Encourage your team members to go through their training, by visiting their to-do list in their members area and clicking on the links that they find there. This will give them the training they need. Plus they can ask questions in the forum where there are lots of people who can help them. You can also offer to help directly by email. Wherever possible give your support to those who request it, but don't get disheartened by those who are really not interested - just accept as a fact of life that some people are just like that - as the old saying goes "you can take a cow to water but you can't make it drink"!

Text Ads are generally the most effective - but stay away from any company that someone names - for the simple reason that you will end up advertising all the same places of everyone else and cancel out all your efforts. So do your own homework and always check with advertising service is working best, i.e. how many EAs are you getting from each advertiser. Also don't just look at numbers of affiliates, because many affiliates will do nothing - quality is more important than quantity - a few well chosen affiliates who become and remain EA is far more value to you than hundreds of affiliates who hardly ever log-in

People online are seaching for a "get rich quick" scheme where they join for free and make a stack load of money for little or no effort - and who cares if its a genuine business or not - or even if it's legal! Of course in reality such a scheme will NEVER stand the test of time - and you notice I said a "scheme" not a business - because its NOT a business. Now what about SFI? - its a great business where any one can make a monthly income just by advertising their referal links. So why don't more people get cracking and get with the program? I guess its partly fear - "thats its all a scam" - people are scared to try it in case it "doesn't work". What you can do about it, is understand where people are coming from, and make it easier for people - explain that SFI is a genuine long lasting business and that it's FREE and they can participate for nothing, get all the training they need, and even a commission cheque as a FREE member. Try out the products - the nutritional supplement is great - I know because I have used it, and the weight loss powder is great also - I could go on! - tell people they can enjoy a monthly income just by enjoying the products that you buy anyway - just buy them from SFI instead - how much does that cost you? NOTHING. Does that help you to get cracking and enjoy SFI for life - hope it does!

My three top keys are - DETERMINATION - because with out dedication to continue and determination to succeed you will NEVER succeed with anything - and certainly not with a business - PROMOTION - promotion of your affiliate links, through advertising, blog posts and comments, twitter posts, facebook entries, text ad, banners etc - PRODUCTS - you will always earn far more money in any business by SELLING products - yes a scarry word to some people - but a scary word you have to cross over if you are EVER to succeed with ANY business - just building a downline is fine, but without selling products it is in the end POINTLESS - so Determination - Promotion - Products are your success keys

Without question you have to remember that you can't expect other people to do what you are not doing yourself. Always lead by example - login every day, click on your to-do list, complete all your training, advertise your referral links and tell everyone you know to do the same - plus don't forget to use the products yourself, then you can tell other people how good they are!

Never give up on anyone - always be available to help whenever people want the help. It is a mistake to get sucked into a constant frustration of people in your downline who maybe inactive at present. The important thing is to realize that the more people you refer the more people will be ACTIVE - it's the half full/ half empty senario. Always think positive. Once I was a door to door salesman - I knew there would be orders if I went to enough doors, so I didn't care if there were orders from a particular household or not, I treated EVERYONE as a customer, and the sales were always there for the taking. With SFI its the same - most people will not be interested - but there will be some who will be so interested you wont even need to contact them for them to complete their training and start referring people right left and centre. So I would say just relax and let the magic of SFI happen - you keep on advertising and referring and the pieces will all fit into place just fine
