Hello William.
This is a great question.
I think a good financial budget to start with for SFI is the $36.25 125 TCredit Pack
We use Tcredits for games, music, listings, rewarding, auctions and more!
Then add a share of S-Builder in order to help grow your team! This Is $24.00 ($22.00 with SO)!
Total of $58.25
Later on you could add more shares of S-Builder.
How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Hello.
I do not consider them lazy. I consider them confused and not sure what to do.
I contact them no matter what and try to check out their language and then I use Google Translator and write to them and put it in their language hoping they will respond.
Then I pray and hope they will respond either to me or by logging in to SFI.
Try to place yourself in their shoes.

7)Review and vote on the ASK SC
8)Enter the T-Time Drawing
9)Play PTP at the Auctions
10)Reach EA Level with 1500 VP and do this every month
11)Set your Goals to Aim Higher (Do something Everyday)
12)Be persistant, have patience, and perserverance
13)Join the Wave 3
14)Build a Team and teach them to Duplicate the same

17)Blog or build a website
18) Have Faith

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

The best way one can support them is by leading and teaching them how to advertise and where, complete their action points daily, weekly, and monthly. Being there and supporting them when they need guidance.
If you have extra Tcredits and you see they are really trying transfer them some.
Purchase a gift certificate and let them know this is to help them to achieve their goal.
Encourage them to aim higher!
Let them know that you will be there every step of the way.

Great Question!
"What are the best ways to use the MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business?"
The way I use the "My Movers" tab is by clicking on each mover and then going to their
VP Ledger. I then review and see what they may have missed or where they can earn points.
Next I will either send out an E-Card or TM Message to them to inform them of how they can
earn points or that they missed that certain item.
I also use the "My Movers" tab to review their activity report and to also make any notes I would like to add. I try to do this daily if not then weekly.

Great Question! I found SFI as I was looking for a Legit Online Business as in the past I was taken by many scams! My second month I received a check! That was a "WOW" for me! I had no experience in this type of field but I am determined! I figure they offer the FREE Tools I surely can do this. I knew how to operate a computer so how hard can it be? I learned computers back in "DOS" days (some people don't even know what that is!):) Everyday I kept reading more and more! The Forum is such a Great Place for learning! Connecting with a2a friends, if I did not know something. Thank each and everyone of you! I have even ventured out on YouTube for how to's as I am a visual learner and have to see along with reading. I tell myself everyday to have a Great Day and learn something new, seek it and you shall find it! I have actually turned myself esteem around to a more Positive Style since I have joined SFI. I pray daily for God to help Guide me in the direction that I need to go and show me the way. There is nothing we cannot do if we set our goals and mind to it! Keep moving forward and pat yourself on the back when you have accomplished something new everyday! You have the Power to Make It happen and Never Forget that, but if you keep doing what you always have been then you are sure to set yourself up for Failure. Determination, Persistance and Patience. If you want it bad enough you'll find a way! I Love each and everyday at SFI, it is a passion of mine. I can't wait to log in everyday!

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business? This is a Great Question!
For me, I feel if my PSA's and CSA's are actually showing up day in and day out and doing their daily requirements and are active, this is a Great sign that they are actually taking the Business Very Serious!
Also, if they do have a Standing Order in Place is another sign.
They may not respond to emails or messages, but their actions speak louder than words.
