What is a good example of a letter I could send to businesses with my flyers advertising the ECA Program?

There are sample letters you can use to send to companies but one has to be really careful because you don't want to misrepresent SFI due to your wording; I suggest you check with the SFI support team for corporate guidelines.
What's the best incentive to offer new affiliates?

"Support" is the best incentive for all new affiliates. It is amazing how being supportive is so important to your new affiliates that want to be successful. It is my belief that once serious minded affiliates know how much their up-line wants their success; they will give it their all. Once I see my downline members working their business I will then give them Tcredits or a gift certificate to show my appreciation that they are taking their SFI business seriously.
Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

Never give up on anyone on your team because when the lights goes on that person may end up being your strongest team player. I treat all of my PSAs with the same encouragement to move forward and be successful; you just never know.

The key word is to be "persistent" in your marketing efforts. There are so many revenues for marketing on the internet and one can join them all (or as many as you can or afford to join) but if you are not persistent, your marketing efforts are a waste of time.
