To filter out those prospects who are ‘only looking’ and recruit only the serious affiliates, you need to be very deliberate about how your ads are worded and what you communicate to your prospects and new affiliates.

You need to be absolutely honest will all your prospects and tell them about SFI as it is. There is no need to sugar-coat the truth. By all means highlight the positives but the point is to simply give them the facts about SFI. Your prospects and new affiliates will decide for themselves if they want to join/stay with SFI or not. I suspect that you will recruit only the serious ones by doing this.

The last thing you want to do is spend hours trying to coach someone who is not really interested or serious about SFI. You also don’t want a large ‘team’ full of deadwood who are never going to go anywhere with their businesses. So if you can screen these people out early the better.

In my ads, I always include the fact that after joining, they can opt-out without obligation. I also include the fact that SFI is free to join and they do not have to spend any monies if they do not want to.

In my welcome letter, I spell out the following:
- SFI is free to join but it is not a free ride.
- They run their own businesses and how much they earn depends on their efforts and drive
- SFI does not pay them anything, they earn their own money.
- This is not a ‘Get rich Quick’ scheme. There is no such thing. They have to be patient, determined and persistent in growing their business. It takes time.
- If they don’t work, their businesses will not grow and they make no money.

I ask them to have a look at http://www.sfimg.com/ReviewSIM/SFIComparisonChart.pdf, comparing SFI with other similar business opportunities. I also at the same time give them the option of opting out.

Like you, I want to recruit only serious affiliates and that is why I am very deliberate in what I tell them from the word go. I am brutally honest with them.

All the banners are good and can be effective for attracting new PSAs.

I find that for a banner to be very effective, it must be placed close by to relevant text.
What I mean by this is that if you write on your blog about SFI as a means of a second income stream, having a banner there about ‘Honey, I Fired the Boss’ would not be as effective as the banner ‘Grow a Second Income.’

This shows that placing the right banner at the right place or site is very important.

But to address what you have asked for, I find that the best SFI banners for attracting new PSAs are
‘Grow a second income – Try it Free..’ and ‘Earn income around the clock and around the world..’
I like these banners. They promote a positive and forward looking approach. They work the best for me.

Yes it can be worthwhile.

Regarding people with limited English, have a look at some of the top performers in SFI. Many of them come from countries where English is not the primary language. I suspect therefore that not all of them speak a lot of English.

TIP 1: When sponsoring people with little English, have a look and see what their primary languages are. If possible group people with the same language and reassign them to one of your active team leaders with the same language.

TIP2: When communicating with these people, use an online translator. They are not perfect but they can help.

TIP3: Let your affiliates know about Google Translator at the bottom of each of the SFI pages. They just need to select their preferred language and within a moment the whole page is translated.


Regarding those with limited computer/internet experience, just have a read of the many testimonials from people who are doing well in SFI who started off with no or limited computer/internet experience.

So long as they have the passion for the business and the willingness to learn, becoming computer/internet savvy will happen as they grow in the business. Be patient with them.

Use the cards for promotional purposes. That is what they are meant to be used for.

Your focus is to get people to join at TripleClicks and what they receive as new members are listed on the cards.

Before you do anything with the cards, make sure you have your Wave3 member ID stamped on the card. Then hand them out to all your family members, friends and anyone who is interested in Free Stuffs and great deals, encouraging them to go to TripleClicks and sign up as new W3 members.

This is on of our biggest challenges as a Team Leaders.

They may have a glimpse of its potential by reading about it but to fully see and understand they need to be active affiliates.

They need to regularly: login; complete the actions; study and learn the business; participate in all the contests; games and activities; promote TripleClicks products and services; recruit affiliates; be awesome sponsors; build their teams; train and care for them.

These are the things that they need to do but they must learn them 1st - hopefully mainly from you.
By your examples, your teachings and your support, they will become active and through that they will come to fully "understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks."

This is one of the great things about SFI. Not only do you benefit from referring people to purchase products and services from TripleClicks, but you can also set up your own store. Sell your own products and earn more money.

If you already have your own physical store why not set up your own ECA store with TripleClicks. It’s free and you can promote your products online and to the many other TC members and SFI affiliates. They will also promote your products for you.

If you are promoting your physical store products and/or services, promote your ECA store at the same time. Give them the option of visiting your physical store or your ECA store. By doing this you are also promoting SFI & TripleClicks.

As a sponsor, encourage your affiliates to set up their ECA stores. Those affiliates with ECA stores also tend to be the more active team members.

Join as many social media sites as you can.

Most of these sites allow people to join groups or lists, such as in Facebook and Twitter. They also allow you to create your own lists or groups. You can also grow the number of people who are your friends or followers or connections as in LinkedIn

The thinking here is to grow your networks and the people (audience) you are exposed to. The more the better.

When you post on these sites, the more people that are able to see your postings the better. Some of these sites also allow the administrators to pin their postings one at a time.. This means that if you do this, every time someone visits your Twitter or Facebook page, the 1st thing they will see is your pinned posting. This increases the length of time your ad is displayed. I suggest that when you post your SFI ads on your page, always pin it.

Some of the social media sites will block or treat SFI ads as spam. There are ways around this:
You can include in your ad a link to your own website, blog etc.. directing the prospects from your site to SFI.
You can cloak the SFI link using the tools at cloaking sites. I’m not a great fan of these but many affiliates use them.

Use the new JMT "Join My Team" Gateway. This is specifically for recruiting PSAs. Include it in all your postings on social media sites.

There are many available free programs on line that you can use to design you own business cards or you can use a printers consultant for this purpose.

I would recommend a simple business card that would clearly identify your business - SFI and TripleClicks.

You can have SFI on one side and TripleClicks with its 'divisions' such as PriceBender Auctions, ECAs, Wave3, games etc on the reverse side. Don't have a busy card - keep it simple & easy to read.

Include on your card your name, rank, contact email/phone and the URL of the websites that you want you prospects to connect to - to join up etc.. Make sure that the URLs are correct with your correct Affiliate ID number included. Also make sure that whatever rank you show on your card you need to at least maintain it month after month.

By all means continue to support and encourage them. The fact that they have advanced faster than you must mean that you are a darn good sponsor - you are awesome!

Your relationship with your affiliates will naturally change and this will depend to a large extent on the experience and knowledge of your affiliates. If they are relatively new to SFI, I suspect they will still need training in some aspects of the business, and this is where you come in. Continue to provide tips and encouragement and help them sponsor their own affiliates.

If you have the resources - money to maintain your desired Team Leader rank, then I say go for it. I say maintain because if you do not have an active team of affiliates, it can be quite costly to maintain Team Leader rank.

I see that a lot of affiliates are BTL this month and the next month they are EA and then back to BTL and so on. They go up and down the ranks and this is quite common. I believe that the main reason why his happens is because they are not supported enough by their team of affiliates. Their affiliates are not maintaining their EA2 and TL ranks and their sponsors therefore do not get the benefit of sponsoring VPs.

That is why if you want to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader and maintain it or better still advance upwards, build your team, sponsoring and encouraging & helping them to be active and successful in SFI.

By the way as an EA, you start off building your team with the CSAs that SFI assign to you. You are already leading a team. There is absolutely nothing that I can find which says that you must have PSAs. You can build a team entirely of CSAs! Every month you are assigned a number of CSAs depending on your rank and you can also win them at auctions. Imagine that!!
