First of all, we need to ensure that we all understand what it takes to become a team leader. For us to qualify as a team leader, we must have at least 3000 versa points (1500/2000 sales point and 1500/1000 action points) to become a bronze team leader, silver team leader is 4000 versa points (2000 sales point and 2000 action points), Gold team leader is 5000 versa points (2000 sales and 3000 action points) and Platinum team leader 6000 versa point (2000 sales and 4000 action points).

For us to become a Team Leader we must do our daily tasks. For our daily tasks is 31 x11 = 341 (note for a 31 month, 30th month is 30 x 11 = 330 and a 28th day cycle is 28 x 11 = 308. Weekly tasks, stream post is 12 in a month, Looking at the t-connect page, 20 in a month and sending team mails 120 (12 + 20 + 120 = 152) and monthly tasks (send sponsor’s rating 10, setting up of monthly goals, 5, and setting up a standing order on triple clicks of 1500 and above 100. (100 + 10 + 5 = 115) adding it up (341 + 152 + 115 = 608). This figure is Action points. For us to get the balance, we should recruit Psa’s , sponsor and encourage them to be EA monthly. Them being EA gives you 100 versa points each. For example, you have at least 5 PSA that makes EA monthly, you get 500 versa points. Adding it to 608 (500 + 608 = 1108). Making sales up to 2000 will automatically make you a bronze team leader. Some get the balance action points for bidding on items. Each bid is 1vp. Some via the recruitment of ECA’s (100 versa points for each ECA that has listed their product on triple clicks.)

Also, as a team leader, you would be entitled to a share of the Triple-clicks Executive Pool (Bronze Team Leader) and also earn from your down liners (both PSA and CSA).

The key being a Team leader is the ability of one to build a formidable team of active Personal Sponsored Affiliates (PSA), teach them to duplicate what you are doing and watch as one’s business grows.

The best way to go about it is by:-
1. I would first and foremost give them a gift card which they can use on tripleclicks. This is a medium for them to try out tripleclicks.
2. Once they have tried out the gift card given to them and viewed items on tripleclicks,its much easier to tell them about t-credits.
3. I also encourage them to be an ECA. Being an ECA, they can advertise their goods and services on tripleclicks. It is at this junction that i tell them about t-credits which can be used to list their products.
4. Asides that i tell them that with the t-credits,they can use it to bid in our penny auctions.
5. Tell them that they can also win 2 t-credits every hour.
6. Get good ratings as an ECA to be awarded t-credit bonuses.
7. With the t-credits realised,one can use it for the pick the price contest which if you are close to the winning price,you get 25t-credits and 100t-credits if you get the exact winning price.

In my own opinion,both.
If one pays for sign ups there is always a tendency that you would need to spend more money as out of say 100 affiliates about 1% would be active so one would need to buy some more PSA to build a solid team. Also,using free and paid sites to advertise are some of the ways to get some PSA.Also,buying the s-builder co-op monthly is another form of acquiring PSA as well as participating in price benders to win some PSA'S.
For one to recruit affiliates word of mouth has been the one that has worked personally for me. First,i started by joining wav3 and distributed the cards.Informed them about the benefits to be derived by joining with just paying for the cost of shipping ($1.95) or i pay for them.Once they join,i organise a seminar formally introducing them to SFI and explaining the benefits.A form is passed round for the attendees to fill out and return with a contact number.To aid communication.
Asides seminars,by word of mouth to family members and friends.
In summary whether purchased psa's or recruitment by word of mouth,the bottom line is we would have a larger team and more commissions.

1. What I personally do is that if I am recruiting ECA’s I first tell them about SFI and the importance of triple clicks to their business. Normally, I inform them that triple clicks is global and that people from around the world can make purchases from them if their product is unique and scarce.
2. I encourage them by giving them gift cards to let them have a feel of the tripleclicks shop.
3. Also I give them 10 t- credits to list any of their products on tripleclicks. I notice that when I do that, the ECA’s are usually excited
4. Inform them that once someone places an order from his/her shop, SFI/Tripleclicks would notify them and place the order on their behalf
5. Inform them as well that once sales transactions are concluded, that 15% is collected by triple clicks

1. Getting a share of Tripleclicks Executive Pool.
2. Get t-credit bonus for being an EA (10),Bronze team leader(BTL) (12), Silver Team Leader(STL) (14), Gold Team Leader(GTL) (16), Platinium Team Leader(PTL) (18). Which can be used to list unwanted items in the home,bid in auctions and music download on tripleclicks.
3. Getting direct commissions from PSA and CSA that make purchases.
4. Being an EA and above,you are guaranteed your monthly commissions.
Also if they are to make a standing order, on items that they can buy elsewhere and make the purchases on tripleclicks,they not only get a discount on the items purchased,they get the versa points for that item which can contribute to their business. Not only that, the item is always available for them on a monthly basis.

There is this saying that you can take the horse to the river but cant force it to drink water. Likewise, that is what happens. What I normally do is to send them team mails, stream post, tips etc. I know MAYBE by a stroke of luck someday, they would log on and become active.
Have it in mind to never give up on them as some will, some wont. Its all a game of numbers.
