How do I decide which PSAs I should reassign affiliates to and what should I tell the PSAs who receives the reassignments?

PSA's are reassigned based on various motives, and it is the motive that determines what you say to whom you've reassigned to. One can decide to reassign a PSA so as to encourage a fellow or your affiliate whom you sponsor. If this be the case. Then the content of your message should be " Based on my observation, i've noted that you're very active, and have decided to reward or encourage you with this. You can contact me, if you need my assistance". If the PSA is reassigned based on other motives, then the reason should also be stated in you message to let the affiliate acknowledge the reason why you've done what you did. Hope this HeLpS!
