There are many reasons why Games are good to participate but here are a few where I explain why they are.

1. It increases your knowledge on the topic that you are to predict about - in this case the prediction is related to basketball and scores-it will help you research on the topic and at least predict a nearest guess. This gives you Versa and Member Reward Points which helps to boost your business.

2. Unless you participate, the chances of winning will be zero. There are many T Credits at stake in the prize but you must take part to stand a chance to win. I can easily relate to your question because at one point, I also thought I could never talk to people about anything unless I wanted to. You will be surprised at yourself what you can do and I believe that every individual has great potential - it is a question of being exposed to circumstances and opportunities that will get rid of those inhibitions.

1. Look at SFI as your business where without talking there is no way you will move forward, the talking can also be in a different form, visual or written. Be passionate about the business and you will lose your inhibitions gradually. Use social media and groups to write/talk about your interest in SFI and TC.

2. Start making presentations with close family and friends with whom you will be comfortable and also learn to note down important points about the business so that you can easily put across to prospects.

3. Invite friends to your group meetings or over coffee in an environment that you are happy with. Talking in an informal setting also helps to bring up SFI and TC easily especially if they are women-there is familiarity over one common interest-shopping over TC. Once you have overcome this hurdle, it will be easy to add the business aspect to it.

4. The more you present your ideas, the better you will get and become more confident. You can only do this if you have grasped the concept of how SFI and TC works. This means keeping upto date with your knowledge which you will pass on to your prospects.

5. There is a vast source of information on the internet about every available topic you can think about. It may not be a bad idea to explore the possibility of learning some marketing techniques that will make your approach to new prospects easier and help you become proficient at talking to people.

In my opinion the Payoneer Card is the best way because of the following reasons

PAYONEER has a long association with SFI and this brings with it the trust and reliability of the card
THE CARD has an international presence and this enables everyone to take advantage of it
Some Affiliates use the card as a back up plan to have in case there are technical difficulties with other bank cards
Another benefit to all SFI affiliates is that you would receive 500 action points for applying for the card
I have also used the Payoneer card and my personal experience strengthens the belief that the Payoneer card is the best option.

It is important to have a provider that takes it's customers' seriously and handles the accounts with utmost high professional standards - anything less than the best is not acceptable because cash funds are involved. I feel that you must sponsor PSAs regularly to help you pick up EAs who will become active and then work towards building their own team. Both functions work simultaneously.

Your goal must therefore be to sponsor and support and when this happens you get a balance of achieving both goals.

If your goal is to sponsor 5 PSAs each year then you are limiting your EAs to 5 or less. However, if you sponsor 500 PSAs in one year, your chances of having more EAs are higher than 5. There is no guarantee, however that in the 500 you will get more than 5 EAs but the probability is high. Having said that, if you sponsor 5 PSAs, you can also have 5 active EAs who will develop their own team. Therefore, you will need to consider the manner in which you have sponsored your EAs and where they are coming from. Other peripheral factors come into play in determining whether the PSAs will become EAs or not.

Once you understand that you are in this business to build a strong team (foundation) under you which means "duplication", that is where your core interest should lie. Thereafter your work to support and help your PSAs takes you to the next stage of your business expansion. Both goals overlap and you cannot ignore one and pursue the other.

Your question is valid because this is a common issue at SFI and new Affiliates as well as those who have been in the business for over 3 months, sometimes less find it difficult to sustain the business and think about quitting.

Sometimes I am very direct with my PSAs because that is what they need to encourage them to move on. Others do not take too kindly to "brutal" honesty but that is how I prefer to approach this dilemma.

I would deal with my PSAs who have these two concerns in this way:-

1..No business will give you returns immediately. In SFI, you invest time, money and a depend on cumulative team effort. Without these 3 factors, your returns will be very slow.

2..Citing to them my own example, if you start off with an active team of 1 or 2 PSAs in your 1st month in SFI, you have 3 people working. This will generate an income, however small but it is a start to a bigger check. So the question of putting in more than getting out does not arise! And, you may not even have invested any cash yet.

3..It is essential to understand that SFI is not a business where you will become rich quickly and this must be one of your constant reminders to your Affiliates.

4..There are other pertinent factors that will play a part in the decisions of your PSAs who wish to quit, over which you will have absolutely no control but keep in mind that you must have fully supported the PSAs before they reach this decision.

SFI is a challenge and therefore it requires a lot of resilience, hard work and commitment to dedicate yourself in a business that has high potential of growth. I would be looking for PSAs with such qualities. Individuals who have long terms plans to build a residual income so do not feel too bad when one decides to quit because you cannot really force someone to stay on in a program that they do not wish to.

You have many options to become EA every month easily

1. Invest in a standing order of $36.25 for 125 T Credits. This would be my best choice because I can use the T Credits in various aspects to promote my business. This gives you immediately 1500 Versa points to qualify you as an EA plus an additional 100 AVP towards this SO.

2. Invest in a standing order of $29.00 for 100 T Credits giving you 1200 points and then add other products to this standing order that you may need every month - shop from your own store instead of buying things elsewhere.

Duplication is one of the key factors that is important in SFI. You will expand your business and join Affiliates in your team.
Simply said, it means recruiting new Affiliates who will join the business and in turn they will bring in new Affiliates - and this process continues to build your team and generate various levels within your team...

To understand Duplication better you must have a very good grasp of SFI and TripleClicks. This helps you to present your ideas well, pass on your experiences and knowledge to your immediate downline. This will be your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs). When you do this, you create a strong foundation on which your Affiliate starts his business. He/She will then be in a position to explain fully to his new recruits-this will be at Level 2. With this concept, you continue recruiting as deeply as you can within your team and this is how Affiliates multiply and positively effect your income.

It is very important to handle new Affiliates carefully and provide all the support they need, keeping in mind that this is a Global Enterprise so you may have to make certain sacrifices to be able to communicate in the various time zones. There are certain basics to follow when your attitude is that of a winner. Here are a few of those points to keep in mind.

- determination to win will drive you towards your win
- set aside your margin of how many T Credits you will spend to bid and win and keep to your budget
- have sufficient T Credits in your account
- it helps to study the opposition and also research on previous auctions to check the winning bids
- there is no point in bidding for a product which will become overpriced yet you can get it cheaper on TripleClicks
- once you have the above and know your limits, you will be a dominant bidder and you might find others taking a back seat
- you can set your auto bidder or watch the auction as you bid.

I have been in SFI longer than 1 year and now understand the system better than when I joined. I have kept a regular check on my income scoreboard and know that PSAs give you better commissions when they have a standing order. CSAs on the other hand also give you commissions but they are less than the commissions you will earn from your PSAs.

I am a firm believer of diversification in your business and this I understand is to have more than one income stream within your said business. Therefore it is better to have both PSAs and CSAs to support your business. You will not need to pursue your PSAs once they are set in their business and neither will you have to check on your CSAs (who are actually another affiliate's PSA). You must support both to retain the income potential from both areas of your business.

Overall, you should focus on both PSAs as well as CSAs - just because CSA commissions are less does not mean their importance should be underestimated.
