Various individuals have inherent qualities and potential that either requires a little push to become visible or someone they need you to provide the encouragement for them to move ahead. The same applies to working to get new affiliates.

I don't believe that any effort you put in towards your mission to achieve your objectives will go to waste. If not today, you will receive the results at some point in time. We live in an era where everything must be instantaneous, lifestyles have changed, people have become impatient and people want results and profits beyond expectations.

We are dealing with people when we approach a new affiliate and it takes time before you can understand an individual and his needs-a robotic approach may not work, try something else.

Go back to using offline methods, make your recruitment drive more personal, exercise a rapport before you can get an affiliate to take up your ideas with interest. Change your advertising techniques, rely on your strengths and expound on those areas. For example if you are a very good writer, ensure your advertisements are full of life, add some humour to your online conversations with people, talk about general areas of interest to both you and the prospect. I am sure you will find a way to add in SFI and TripleClicks somewhere in your conversations.

With the introduction of the Knock Out Trivia, I no longer use SFI as my marketing tool, I take a new approach and instead talk about playing games. Most people play games at some time or the other and this might interest them to ask more about what KOT is which can lead you to sign up a new prospect.

There is no hard and fast rule of thumb you should apply but at the end of the day, you know you will create sufficient interest in the new affiliate who will join you.

A "bribe" and an "incentive" have very different meanings. One shifts more towards negativity while the other has a positive impact.

In my view there is absolutely nothing wrong in pushing your Affiliates towards a certain level of achievement. Sometimes people need a little bit of a push to move upwards or forwards and that is not wrong. Picking up from my own experiences with SFI, I HAVE NOT STOPPED WORKING because my upline has stopped giving me incentives.

Incentives give people a competitive edge and they are driven by this inherent quality to "win". In addition, as a Sponsor, you can judge the Movers in your team very easily because they will generate the enthusiasm and wish to do well. This directly affects your performance as well as that of your team.

Perhaps the only part I would be very careful about is to ensure that those incentives are honored - if this is not done, then I feel that is the only time that you may be faced with a situation where you downlines will discredit you and the only loser here is YOU.

I believe every individual is equipped with varied potential and talents that help them generate optimum results from what they do. This holds true also for the Eager Zebra games and having been in TripleClicks for 11 months, my view is as follows.

So far, the Eager Zebra game that is best to generate all 3, ie T Credits, VPs and MRPs is the Gold Streak. This is because you receive 1 VP for each entry into the game. This means if you have bought a standing order of 125 T Credits, and you utilise all these credits in the Gold Streak, you will receive 125 Versa points for 125 games you play.

It is easy to earn T Credits because you are given all the answers and all you have to do is choose popular and least popular opinions - this is a lot easier to judge than pick up a correct answer in the KOT, for example.

Action Versa points are very useful for qualification of ranks and unlike the KO Trivia, if you play 1 game and use 4 T Credits (1 to enter the game and 3 for lifelines), you only receive 1 VP for the game entry.

Others may find that the KO Trivia is best for them because they are able to exploit their potential via their knowledge to win the games easily, so this would be ideal for them while others might find the Time Machine an easier way to earn all the benefits mentioned above.

Be tactful in your criticism. I believe that you make a less negative impact on your criticism and not offend the affiliate with whatever you say face to face if you do it with a smile. However when it comes to writing down your opinions, it is important to keep a few points at the forefront of your mind.

1. You want to project a positive impact to your affiliates and therefore be polite and patient.

2. When you are patient, there is tendency that you will not become annoyed with what actions they perform. Do not judge them on your standards but instead let it be a teaching experience.

3. It is important to share your own experiences with your affiliates because that will show them your reasoning behind your criticism(s). It tells them that you have also made mistakes but learnt from them.

Be careful at the tone of your voice in your emails. The choice of words is imperative. You do not want to be rude or relay a message that will undermine the affiliate or make him/her feel that you are not only being critical but that the affiliate would rather go elsewhere for feedback. You need to build a rapport with your affiliates and as such the team spirit should come out of your emails.

It is not difficult to write well, it comes with practice and making sure that you read your emails before you send them out. Practice makes perfect!

SFI sets itself apart from other online home based entrepreneurial ventures for many reasons but the ones that come to mind immediately are that it helps to enhance and improve the standards and well being of others. This is mainly by helping to build a residual income over a period of time.

Every individual affiliate who believes in the importance of setting goals will understand this concept which I have broken down into 4 areas.

- Where am I now?
- Where do I want to be in ( x ) number of years?
- What I need to help me get there?
- How will I get there?

These basic principles drive me to achieve my goals whether those goals are short-term or long term. We will define the parameters of long term goals by using the analyses that these goals are achievable between 3-5 years. Of course the time frame that you set for yourself will depend on your present circumstances but it is also possible that my long terms goals will be short term for you. In any case within SFi, those long term goals should be:-

* training at least 5-10 affiliates yearly who will maintain EA and eventually reach leadership levels of BTL and above. Without this, it will be very hard to achieve any of your long term goals.

* before you start training your affiliates, TRAIN YOURSELF and make this a long term goal

* recognize the depth of your capabilities, your team and assign a $ value income within the 3-5 year period

* learn how to diversify within SFI and that requires experience which comes with your long term commitment towards SFI.

The idea is not just to set a long term goal, you must work towards those targets otherwise it is pointless setting any goal.

I note that in SFI, Affiliates have very specific queries that need to be addressed. The questions is part of their training and it is as important to make sure that the answers are concise.

Offline classes are possible and practical if both you and the Affiliate are in the same city. However, you will still require to combine online methods to facilitate your training. You can adopt the following

- choose a comfortable venue, where you will not be interrupted and there will be privacy and you can discuss SFI over coffee. A one on one meeting builds trust and it is easy to draw on your reserves of enthusiasm during a personal meeting.

- if you are very keen to train your PSAs and can afford the financial investment, I would strongly advise you to make a point of meeting with your PSAs who maybe from a different town. I suggest this from my geographical location where I can visit other towns without spending a lot. This investment is very likely to be paid back once your recruits start SFI seriously.

- keep all channels/mode of communications open. This will still be a very important part of your training and cannot be ignored. Skype, mobile, Whatsapp Voice Mail messages remain an integral part of your offline training without which it would be next to impossible in this day and age to reach people.

- organizing small workshops within your own home has proved very beneficial in creating a rapport between you and your Affiliates. There are no restrictions over how long your training can take but you can start weekly regular meetings to cover various topics of concern. You can invite as few or as many affiliates to your training provided you have the available space.

- visual aids and physical presence during the training has a better impact on new affiliates and they can relate better with a hands on demonstration of how to maneuver around the site. Some affiliates are not internet oriented and it takes time to adjust to technology where none might be available.

Please keep in mind not to overwhelm the affiliates or confuse them with your interpretation so get your facts absolutely correct before you start training.

In my view the growth of your business is of primary importance and this is where T Credits (TCs) come in really handy. This is how:

1. You purchase TCs as a standing order which automatically helps your qualification every month as an Executive Affiliate (EA). This leaves you with more time to focus on duplication and expansion of your team without having to worry about meeting EA target. Making sure that you remain at EA level is important for your personal growth in the business.

2. You can use the TCs in the following mannner:-
(a) Gift them (transfer) to your downlines who perform and for whom the TCs can become a motivator-use them also for contests as prizes
(b) Bid with the TCs in the PriceBenders auctions and you get a point for each TC you use to bid. This builds up your action points and can be instrumental in getting you to qualify to a higher rank.
(c) You can also increase your Member Reward points (MRPs) when you bid with TCs in an auction which gives Double MRPs for each T Credit used to bid. This can help you accumulate the MRPs to help you towards purchases of your favourite products from the TripleClicks Store thus build your Sales Points towards the qualification of team leader.

3 TCs are easily transferable and therefore there is no waiting for delivery or delays in despatch, it is an immediate credit to your TripleClicks account.

4 TCs also assist you to become proficient at bidding in auctions.

5 With TCs the results are immediate unlike joining IAHBE or S-Builder. You have to either utilise the resource/material in IAHBE before you implement the ideas whereas in the Co-Op you have to wait for shares to be distributed and are not always sure of the results!

6. You can also use T Credits towards your purchases on TripleClicks whereas you are unable to use IAHBE or the SBuilder for any purchase.

These are the main reasons why I would think that TCredits is the best option for a Standing Order.

Whether it is SFI or any other business, I would advise you to be original in whatever you do. Therefore borrowing or collecting content that is not yours would not be a good start.

I am sure that you have your own experiences on SFI and this would be a fine start towards creating something that is your own where you do not need to worry about stepping on anyones's toes. It is always difficult to start writing but once you do it, it will get easier. This hold true for other firms of Art, it feels difficult before you begin but once you have started, you improve beyond your expectations!

if are really stuck for content, you might want to use the material that comes up in our Forum or here, in the SFI ASK community. The Forum, is easily accessible where you can request permission from other Affiliates if they have any objection to you using their comments. Most Affiliates are very willing to help. You would not be infringing on any copyrights and the best part would be that you will provide accurate and useful detail in your blog.

When I joined SFI, I spent time in understanding the system and honestly I had no expectations or any idea what I would earn for 5 days or 1 month. Neither did I have any clue how much my own effort alone would earn me. In a way this was good because when my first few days of work earned me less than $1.00, I was ecstatic that I had actually earned my 1st commission check. This was truly a surprise! The next few months, my duplication efforts showed a gradual rise in that income but it is not what I would call substantial.

$50 in a country which has very poor infrastructure and is still developing, this amount would be "substantial" therefore this term is rather relative.

I would like to analyse my experience having one very active leader in my team. This gives me reason to believe how that income would increase when I have 5 very active affiliates. There are various factors to consider before you can convince anyone that the potential to earn a high income is not only evident but also possible.

Various Income Streams
1..I will use my own scoreboard to explain the various streams of income ie income from matching VP, Direct Commissions which remains a lucrative area to earn good money. That means having affiliates who can invest in the business through regular Standing Orders.

Active Affiliates
2..Having active affiliates who commit to a long term business with SFI is one more reason for that "substantial" income (active affiliates are as good as "your customer base" - you will earn more with more customers. That is simple to comprehend.

Team Efforts
3..This is the most important aspect of SFI without which neither will you succeed nor will you earn income that you envisaged you would. Team effort requires hard work from the hierarchy of Sponsors upto 12 levels or more and this is when, one appreciates residual income.

Individual Effort
4..I would see this as having the most impact on your monthly check. Without which your ability to earn $s is limited

In my view it would be an overload of information if you immediately start explaining how income is earned without understanding the long term benefits of expanding an active team so before getting into detail, I would point out the above factors that are instrumental in earning a "substantial" income.

You can find avenues to market SFI, almost anywhere but here are a few areas I concentrate on.

1..Family and friends - a huge extension of family and a ready made list of friends especially on Facebook are my popular options. I talk to them frequently about my online store and you just cannot go wrong on "women shoppers". Visual links on selected products from TripleClicks would be a good beginning.

2.. Emotional Marketing - this remains a truly untapped area where I try to dissuade women from buying from other stores. This requires considerable tact, talking and ensuring that you have the product at a competitive price. Women are always shopping for GIFTS for every ocassion.

3.. Frequent telephone contact and utilizing current tools such as Whatsapp, Skype, and Viber facilitates easy access to TC links which can be passed on through this medium.

4.. Depending on your target market, you can ask them to attend fairs and use them to advertise SFI and TC.

There are many options one has to market your business and these will depend on what you think works best for you. Your results will give you this answer. It depends on where you are and what is available to you at that time to capitalize on. A combination of offline and online methods works best for me.
