I presume that you are referring to the Christmas / New Year holiday season. This is traditionally the season of giving and receiving gifts, focus therefore on gifts.

We can go through the TripleClicks catalog and identify items that would make attractive gifts and promote these, placing as many advertisements wherever possible. For affiliates this is all we can do – promoting the relevant products by advertising.

ECAs would also do well to start posting and promoting seasonal gift suggestions. They can put on seasonal specials and where possible focus on rapid turnovers even if it means smaller margins for each sale. Where possible provide free shipping worldwide. Their product quality & pricing, customer service, filling orders, returns, dealing with customer complaints etc.. must be of the highest standard. Not all customers buy on price alone.

Advertise, advertise, advertise + well priced quality products + top notched customer experience is how we can compete with our larger competitors.

Because of your limited daily time, you will need to stay absolutely focused on your business and what you set out to achieve each day. Don’t allow yourself to be side tracked by anything.

For that one hour, I would suggest that you use say 40 minutes to read all the news letters from SFI and action your ‘to-do-lists’ and contacting your team members. To me these are the absolute minimum.

For the remaining 20 minutes, spend this on advertising. If you are not recruiting your business growth will be stunted. Recruit both PSAs and TC members and promote TC products and services etc.. If you recruit PRMs chances are your monthly budget will grow with purchases they make as well as gaining additional VPs.
I would suggest that you use the free advertising readily available on the internet. Despite what is commonly said, free advertising actually does work.

For your budget of $50, I would recommend that you use it to purchase TCredits (50 TC pack ?) and PSAs to Go or S Builder units. I personally prefer S Builders as that also enables me to take advantage of the PSA to Go special offer.

If you have a few spare minutes, use this for your own training and personal development – revisit the Launchpad lessons, refresh on the SFI Basics, visit the Forum and Ask SC etc.. Do this say this week and then next week do some marketing research, planning or other activities that will ensure that your SFI business will continue to grow.

This is a great prospecting opportunity! Never miss an opportunity if they are not SFI members.

The fact that they know about your business and are asking about it clearly indicate that they are interested. They may have been exposed to it in the past, may have been members and may be considering joining or rejoining. Even if they are just making conversation, never miss an opportunity.

I would share with them my passion for SFI and my utmost belief that SFI is the vehicle that will take me to my goal of being financially secured. All I need to do is drive it to my goal with skill and care without crashing it on the way. I would also tell them how I am doing, what successes I am achieving and what my future plans and dreams are.

Depending on their level of interest I might:
- Give them a brief rundown of the SFI/TripleClicks set up, the history of the company and the fact that thousands of people from all over the world join SFI daily.
- Tell them the ‘Facts’ about SFI
- Explain the SFI Affiliate System and show them the Comparison Chart comparing SFI with similar businesses
- Explain the sponsor/coaching system
- Show them the TripleClicks and its range of products & services, auctions, games etc..
- Show them the training that is provided – Launchpad lessons, ‘to-do-lists’ and Internet Course
- Explain to them that this is all completely free. There are no upgrades, hidden costs or any compulsory payments. They join free and leave free if after joining they find that SFI is not for them.

So if they are interested, even if they have no previous experience of anything like SFI, give it a go. Sign up. They have everything to gain and absolutely none to loose.

This depends on how/why he left SFI in the first place.
- He wasn't hungry enough then?
- He had other priorities?
- He did not make the quick money he was after?
- He had a lousy sponsor? etc... You need to ask him questions of course.

Whatever happened in the past you need to instill in him the confidence that if he rejoins SFI this time, with you as his sponsor, he will be successful.

How to do this will of course depend on you, how you talk to him, your personality, your relationship with him and what you do.

I would recommend being confident, positive, passionate and knowing your stuffs about SFI. Dont forget he was previously exposed to SFI and may have done very well before he left.
You can show him what you have achieved yourself if you think this would help.
Remind him of SFIs history as an online trader, the affiliate programme itself, income streams,all the benefits and income possibilities. Show him the up to date facts about SFI and TripleClicks.

Whatever you do, don't drift from month to month. Be deliberate and structured on how you go about running your business.

The first thing that I would recommend doing is to step back and have a look at how you got on the last month. Evaluate your performance during the last month. For those with operational backgrounds - a debrief.

Was it a profitable month? We are here to make money, so this is always an important issue.

Did you achieve your goals for the month?
If you did - how? What did you do well that you can capitalise on? Can you improve on them?
If you did not - why? What did you do wrong? (in order not to repeat them) What could you have done better?

Set you goals for the new month ensuring that they are in line with your overall goal within SFI. What do you want to achieve within the next 30 days?

Make a plan, not just in your head. Write it down and have it prominently displayed where you can see it every day. Make a point of visiting it daily. If you can, run it like a how you would manage a project.

Budget your money and time. Even if money is tight, don't forget to pay yourself! Reward yourself. Put some spirit into your soul!

Remember: A good plan is a flexible plan. There are many things in this world that we can never anticipate regardless of how well prepared we are. Dont be so rigid with your plan. Yes stick to it as much as possible but be flexible enough to adjust depending on the circumstances.

Have all these done at the beginning of the month and the rest should be plain sailing.

Some of the FREE methods of recruiting and sponsoring affiliates are as below. They all work to varying degrees.

The BEST FREE methods that work for me do not necessarily work for you because of personalities, localities, ad styles, the sites being used, circle of friends etc.. You just have to give these a go and see which ones work BEST for you.

* Post ads on free classified websites. There are many of these available. You just have to find by testing which ones work for you.

* Post ads on social medias such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.. You will have to do this manually if you dont want to spend any money on auto posters.

For the above two methods,don't forget to post ads including URLs/Gateways of those members of your team that are working hard. You also want them to recruit and sponsor affiliates. Thats part of your sponsoring role. Help them recruit and thereby helping yourself.

* If you are able to, print some flyers (available in the 'Marketing' section)and distribute them yourself at public gatherings, in letter boxes etc..do so. There will be a printing cost unfortunately.

* People close to you. Tell all your family and friends of the work that you do with SFI and TripleClicks. You dont have to preach to them. They will see by the evidence of your successes how its working for you and will want to know more. They are sometimes the hardest to recruit but can be the most loyal of affiliates.

* Acquaintances. Whenever people meet it is always natural to speak about the work that they do. When this comes up, don't be bashful, speak with positive enthusiasm about your business with SFI. You can also steer the conversation towards the subject of work.

* Wherever possible put up SFI, TripleClicks, Wave 3 posters (also available from the 'Marketing' section) on public notice boards.

* Always have on your person, handbag, vehicle - readily available, something or documents about SFI ready to be given out to people who ask you about SFI.

* Always note a prospective affiliates name and contact details and follow up in a day or two. Always follow up on leads.

I believe that they become inactive because of mainly two reasons - they fail to see their potential in SFI and also they are not hungry enough for financial success.

Because of these two reasons, they give up when they don't seem to be getting a head such as - not earning a bigger income, not recruiting affiliates, not retaining them, not making sales etc.. These tend to knock their self confidence and they start thinking that they are wasting their time at SFI. They fail to see their potential. They fail to see and doubt that they can success in SFI.
If they are really hungry for success, to secure a financial future for themselves and their loves ones they may not give up and become inactive. They are most likely to stick with SFI and persevere with it.

The nature of my messages to them therefore is always the same. I encourage them to stay active by - urging them on, coaching them, acknowledging their successes, encouraging them to set their business goals and strive for them, giving them tips of what to do - anything that would keep them motivated and also help them in building their businesses. Let them know that I care for them and that I would help them with their businesses wherever possible. I tell them about other members successes, my successes and lead them by examples.

The idea is to motivate them and to build up their self confidence so that they will persevere and not become inactive.

When you first receive notification that they have signed up as affiliates, have a quick look at their profile. Most of the time there isn't much information there but every now and then you can get an idea of your new PSAs potential.

When you make contact with them, encourage them to complete their registrations/profile. When these are done have a look at what they have put down, their experience, goals etc .. and also how they rate SFI. These are all indicator whether you are looking at a potential superstar or not.

For me really the best indicator is how the PSA does his/her work - Login daily, collecting all the VPs, doing the lessons, being involved in The Forum and other SFI activities etc. Sometimes when they race away and collect all the available VPs within days of joining, it worries me. When they however become Fast Trackers, that gives me a bit of comfort knowing that they are concerned enough about future earnings to secure Fast Track.

Another indicator is how much they communicate with you and the subject of the communications.

I love those that ask questions about the ins and outs of the business - how to advertise, how to sponsor etc.. These indicate that they are in for the long haul and they want to run the business well. I find that often the PSAs whose questions are about how much money they can earn, what have I earned, how do they get paid etc.. quite often become inactive after the 1st month and then just sit on the books until their time runs out.

For me these are the main indicators of who could be a superstar - how they do their work and their communication level with me.

I suspect that a lot of people who are attracted to SFI join because it is free. They may be attracted because they want to secure a financial future for themselves and their loved ones but one of the most influential factor in their decision to join is because its free.

That indicates that they have little or no money at all.

SFI is well prepared for this. The best way to help people who do not have money to invest in SFI is to get them to promote TripleClicks right from the word go or at least by the second month. I encourage them to heavily promote TC products and services using free advertising online. The idea being that if they are successful in their promotions, not only will they receive SVPs but also cash in the form of commission. I encourage them to reinvest whatever monies they earn via TC.

I also encourage them, using free advertising, to start promoting SFI and recruiting affiliates as soon as possible. The idea being that the sooner they develop an active team of affiliates, the sooner they will be start reaping the benefits of duplication, matching VPs etc which obviously means increase in income and the ability to invest funds in SFI.

They are interested in home business. That is why they have joined the forum. They speak about their home businesses, review other home businesses and want to know about other home businesses. So yes, be proud, go ahead and tell them about SFI.

If you are concerned about being accused of spamming I suggest 2 things:

- Build your reputation within the forums. Establish yourself as an authority on any of the subjects to do with home business. In that way,what you say will have credibility to the other forum members.
- Obviously you don’t want to go on and on about SFI on the forums, so set yourself up a blog or website with fuller details of SFI on it. Have its link published on the forums and direct all interested people to it.

These will indicate professionalism on your part and people are more likely to be interested and join SFI through you.
