My tips are:

1. Participate or watch more frequently to understand the dynamics of the players, especially the big guns.

2. Choose auctions you think competition will not be fierce or too costly; 1WA and Jr auctions, and the auction of not very attractive products etc

3. Study time of the day when participants are fewer and auctions are won cheaply; 1am-8am GMT is my preferred time frame.

4. Possess sufficient amount of Tcredits to avoid more purchases

The simple answer is through advertisement and the issue will be which ad effort will give you the active affiliates you desire. Advertisements are in different forms in terms of the media, target and most importantly, content and budget.

It will be easier to pre-determine the character and potential activeness of affiliates
you get from your warm market. These are your friends, colleagues, relatives and social network connections, so properly targeting this group, using your knowledge

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Yes, it is worth it because you do not know the reason for their inactivity. At times we may mistake inactivity to be lack of enthusiasm or interest, it may be the case sometimes, but certainly not all the time.

Even in situations where you think they lack interest, your continued support e-mails may arouse their interest. In situations where they may have been interested, but remain inactive for some other reasons, your continued support e-mails will continually remind them not to forget

This is a very straight forward question and I will just enumerate the major benefits of each;

The benefits of PSA:

1. You receive 40% CV (Commission Volume)from their purchases at TC.

2. You receive VP match on any EA2 up to 12 levels (Gen 12)if you are a team leader and meet certain conditions regarding Leadership Page maintenance and sponsor rating.

3. If they are ECAs you earn 10% royalties from their sales.

Benefits of CSAs:

Some of the things I think you can work on when you cannot access the affiliate centre are as follows:

1. The affiliate centre is different from Tripleclicks, which means you can do some work at TC. This is because TC is part of building your SFI business.

2. You can advertise your SFI url, assuming you know them off head as I will suppose.

3. Interact with your downline using other media you have; Skype, Facebook, Twitter, chat room etc

4. Do some study

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

It is important to mention that sponsoring hundreds of PSAs is a means to an end. The major means in my opinions, may be to increase the probability of reaching your objective of the smaller number of EA you wish to develop.

Some have argued that sponsoring hundreds of PSAs may be a waste of resources, but what if you have the resources or you have reached an optimum level, where the increase in your signups does not necessarily result in increased financial resources in your advertisement

The best way to use your Leadership Page (LP) to motivate and inspire your team is first, to include powerful contents that are very attractive, irresistible and memorable and second, to be able to attract them to visit your LP. Attracting your team members to visit your LP is very important because no matter how compelling and fantastic the contents are, it is useless if nobody sees or read them.

So how do you use it to motivate/inspire your team and how do you attract their attention

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

They are 2 different aspects entirely but both could help build your business here. However, Eagle Zebra (EZ) games enable you to win Tcredits and MRP, while Pricebender (PB) auctions enable you to bid and maybe win various products, including Tcredits, but not MRP. We all know that we can use MRP to pay for purchases at TC that is all, irrespective of how we got them, so let me go straight to Tcredits.

What is the benefits of Tcredits won at EZ games and at PB auctions?

How can membership in a social site like Linkedin help me build my SFI business?

Apart from connecting professionals and advancing one’s career, Linkedln can also be used to create a useful and appropriate network for building your SFI business. However, the first step will be to create a very good and attractive profile because this will facilitate the exposure of your SFI business as I will discuss shortly.

Assuming you now understand the workings of Linkedln, the next step will be to create a personal company page which you will use to promote your SFI business.

On your home page, click on Power Tool and select Co-op Manager from the drop down menu or go directly here: https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop
When the page opens click on Start a New Co-op and you need to do 3 key things on the next page:

1. Select a Key Code you want to associate the co-op with and assuming you do not know about key codes, it is used to track where you signups come from and the code can be up to 4 digits. An example using your SFI sponsor gateway is www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx.120/FREE
