Thats a good question indeed, since it's the case with many affiliates in SFI, when sales isn't your strong suit...and you also want 'Full time income'.

So, First of all, to expect a full time income, one needs to have a high level of patience, the quality of not giving up, determination, and sincere devotion towards SFI. Let me tell you how you can build a substantial, constant, and FULL TIME INCOME, step by step.

1) Firstly, you need to be regular in SFI so that you keep up with your points. Maintain your EA level necessarily every month.

2) Sponsoring Affiliates is the most important part because that's where your main Income comes from. So, advertise, use S-builder, etc. and try to make a big and strong team.

3) Now, if you start to have PSAs and CSAs of ranks EA2 or higher, try to remain BTL every month. It'll increase your income by giving your matching VP's shares in Executive Pool.

4) Teach your downline your ways of success. They'll buy S-builder, IAHBE, etc and you'll get handsome DC and CSC from it.

5) Refer new ECAs to Tripleclicks. You get 10% of CV on every purchase of their products.

6) Once you are done with a good team, you'll already have a good constant income. Then, use Pay-Per-Action, Co-op Manager, etc. to boost up your income.

->If you can do smart work and invest both then you'll get success and that also soon !!

->Suppose if you are NOT INVESTING anything, then your success will take more time to come as compared to the ones who are investing and are doing smart work too. And that too when you'll have to be smart with everything else. Since, you're having 0 investment, you'll have to be very good with enrollments, sales and other referrals.

->Affiliates with only investment and no smart work don't always get the BEST !! :)

This a very very interesting question indeed.
See, When it comes to support, help or guiding my team members, I don't differentiate them depending on their rank.
But generally, some limitations are already defined for different ranks Like You can't transfer Tcredits to your 2nd Gen PSAs.
You can't mail them either.
So, except these things, when it comes to help and givng tips to my team members, I don't see there rank, I help them fully and share my success tips of till now, with them irrespective of them being the newest or oldest, 1st Gen or 5th Gen.

E365 contest is a very good opportunity given to new affiliates to set up the base of their business here.
1) When your affiliates join, Tell them about E365 on the very first day. Tell about its importance.
2) Explan to them the entire procedure how this goes, From Round 1 to Round 6.
3) When a new affiliate join SFI, all He/she can see on his/her home page is the information about their position with respect to the Green Line, which is well highlighted.
SO, in the beginning days, ask them to only focus on the GREEN LINE and to try to stay above it at any cost.
of couse, share your experience of E365 contest and teach them your ways of clearing E365.

I think the following points can improve the Wave3 program.

1) It should be possible to buy Wave3 kit using Tcredits and MRPs also, because many affiliates are having problem in making transaction through other ways.

2) It can be a big trouble for many affiliates to upload a photo with themselves alongside a car on which the Tripleclicks decal is attached, especially for those who don't have a car and can't arrange one. In this case, there should be some other way of uploading a genuine photo that also serves as a proof that the affiliate has got the kit.

3) I had much trouble a few days ago regarding the reactivation of Wave3 kit and when I posted about it in forum I found out that there were many such helpless affiliates, so I think that the reactivation procedure should be made more easy and accurate.

4) It's quite good in my country but I've came to know that in many countries, Wave3 kit takes more than 2 weeks to arrive and sometimes it even takes more than month. So, considering those affiliates' dilemma, there should be a special delivery arrangement made for them even if it takes a few extra dollars since it's worth it.

5) In the weekly drawings, I think that other than $250, there should be random prizes of Tripleclicks products in a particular range of retail prices, like S-builder, or music players, etc. prizes for runner ups. It could increase the excitement of the members and would be a great encouragement.
