Sponsoring fewer PSAs is the BEST if you have a Quality PSAs. Meaning, they are active SFI affiliates.

Base on SFI Basics tips: Become an EA and remain EA every month, recruit 5 affiliates, then teach and help them on how to become an Awesome Sponsor.

So, you don’t need to continuously recruit hundreds or thousands affiliates that have no quality or value, because you’re wasting of time and effort with nothing. It is best to concentrate helping your active PSAs to build their team.

Duplication is the key word for having a quality PSAs. If you want your team to grow, do and follow what SFI have already created, published, written, and provided information as tools and methods to guide each and every one of us once we were joined in this business.

Reassigning PSAs is one method of helping your PSAs to build their team. You can reassign affiliates with the same language, nationality or with the same interest and techniques on business strategies. Explain first to your affiliates who you want them to reassign and the reasons to avoid misunderstanding between you and your team. Good relational communication is the best approach of reassigning affiliates.

Gift Certificates, rewards, appreciation, acknowledgement, constant communication, are key factors to boost your PSAs morale which good point and bring them to motivate for having a high energy level of doing their best to do duplication method.

Continuous sponsoring new affiliates, well it said to be OK if you don’t have active PSAs, until finally you can found some few or fewer active affiliates among them. Once you have those active affiliates, concentrate and help them to build their own team. Teach them to become an awesome sponsor as their key of becoming successful in SFI.

Before I give my opinion on this question which base on my experience that having financially challenged in setting Standing Order, I want first to clear 2 things:

Financially challenged could mean that the affiliate doesn’t have any spending power or enough money to spend. The term “challenged” is generally understood to mean “lacking in” and if you put it after “financially” then it becomes financially lacking.

What is the important of having Standing Order? Of course, the 100VP bonus that you get for setting Standing Order of purchasing TripleClicks products that have 1500VP or more than 1500VP is the essence of having Standing Order. Setup a Standing Order for purchasing TripleClicks products that having below 1500VP is the same as purchasing regular products that have no bonus VersaPoints.

So for affiliates who have a financially challenged or financially lacking or no enough money to setup Standing Order, here are some of my options as base on my experience and my financially capability:

SO 1. $28.35
TCredit (1 TCredit x 15 Units) 102VP, 5 MRP and $1.89 = Total cost $28.35 with 1530VP and 75 MRP + 100VP bonus SO. The cheapest one.

The best ways to sell TCredits is promoting to our PSAs, CSAs, ECAs and downline. Our PSAs, CSAs and downline who maintaining their EA2 or TL ranks are regular customers that buy TCredits for setting up their Standing Order and they can use it in Price Benders Auction.

Our ECA members can use also the TCredits to list their products in their TripleClicks store.

Also, all SFI affiliates can use TCredits as means of payment in buying any products at TripleClicks Store or to other ECA stores.

The best place to advertise TCredits are through your Leadership Page under “I Recommend” tab and in your “Blogs” tab and through your TConnect Page at TripleClicks and to your Stream tabs.

As a new team leader, the single most important thing that you must be doing is to learn and apply the method of duplication.

Duplication is the key to success of every Team Leader. They apply all the tips, techniques and advice of their sponsors and Upline Team Leader. Of course with the help of SFI marketing tools and aids, trainings and methods that SFI system already been provided for every affiliate, in order to grow, build and to become successful home based online entrepreneur.

Duplication or duplicating your actions, such as sponsoring and teaching your PSAs, help them to do what you do in order for them to become also a Team Leader. You must be a role model or set by example, a good leader, a mentor, a friend, or a family member who guides and gives support to your team for their successful.

Doing duplication, always start from the SFI Basics, the ultra simple 3 step plan, always review your Lunchpad, Rules of Success and other reading materials that help you to gain more knowledge on how to utilize those marketing methods and aids, tools, techniques and tips from different affiliates and Team Leaders.

Remember that in our present time, from computer generation, the word “Copy & Paste” is famous word in computer dictionary which the same from SFI the word “Duplication” is a copy and paste or copy and apply. SFI affiliates will copy and apply what their Sponsor, Co-sponsor, Upline Leaders, and A2A friends doing in building a strong and successful team.

I was joined SFI with no direct goal setting. My main purpose of signing up before is because of FREE, having free trainings and to be stay above the Green Line so you can have a chance to earn prices from E365.

That time, earning money is not my primary goal. A game is in my mind and I am enjoying collecting verapoints just only to stay and advance in every round in E365 contest. Then luckily, I am one among of my affiliate-class who advances in the final E365 and that’s the time that I look forward for the future benefits of being SFI members and affiliates.

If I had to start over again I have to set up my goals to aim high and dream big.

If I had to start over again I have to set up my goals as being the Top 1 Class Power Rank, Overall Power Rank and Country Power Rank.

If I had to start over again I have to set up my goals to be a Platinum Team Leader as soon as possible.

I have immediately opened my Store in TripleClicks and start selling and advertising my product as well as getting a volume of PSAs which I teach them to do a duplication method.

I have to set up my goals as being the top earner in SFI so that I can use it as an evidence of my success.

Design is a picture produced to show the look and function of an object before it is built. And to become your design most effective, you must setup a certain criteria or guides base on functionality, quality and usability.

On my point of view, designing an effective splash page must be considered these 3 top criteria:
1. Interesting
Your Splash Page must have a significant representation that everyone catches their attention once viewed. These could be words, phrases, pictures, symbols, objects or anything that makes your design page curious.

2. Uniqueness
Your Splash Page must be different among other related advertisement. Your page must be original, creative, artistic, and good eye perception.

3. Simplicity
Your Splash Page must be simple as much as possible. Omit needless words, pictures or objects. Less but better! Simple design tends to be more aesthetically pleasing. It helps us to get things easily pictured and understand the whole content of the page.

If I have to design an SFI Splash Page, here’s the picture:
In one side, a man giving something like paper, brochure or books to a group/row of people and at other side, those people who received paper, brochure or books go to an ATM to in cash what they have in their hands. Between these 2 pictures is a huge and interesting word – HOW? Join Me!!!

So the picture/design is interesting, how those people make these papers/books into money. It is very simple to understand the word “HOW? Join Me!!!” and the idea is unique.
