Well, I do not think to exist a method for this. communication has its advantages but its own limits which cannot be surpassed if the one who receives the information is not enough open. You should try to use communication possibilities as much as you can but keeping however an equilibrium so that the receiver does not get bored or frustrated.

I think I would do the same thing as I did. I do not think I made any mistake. I worked and worked and worked eevry single day as much as I could, not more, not less. It is very important to know your limits and to choose to surpass them if you really can to continue the same way afterwards. I was very much sustained by the tips containing the group of words "NEVER GIVE UP" and I think this is very true.

I think it is very important to have physical and psichological resistance to work daily the same things. Also, it is important that the SFI member be trustful that his/her perseverance will not be in vain and that his/her dilligence and insistence in getting newer and newer PSAs will offer the desires results.
