I'm already using it and recommended my team to use it too.
As a serious businessman/woman, you don't waste time when an opportunity come. That is why it is said that successful wo/man looks for opportunities and unsuccessful wo/man waits for opportunities to come.
In our business and adverts we don't know what will make us succeed. If you are running a business, you use any help that you can get. It is even worse if that help is for free.
SFI has been providing us with great information and tools. It is obvious that even this JMT Gateway is one of the best tool.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Yes it is worth to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months.
The are many reasons that can make them to be inactive. If you keep sending those emails, they might read them and motivate them to come back.
If you read things that people say here at SFI, you'll find many leaders who are BTL, STL, GTL, even PTLs, who did join SFI and quit, but after sometime came back and work more harder than those who were always logging everyday.
You don't know what might happen. My advice is to keep sending those emails. You have nothing to lose, but great results to gain.
I believe this will encourage and motivate you too.

What you should work on to build your SFI business when you can't access the SFI Affiliate Center depends on you. There are many things that you can do.
Here are few things that you can do:-

You want to know which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs. I as far as I know, it is better to pursue PSA's than CSAs.
PSAs are yours forever but the CSA's you can lose them. You can reassign PSAs to your PSAs and grow your business. The benefits are more on PSAs than on CSAs.

To get your new PSAs committed to SFI, you must be a living proof. For new PSAs you are their role model. Whatever you have achieved, they will also want to achieve knowing it is achievable because they see it from you. That is why it is said that we must lead by example.
SFI is providing us badges, so that people can see what you have achieved. When your new PSAs get into your Leadership Page. They can see what/which achievement you have made and they will tell themselves that they also want to achieve that. That will put fuel in them.
Sending messages, support and other things will add from that. Your achievement will even make them want to read your messages.

The better goal would be to train yourself not to know FSI, but to understand it. When you understand it, then sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year and produce hundreds of trainers every year.
When you understand SFI, you will be a good trainer. When you are a good trainer you'll train the trainers.
SFI has a simple way and training to run your business. If you are an awesome sponsor, you give your downline the strong foundation and then they can run the show themselves. They won't need you that much if you gave them a good start.
Remember, you teach your downline to do what you are doing. When you "teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves", they will also "teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves". So it will take you years to earn handsomely.
