The training of affiliates through information gathering begins at the entry point; where would-be affiliates are very well informed of the Set up of SFI. Reading such information, answers most of the question a fresh entrance may want to know.

Second, BASICS continues to expand the studies and answering of further questions.

Third, LSUNCHPAD gives tutorials on very pertinent points: that can assist the affiliate to know his/her movements around, just as the Sitemap also adds.

MRP- Member Reward Points are used just like TCreadits at the TripleClivks store. These official currencies are used as follows:-
1. For the purchase of TCredits. Such TCredits can be used to transact business at the store for the acquisition of any displayed items.

How much time to spend on ones business is relative to the availability of free time anyone. Those on retirement may have more time, those very much conversant with computer- may spend fewer quality times. Other workers may spend less time.

All these people may, in the long run succeed depending upon the quality of work done to promote their business

Quality work depends on following some set rules. In SFI, the more hardworking people in ones downline and the effective monitoring of their performances determines the success or profitability of the business.

Sales made by one and the downline also reflects on the profit accruing to the team leader.
All these build up to the advertisement always put in place.

T-Time requires regular visits. So one can work for 1-2 hours continously and visit the TripleClicks Games, intermittently throughout the day or part of the day and play gsmes: whenever possible,to earn something.

Duplication is the creation of people like you or whose actions are similar to yours. In a way such people so brought into your business are called clients or persons who are supporting a common goal with you. Such acts are said to be 'Creating and Sharing' in your goals.

Two are always better than one, so says 'The Good Book'. Should you alone work for yourself, though you may gain some profit. But should a help mate be introduced, the profit starts to grow rapidly as others are introduced to the same goal and they also heeding to the calling, work assiduously towards such calling yield a better profit than one person.

Let's take one person taking 4days to work a field. 4 people of same goal as the one before, will take lesser days of one day to complete the same work.
This is the power of duplication. The more people invited to do the work of the sponsor, him or her included, will earn more profit and every one participating will earn something out of the pool.
Duplication is increase in earning by the support of others; equally interested members, well groomed for the business. This is my opinion.

By cost,W3 is better and cheaper. It's also paid only once and the benefits of TCredits and MRPs are very regularly credited to the affiliate's account. The ad cards can be used as an advertising tool; which can enable one have some sign ups as well as PRMs. It promotes our business throughout any area of operations.

By cost is very dear and each payment gives 5-7 PSAs; of which most of them refused to continue with their work or not start at all. I had about 20 of them. Now they are all being written off.

Obviously the regular beneficial one takes the first position. My choice is the cheaper W3.

This W3 should be moulded in a bigger way so to benefit more affiliates.

Criticism is showing another and probably a better way of doing things. A positive criticism is one that encourages the critised to amend ways and or adopt the different way being suggested.

Such positive criticisms come with love and understanding of the level of the advised. It should be started by explaining the stand-point of the one being critised and pointing out the short-falls. From this point, the sponsor will have to bring out the new points, with explanations.

This will enable the downline to learn the good way and follow or tow the advice given.
Since its done with love and understanding, it certainly will go all the way to build a better
friendship amongst the sponsor and the down line.

A new affiliate should follow the course as prescribed by SFI. SFI has compiled a great course; giving proper direction right from start to end for all classes of affiliates.

The best action for any beginner is to read through the notes, as directed and where the understanding is hard to come by, ask your sponsor, co-sponsor, upline in general or a2a friends.

After reading and understanding, action follows. Within the action period, one can invite others and teach them what he/ she has learned. Thus duplication occurs till the affiliate gains EA status.

Learning continues till other leadership positions gained and some investments done to enter into the SFI business proper. These are the basic action needed to be done by any new affiliate.

As a new affiliate, reading from this very great place of sharing experiences will enhance the rapid growth of such an individual in terms of knowing the SFI business.

Old and experienced affiliates teach their down line as well as other young affiliates by sharing their expertise; so cause a growth rate in the whole SFI Community.

So daily, as one visits, without fail, new ideas can be gained, so to influence the movement of such an affiliate. This moves will almost always enables the response of the new affiliate to new ideas and programs.

A Team Leader is the head-man; who leads the team to success. The most important thing for a leader of such a system is to do as follows in the quest for the ultimate success of the team:-
1. Principally, build up the team into a formidable unit; with everyone moving in unison. Where anyone lags behind, the leader calls for attention and problems of such member(s) discussed for possible solutions to be seen.

2. Giving pep talks to all team mates; as a form of training for development. All questions, queries, concerns etc are addressd rapidly for the improvement of all mates.

3. Visiting every member's site to view their performances via the Genealogy tool; at least once every 3 days. all members not up-to-date, are advised accordingly and their problems sorted out to get them back on stream. Send out mails of advice.

4. Encouragement: all members are encouraged regularly and informed of any going ons in SFI. Directions and some tit bits from TripleClicks/ SFI given out to keep the Team Members up-to-date on all issues. New and interesting happenings at the FORUM- communicated to the team for their attention and future visit.

5. Invariably, team leading is the co-ordination of several members of a group to come together as a team to 'Create and share' and the leader as the supervisor for the ultimate success of the team as a unit.

6. Congratulating members who achieve their goals and perform creditably. Awards of TCredits and Gift Cards where necessary or especially when responding to contest; as set by the leader. Upon the achievement of anything, such mentions are to be made for all team mates to give the necessary recognition to and achiever.

7. Standing Order: its setting up is gradually introduced for the rapid development of a team mate. The leader takes some time to send a mail to all team mates; explaining the details and how useful it is to the commitment level of a team mate to the SFI business. Standing Order serves as an 'Initial Capital' in any business and to introduce such funds into one's business shows how committed one is.
To sum up, the Team Leader is the motivator, coach, director of the team. He/She guides all team mates to work together for the common good of all members.
