What is your best way to motivate your downline?

Motivation Question. WEll money is a motivator and getting things for free is also a Motivator. As both are available in the SFI business, you need to promote this in your advertisments before they join and continue when they join, sending messages in everyway you can advising them of the Free offers you have is a great Motivator. to be more specific offering Free advice, free assistance, free training, free support is great, offer free incentives like t-credits, offering free affiliates if they are slow movers maybe 5 if they make EA. you need to test your motivators to see what works and what doesn't. and as I've said before, some join and really are just joiningto see what its about and then never become active again. we are all human and we have brains and so we all make different decissions and we cannot manipulate each and every one of them to become active, we can just try , try and try again with motivators and incentives like i've mentioned, show some of the winning products in pricebenders may also be a kick startere for some. well I hope this answers the question for you

Great question, TripleClick gift certificates are one of the best methods of promoting and boosting your business, one they can be given as incentives to meet goals and or targets for your current affiliates, and they can be given to prospective new affiliates so they can trial it. Another great use is to give some to one of your signed ECA's to give to their current customers wether non affiliates of not. This also will boost your business bringing you more commissions and growth like you wouldn't expect. Great question and a great method to promote. Thanks for letting me answer this one.

How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?

1 st of all what do you believe is a seminar?, my answer is where 1 or more people come to a common meeting room to learn all there is to know about the content being offered. So in this regard, let's keep it simple, find or invite one person to a seminar and show them the entire concept even if they get confused with all the information, show by using a whiteboard or even pc projection ( not required on one on one) and let them be the judge, when they see it, they should have a basic idea of what's required and so they can register there and proceed daily knowing support is not far away. Now a great idea would be to hold some back to back seminars maybe 2 days apart, invite your newly appointed affiliate to bring in someone for the next seminar, you should bring one or more too, now there will be a few more to show the seminar too and this way the newly appointed affiliates get to see it again and again, therefore learning. These new affiliates will be active and high quality because they can see it easier. The can see how SFI works and how tripleclicks and the rest all fall into place.
Anyway, this is my method of keeping it simple and getting the new affiliat on track from day 1.

How do you get two-way communication going with your downline?

Once you already establish communication with them, never drop the ball and stop, keep communicating, as for the others, that never seem to respond, maybe communication is not the answer as in letter format, maybe a call or Skype contact is required. If its about making them active maybe a catchy topic line, like " hey there, YOUR SFI business is ready NOW to Grow". Then in the body i,d write. "come login and send me a message with any questions to help you be successful. I can be contacted also on Skype I'd....... . I,ll be watching your profile as your success is very important to me and I,m willing to help YOU be successful.

What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

Nice Question. The Best answer to your affiliates woudl be tofirst advise them that there are 7 ways to make money. Now assuming Success is getting income asap, then I woudl suggest using the Tripleclicks store and promote sell products or services, a little harder woudl be to promote the ECA program so that the new affiliate will have residual income for life. If its success for the long term then promote affiliates to register beneath and do the 3 steps to ensure duplication and then everyone gets shares of the Executive Pool of funds, I woudl also add to this to add the use of spending dollars in the store form your first line generation so that you make commisions on these purchases. Then there are games and fun to be had, although allthe above is FUN, so maybe I'd promote the entire bundle as FUN as long as this is what success means to the affiliate.
In conclusion, Find out what Success means to your affiliate and then still answer with all of the above maybe with more detail. hope this helps

WOW LUCK is what you need, however I recently won the Silver Digital WOW camera for $7.77 watch the auctions check the previous wins and what times they won and how much was bid, keep an eye out for the very experienced bidders and watch and at the very last moment have a bid and when there are just one or two bidders start your run of bids and you may find yourself winning. the alternative is to see when the times are that low bids win and just start your bidding early and you coudl pick up a win for under 50cents. it is a luck game but there can be some strategy to put some of the odds in your favour.
always be the very last to bid when watching to see whos serious. then bid to be in front and always in front as bidders tire and go away if they never see themselves in the front.

The odds of active affiliates are in your favour the more you sponsor.! That statement is the simple answer. It's a numbers game and no guarantees are given. The more you have the greater your chances are of having active affiliates who will follow you Leed. So start sponsoring and get them to sponsor, and make sure they understand Duplication and the need for standing orders. Your growth will in turn reward you for a long time.

SFI growing bigger is good for you and basically all of us as it means the Duplication process is working and more and more affiliates are learning to build their businesses thus building their income streams. The bigger SFI grows the more incentives there are for ECA's to join meaning more things to purchase and thus Tripleclicks grows, triple clicks growing benefits us all as we have more things available to sell to SFI affiliates and tripleclicks members and thus again more income for all of us, so basically both these growing as long as we are all growing with it will mean more income for you and us.
in simple terms. With growth comes Wealth. so lets all grow together.

Strange Question, I mean how much harder is it to not include the non active CSA member in your messages anyway. I Personally would never Give up. Do we give up on Non active PSA's too. well I don't. What if that one little piece of information is just what is needed to spark them Off to work harder than you had thought

Well Well this is a Hard Question. To be positive, to be constant, to be reassuring, to become EA to become Platinum. Hmmm Well the best way I can answer this is for the individual who is looking for the best goal is to ensure the goal chosen is one that is achievable and short term, having several short term achievable goals works best as it is positive driven and cannot fail. and the end result will be your long term goal. As i said earlier Everyone is so different with their situations and lifestyle so just keep it simple and you will achieve a lot.
