I presume that you are wanting your sponsor to respond to questions and calls for help and support.

1. If your sponsor is non-responsive, your next port of call is your co-sponsor. Both these people benefit from your work and are there to help you grow your business.

2. You can also contact your sponsor's immediate upline. This person also benefits from your efforts and should be willing to help. He/she is generally more experienced in the business.

3. You can

‘Lazy and unmotivated affiliates’ are people who have signed up to SFI but have then done nothing to build their businesses or who log in infrequently.

You have rightly identified what needs to be done and that is to motivate them.

The reason why they are not active is best known to them but I do believe that the basic cause is the lack of knowledge or appreciation of what SFI is all about.

They need to know about SFI, they need to understand its potential

How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?

If the person is physically disable, so long as she/he can use a computer he/she has the same opportunity of building a successful SFI business as the able body persons. If its a mental disability then he/she will really find it hard.

Regarding the lack of marketing skills, that can be rectified. Marketing skills can be taught and that's where sponsors come in. If you are the sponsor, I would recommend that you teach him/her at least the basics of marketing and encourage them

Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

The SFI system is well and truly tested.
It has been around online for almost 17 years.
It is well laid out and many people have attested to its awesomeness not just by what they say but as evidenced by their financial successes.

Having said all that, this is your business and you run it as you would run any other business. Your own personal touches and strategies are all OK. The only stipulations are that you stay within the Affiliates Contract conditions including its amendments.

How to use translation to effectively communicate with PSAs from other countries while using SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging)?

Very early in my relationship with all my affiliates, I try to find out what their native language is.

Often affiliates will put down English as their primary language but I often find their level of English cannot cope with the SFI business. A clue to this is the Launchpad lessons. They would often click as having done the lessons but then ask questions about what had just been covered in the lessons indicating that they did not understand it at all.

I strongly encourage

PRMs have the potential of earning you 45% of their purchases CV as well as earning you all the SVPs associated with the items they have purchased. These are the benefits to you as the referrer.

PRMs however are similar to PSAs. Just as there are possibly thousands of inactive PSAs so are the PRMs. Many of them just sign up but never purchase anything.

ECAs on the other hand are business people. Their focus is to make money. They have signed up as ECAs because they want

The ECA tab at the Affiliate Centre is primarily for the promotion of ECAs and their products and members are encourage to view the featured ECAs products.

Have a look at the products and see if you come across products that you think may be useful for business growth, make note of them and purchase them yourself. If they work out well for you, you may want to recommend them to your team. Products such as marketing books & tools, self development literature, website building and

How do you use traffic exchange websites to drive traffic to your SFI gateways?

I am not a great fan of traffic exchange websites.

The website members are all driving or promoting some sort of business and are all competing for each others attention. When I was involved, my focus was simply to click on the next ad so that I can earn my credits within the time frame. I never read the ads that flashed past in front of me. That was me, and I suspect all the other members do the same.

I never had much luck with traffic exchanges and have moved onto other

I wish I know them all so I can avoid doing them myself!

For a start go to https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AwesomeSponsor? There you will find the Dos and Don't of sponsoring but to answer your question I will mention here some of the things that are dear to me. I will frame them in the positive - what to do. The opposite are what to avoid.

- Regardless of the level of the affiliates keep in constant contact with them. How much depends on their level. Nurture the ones who

Your SFI team can comprise of PSAs, CSAs and ECAs. Which one you focus on is a personal preference and I know that a lot of members concentrate on building up the number of PSAs in their teams.

Whatever your preference is, your first priority if you want to build your SFI team is to go out there and recruit them. Others will tell you that you need to learn 1st about the business and how to be an awesome sponsor. I disagree with this approach.

We all have sponsors and
