How do I explain to my downline how to benefit from the new W3 program?

The new W3 program is one of the best ways to introduce people to TripleClicks and boost sales that will earn commission. Introducing TripleClicks members (PRMs) has the distinct benefit of having a repeat customer, especially if they are introduced to the PB auctions and the EZ games. Repeat TCredit sales have great VP and commission value.
With the new W3 program your PRMs will be encouraged to invite others to join TripleClicks, too, and you as the original PRM sponsor will benefit directly from them as well earning both VP and commissions.
And finally, if one of your PRMs discovers that SFI is a great online business, and if your PRM converts to PSA, you now have a strong PSA who will already have a good idea of the great earnings potential of SFI. I can imagine that PSA having great PTL and DTL potential.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

Whether you have an active sponsor or not, you will benefit most by taking full responsibility for your SFI business. Active sponsors will certainly be of benefit to you. It is indeed good to receive helpful information and to get useful replies to your questions.
If you have an inactive sponsor, not taking full responsibility for your SFI business will get you nowhere. SFI provides everything you need to be successful. You can learn everything you need to know from SFI's training, and all you you need to do is put what you learn into practice. Every day there is something new to learn. Every day there is something you can do to promote your SFI business.
So your success is always based on what you are willing to do. If your sponsor is helping you along the way, that is great! But don't forget you are the one who is making your business prosper.

What are the best, most effective strategies one should use when just starting up with SFI?

There are two important strategies that when put into place will help new Affiliates starting up with SFI. The first strategy is gain as much knowledge as possible. The second strategy is put into action from the knowledge that was learned that will build the SFI business.
All new Affiliates are guided toward the main buttons on the Affiliate Center home page: START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD. We urge our new Affiliates to go to those locations that will provide the basic knowledge that they will need to be successful. This knowledge includes information about SFI, what is required to build a business, and what is needed to grow their income. At this stage, encouraging new Affiliates to do the Daily, Weekly and Montly tasks for Action VP is important. However, without implementing the second strategy, many new Affiliates fall short.
The second strategy is putting into action all the knowledge that is acquired with the initial buttons and all the information that is reviewed doing the Actions. A good strategy will begin implementing advertising methods. Whether the Affiliate has no budget, a minimal budget or an investment budget, each new Affiliate needs to develop an action plan for advertising and promoting SFI and TripleClicks.
By developing good knowledge and action strategies, each Affiliate can build a solid and growing income.

How do I encourage an affiliate to remain active when they feel they've been demoted?

When I am contacted with a disappointing message about rank, I always reply in this manner.
I truly understand how you feel. That has happened to me, too. Someone helped me, and I would like to help you, too. Nothing has really happened to you or your business. Your rank was showing you a level you had reached for a period of one month. Until we have established a growing business, it is quite common to have ups and down.
If we truly desire earning and keeping SFI Ranks, it is very important to keep going, determine what is not working, and work on building the business in different ways. Since SFI has great training, it is a good idea to point the person to the training tab on the SFI Affiliate page. Let the person know that you will be glad to answer questions and even offer advice if desired.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

If you only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, your most important task is to advertise. We earn income from sales, and we earn income from PSAs and PRMs.
If you can have an advertising budget, it is a good idea to advertise so that you bring in about 100 PSAs each month. If you are promoting with free methods, a standing order of 1500 VP will allow you to spend most of your hour with traffic exchanges and email lists and still qualify for EA benefits.
Getting at least 10 VP a day from the red tabs on the home page can help you establish a VP streak, but more importantly each of the tabs provides information and training to help you promote SFI in more and better ways.
If you do have time to play a few EZ Games, be sure to share the EZ promotions, if you have a good game, in Twitter and Facebook and your email contacts. This has the potential to bring in PRMs.

I think the best way to train PSAs and CSAs is to point them to the excellent SFI Training tab. There anyone can find information on how to build a team and how to promote TripleClicks sales. Everything that we need to know is provided there.
Of course, most will have questions about what they read, so the second part of the training is to be there when the questions arise and answer each one as best as possible. We each have different circumstances, yet the SFI training has something for everyone.
That is why it is important to send our PSAs and CSAs there first so they can start to see how they want to build there business. Then when we help them, it will be what they need and not what we need.

I think the best strategy for attracting younger people, ages 21 to 35, to become active SFI Affiliates is to present SFI as an entrepreneurial opportunity. The founders of Google and Facebook were in that age category and it was their entrepreneurial spirit that made them successful.
The strategy, then, is to offer SFI as a way to build a solid business for the future. The message can go something like this:
When you join SFI, you will have all the tools you need to build a solid online business. Because you will be your own boss, you can work as hard and fast as you want. Or you can take your time to build little by little. No matter which path you choose, there are no limits on how much you can grow your income.
There are no sign up or on going fees. In fact there is no cost at all to start your business. What you invest in your business will be totally up to you. There is no risk and there is no obligation to be an SFI Affiliate. So, sign up, set your goals, use all the training and marketing materials that are provided for free, and begin building your business to reach your goals.

What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

It is usually very difficult to find out why a PSA starts off great and then suddenly becomes completely inactive. The only way we kind find out is if they actually respond to a message we send to them. We could more easily help them if we knew why they became inactive.
So twice a month I go to my Genealogy and filter on the PSAs that have earned over 1000 VP but have not logged in during the past two weeks. I send them a team mail letting them know I noticed that they had not logged in for awhile and that I hope there was not an problem in their life.
I then review the benefits of SFI and let them know I will be available to help them.
Since there is no guarantee of who will respond, I am always thrilled when I do get a reply that helps me keep in contact, and I offer help on how to be successful.

How do I promote the Signing Bonus and the opportunity to increase it to my new affiliates who have just received the $20 Signing Bonus?

I honestly think the best way to promote the Signing Bonus is to simply mention in your welcome email that SFI will be explaining about the Signing Bonus that they saw on the sign up page. Simply say that this is a benefit that gives a great boost to your beginning efforts to earn income.
Encourage them to look for SFI's helpful messages. And be sure to let them know that you will answer any questions and will be glad to help them be successful.
