In all honesty, even when you have your ideal targeting for your prospects, you will still have people that do not stay the course. Oftentimes, people can have a burning desire to succeed but lack all of the skills needed to progress and likewise, people can have the skills but not have the desire to stay the course. In both of those scenarios, you are unfortunately barking up the wrong tree!

The best thing I can tell you to do about getting serious affiliates is to be serious yourself. Set the expectation and give your PSAs a duplicable plan for success. Never sugar coat the truth and always be consistent in your message, marketing, and your support. Let your PSAs know that they need to follow the leader. Success comes before work only in the dictionary. It will take work to be effective, efficient, and to make good money at anything worthwhile. You need to have an operating budget that you can live with to grow your business. Use all of the free advertising you can. Tell them to devote all the time that they can into their business as often as they can. Finally, provide all of the support you can by improving on yourself and your leadership skills.

I believe that the affiliate can benefit much from having their own domain. One of the main reason's is control of the content. With your own domain, you decide what goes on your landing page. With your gateways they are customized so that you can get PSAs but you can't change the look and feel of your gateways. This is very important for having a success marketing strategy. PPC advertising is probably the most responsive traffic but ad quality depends highly on search engine optimization which relies on keyword density and relevance. If an SFI gateway is blocked there is nothing one can do to improve the quality score of the page. If you have you own domain you can redesign the page so that your quality scores are high for all leading SEO factors such as meta tags, keyword density, content, anchor text, alt text, etc.

SFI gateways are used by every affiliate so there is no way to differentiate your content and site from the competition. The only distinguishing variables are your badge achievements. With your own domain you can differentiate yourself from the pack and make your message standout above the rest by design.

When an affiliate tells you they are going to quit take it as an indication for help. Now, you can't make people do what they are not willing to do. So first, ask them are they willing to take a few simple actions that you have proven to work for you. If they say yes, then continue if not, try to get a yes by asking why are they so willing to throw in the towel? Then come back to your yes, I am willing to take a few simple actions that are working for you.

First of all, determine what your affiliate is doing correctly and praise them for that. It is important to note their effort in the right direction. Now for the constructive redirection, ask your PSA to focus on just the 3 aspects of the SFI BASICS and daily work. The first SFI BASIC is to sponsor PSAs. If you want a sure-fire plan to get PSAs just set aside $20 each mo. to invest in sponsoring PSAs.

The next SFI BASIC is to refer TripleClicks members. To achieve this, make no less than 5 post on 5 social networks to include Pinterest, Twitter, GooglePlus, Facebook, and Linkedin promoting EagerZebra games and the auctions daily. Moreover, the final SFI BASIC is duplication and I add consistency. Everyone that you bring in the business you must be willing to teach what you do everyday. If you have a transfer buy for a 10pk of TCredits then recommend that they at least do the same. Then go 1 step further to tell them how you use those TCredits and how they add value to your business.

So if you weary PSA is willing to do the aforementioned for 30 days and sees no progress then suggest that they take a couple of days reprieve and try again. If this works for me, it will work for you if you work at it with consistency and optimism.

Good question. Yet, you might not be willing to do what I do and therefore you will not achieve the same results. Nevertheless, I will share with you my routine.

1. You have to set a budget and stick with it every month.

2. Don't be afraid to invest in time and money in your business. Every investment is at risks. Weigh the risks and take calculated risks to obtain the rewards.

3. Market products everywhere you can for free. Don't be afraid to use some paid ads to market products. Test. Execute. Critique. Execute. Review. Move forward with the next campaign. There is always the next campaign.

4. Stick with the Basics. Refer. Sponsor. Duplicate.

5. Support not just your team but the SFI community. It paves the way for strategic alliances which can turn into profitable ventures which perpetuate your SFI business.

The best path to unlimited action versa points come from recruiting an active down line. Every EA in your down line (PSAs 1st Gen.) nets you 100 VP. Create 100 EA2s and you will get 10000 VP. Create 1000 EA2s and you will get 100,000 VP! So it's no wonder that you see the same TLs on the Leaderboards - they are always recruiting. So promote your SFI gateways heavily and you will eventually gain the momentum needed to maintain platinum.

However it does not take 1000s of affiliates to have a very strong business. You only need around 40 EA2s to make platinum. So getting these recruits it only half of the equation. The most important part is keeping them actively engaged in the business. You must give them the information that you have and allow them the space to digest it. Be sure to answer their concerns and always be an awesome sponsor as defined by the affiliate center.

You attract people with money to invest in a business by sponsoring affiliates on a consistent basis. There really isn't a person who doesn't have the means to start in SFI and grow their business through perserverance and hard work. They may not yet realize that they have everything they need to start right now. So it is up to you as the sponsor to set the expectation early on while building rapport.

This said, every affiliate has potential to be the next DTL! Through communication and observation it can be learned how to best help each affiliate. The problem is that most never communicate effectively and ignorance prevails.

Therefore to attract strong affiliates you must become a strong affiliate. You can expect people to follow you where you will not venture to go. The best way is to lead by example. This is where your merit badges can play a very important role in letter your PSAs know how seriously committed you are to your SFI business. When they see that you have been consistent with your achievements it will undoubtedly inspire some to the next level of commitment and achievement.

The best way to convince your down line of the benefits of having a standing order is to have one yourself. Leading by example is paramount ,however; you must let your affiliates know that the compensation plan is flexible and that there are many ways to achieve commissions.

If you want them to set a standing order for T Credits then let them know that there are many package sizes available. Let them know the many uses of T Credits, e.g.:

1. VP for every bid spent in an auction up to 500 VP
2. 5 MRP for every bid spent in an auction
3. Leverage your T Credits across your network to stimulate participation in auctions.
4. You may purchase from the MRP store with T Credits.
5. Down load music for TripleClicks

Moreover you can even award TCredits to those who have set a standing order. You can offer a gift certificate for those who wish to buy a larger pack of T Credits but need some extra support. Then you will be helping your affiliates to set a standing order and you will not be perceived as just wanted them to set an order for your own personal gain. Make everything a team effort.
