What you use the MRPs for depend largely on your own needs and your level in SFI.

If you go to the TripleClicks store site and click on ‘Rewards’ you will be taken to the Member Rewards Special Store. There is a whole range of popular products available there at special MRP prices.

You can also click on any product at the regular TripleClicks store and you will see at the top right how many MRPs you can use to purchase that product.

It appears however that the most popular usage of the MRPs, especially among those starting out, is to purchase TCredits with MRPs in order to help qualify for their ranks. 1 x TCredit at 126 MRP will also yield 102 VersaPoints. So if you purchase 15 single TCredits using 1890 MRPs, this will give you 1530 VP and you automatically qualify for Executive Affiliate rank.

A Tip for you:

The quickest way that I know of to earn to earn MRP, if you cannot afford to purchase those big ticket items that give the buyer large numbers of MRP, is to participate in the DP Auctions whenever possible. At these auctions you receive double the number of MRP you normally earn by bidding.

It really depends on where you live.

Where I live people have letter boxes outside their houses where the mail person leaves their mail. I identify the suburb where I think are potential clients. I then print out flyers and go for a walk and put the flyers in the letter boxes.

Other areas where you can post advertising flyers are obviously areas where there is a lot of foot traffic, especially areas where people are likely to be present for a while.

Areas such as:
- Doctors surgeries and clinics
- Gymnasiums
- Supermarkets
- Your local convenience store
- Any place where there is a waiting room
- Schools
- Churches
- Government agencies such as where the unemployed / beneficiaries gather
- Libraries
- Cafe and many many more. Post them where ever there is the likelihood of your poster being seen and read.

ALWAYS ask permission of the person in charge of those places if you could post your flyers. I would recommend that you use the tab style posters so that your prospects do not have to write down the SFI/TC site and your affiliate number.

I am certain that you will agree with me that the best action to focus on in order to grow a successful business has to be duplication. Getting your team of affiliates to duplicate your activities will enable you to earn sales commission, versapoints on their qualifications monthly, monthly matching VersaPoints etc... All these mean money for you now and in the future.

Focusing on duplication also means that you have to focus on marketing, recruiting affiliates and sponsoring them well so that they will duplicate your actions.

How?

I suggest you do the following:

1. Keep your Leadership page up to date.
As a Team Leader you are required to do just that and the system actually reminds you to do this 3 times a month.

If you are not yet a Team Leader, I would recommend that you do exactly the same. Keep your leadership page current and up to date and encourage all your team members to visit it regularly.

2. All your achievement badges are shown on your leadership page. Visitors to the page (team members) can at a glance see how involved you are with SFI. If you are not, why should they? For example – If you are not a Fast Tracker why should they bother with the Fast Track program? If you do not have a Standing Order, why should they bother with one themselves?

I recommend you work hard and have as many achievement badges shown on your leadership page as possible. They inspire and motivate your team members and they will duplicate your efforts. They can see that you do what you preach, it’s not just talk.

3. In your Blog, let them know something about yourself, a summary. This helps develop openness and trust in your team. You are asking them to complete their Profile and reveal something of themselves to you. Let them see who you are 1st and hopefully they would be more inclined to be motivated and inspired by you because they know something of the real you.

Use your Blog to also provide teachings, to bring the latest SFI happenings to your members attention, to post encouraging messages etc.. This is because not everyone will read Streams, emails and Newsletters.

4. Recommend products and services, especially the ones that would help them build their businesses. Make sure you use those yourself.

5. For Rewards and Incentives – always strive to have something here for your team. Have competitions & rewards that should inspire members to try harder and feel good for themselves they achieve them. It could be one of their goals for the month.

6. When members reach or achieve milestones in SFI – let the whole team know about it. Be proud of your team members achievements and hopefully those achieving team members become inspirational to the other members.

7. Also publish you best tips here as well. This is part of the teaching and team building role of Team Leaders.

Try and make this the central page for your team. Encourage them to visit it. Encourage them to send messages to you via the ‘team mail’ facility at the bottom of the page.

To be a successful online entrepreneur, one must have or develop an entrepreneurial mindset. You are running your own business or businesses. You are not working for wages or salary, you are not an employee. You are self employed - the business owner.

With that mindset, follow these revolving steps:
- Learn
- Implement
- Review

1. Learning is the very 1st step.

- Learn as much about about the programmes and systems of the online business you are in. For example, as an SFI Affiliate,learn and become very knowledgeable about the SFI business, the programs, systems, culture and way of doing/running the business.
- Keep up to date with all the developments within SFI.
- You will also need to develop other skills that are relevant to your business. For example computer/internet skills, website management, researching online trends, advertising etc..
- Follow successful online entrepreneurs, learn from them and follow their examples.

2. The next step is implementing or putting into practice what you have learnt.
No point in just reading and watching training videos, you have to use what you have learnt. This is running the business. As with SFI, this is loging in every day, working with your team and recruiting, sponsoring and promoting TripleClicks products and services etc..

3. At the end of a specified period (set according to your goals and business practices) review your business and what you have put in place. Adjust and reorder what you are doing as needed.

These steps are ongoing and as there is so much to learn & perhaps put into practice, I would recommend that you work to a plan. Don't just drift aimlessly.

While it is great to learn from others, as you are running your own business you dont want to be just one of the crowd. You want to excel, to be a successful online entrepreneur. This involves doing all of the above continuously and consistently as well as being innovative and being prepared to try new things, to take calculated risks. There are often set backs and mistakes are made regardless on how hard you try to minimize these. Accept these as simply part of doing this type of business and keep on persevering.

The clock for the Fast Track programme starts from the time the PSA signs onto SFI - 10 days window.

As a sponsor, I believe that its my obligation to inform my new affiliates of this programme, explain to them what it is and how they will greatly benefit from it. I would include this in my welcome letter.

Remember as a new affiliate, there will be a whole lot of information to cope with. Some of these can be put aside for later but right now at the beginning of their time with SFI, they need to prioritise what to look at. This is where I the sponsor comes in.

Apart from taking them step by step, logging on etc.. I would promote Fast Track and the E365 competition.

I take it that when you say "non-SFI related incentives" you are referring to those items that do not help build up you affiliates SFI businesses.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with offering those kind of incentives, however I would say that it would be more wise to offer incentives that would help your affiliates build up their businesses- Eg S Builders, promotion campaigns, website, affiliate reassignment, PSA to Go etc.. If for example you offer a DVD as an incentive, it would be wise if its content is business related or personal improvement related and not just a film purely for entertainment.

The short answer is Yes - of course!

In my opinion, people 18 years and older whether they are students or are in employment all face the same social difficulties. Those in employment however do have the financial advantage over the students and that they normally have more money at their disposal.

Student will do just as well in SFI depending on how they approach the business. If they are looking at making quick money, then perhaps SFI is not for them. However if they are in it for the long term benefits then they should do well within SFI.

I suspect that they will not progress up the SFI ladder as quickly as their counterparts in employment. They obviously will operate the business on a part time basis because of their studies. They will also not have the cash for paid advertising etc.. They however can still be successful but they need to be patient and persistent.

One of the great things about people of this age group whether student or not is their familiarity with modern communication technology. They tend to keep up with the latest and they are also mobile. They can operate their businesses, not only from their PC at home but also from anywhere using their mobile devices.

SFI is definitely good for students.
