/sell/purchase at their turn (and so on).

How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

I think the answer is obvious. You should try obtaining the maximum number of VP and/or MRP possible in comparison with your necessities of qualification and/or promoting certain products and/or PSAs/CSAs you have and with your budget. I do not think to be possible to exist a rule. However, in case your budget is limited, it is clear you should take care to obtain maximum VPs/minimum TC/money investment.
What advice would you give to an SFI affiliate who wants to create and maintain their own SFI website?

I would say it is a great idea, there will be more possibilities for him to get a larger team and determine more sales. "spread the word" is a well-known slogan to say-so and all of us know the results. However, he/she should take care that the process is legal so that he will not infringe any rules.
