Your question is so broad that it raises more questions.
How are your results not satisfactory? This is the 1st question you need to address.

If you are advertising for recruits, are you getting a small number of sign ups? do they just look but do not sign up? do they sign up but then are inactive or opt out straight away? are their attitudes indicate that they are just looking for quick and easy money? There are many more questions that can be raised here particularly regarding

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

What I would discuss will largely depend on where the relationship is at.

If this is our first chat and the member is brand new to SFI (day 1) my priority will be
- to make the member feel welcome and
- to assure him that I am here for him and
- that I will totally support him in growing his business and
- to instill in the member confidence in me.

With these in mind, I will focus on developing an open a frank discussion with the member. I will tell him

What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

You can rapidly acquire a large number of affiliates by buying PSAs and it’s also the same with advertising if you are financially well resourced.

The number of PSAs you acquire is really immaterial – it’s how you sponsor them that matters. If you are not a good sponsor, regardless of how they signed up, they will most likely leave smartly or remain on the book inactive. You will want to build an active team and this is where your sponsoring skills come in.

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

The PSA obviously wants to be an employee where he is paid for filling out forms and simply typing someone elses work/creation. He has an employee mentality. He wants a job.

Affiliates in SFI are not employees, they are employers. They must have the employer mentality. He is the business owner and his role is to drive and to grow that business so that it become a successful money making machine.

If he is not willing to do these but simply fill forms and type then

I would recommend that you go to https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan.

Read and thoroughly understand the plan and then select the income streams you prefer and work on those. I highly recommend the 1st three streams - Direct Commission, Executive Pool and Co-sponsor Commission.

Promote sales from TripleClicks because every time your PSAs and PRMs buy from TC you receive 45% direct commission. You also get all the associated VP for purchases by your PRMs.

The short answer is yes, it will help, but not a guarantee.

Look upon getting a TC Licence as part of you advertising efforts. What you want are people to visit you site to purchase TC for auctions etc.. and while they are there, they see your products and services and buy them. Its another way of getting traffic to your site.

I would therefore recommend that as part of your promotions, you should also promote the Pricebenders Auctions directing them to your site for the

TripleClicks gift cards cost money and you are running a business.

How you distribute these cards has to be done in the most economical way. You cannot afford to waste them regardless of how big your advertising budget is. I would not recommend leaving the cards around or 'forgetting' them in a taxi as others have said.

They may be called 'gift cards' but in reality they are advertising tools. You are not just giving them away, you are giving them away with the hope that

AVPs are important in order to become a Team Leader.

Here are the best ways to get AVPs:

- Your 'To-Do-List' All the VPs that are AVPs are given the type A. Action those religiously especially the Daily, weekly and Monthly ones.
- Answering ASK SC questions gives you the opportunity to win between 100 - 25 AVPs if your answer is rated as one of the top 10 answers.
- Enter the Grand Draw daily and have the chance to win some valuable AVPs
- Enter in the TripleClicks

Which is best...advertising individual TripleClicks products or the entire TripleClicks store?

I would not recommend advertising the entire store but at the same time I would not limit myself to individual products. I would promote categories of products, auctions, games and contests.

By advertising for example a particular pair of earrings, straight away you have narrowed down your possible market to only those who are on the market for or have an interest in earrings. I have no interest in earrings so I would not even look at that ad. I would however have a look at an ad on

What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?

The thrust of what I would say would be to encourage him to continue working his SFI business. He would be gently reminded that SFI is just like any other business in that effort and hard work is indeed needed. Be patient. His thinking is not out of the ordinary. Many people think of quitting just before they make their break or success.

I would have a look at his VP Ledger and his Profile if I were not already familiar with these and use the relevant information there to encourage
