My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

It must be difficult to deal with.
Negative atattitudes are quiet hard to manage.
You can't built a strong team.
Unless, you stay strong and positive.
Then:
*Set them aside on your inspiration list.
*Find a few who believes in you/build a strong team.
*Each steps of your success show it to those who are negative.
*And their change from negative to positive will follow while you are busy achieving you goals.

Though, everyone can be a leader;
It is good to know how to become a great awesome team leader of all leaders. Which SFI provide us almost everything we need.
Just, be a friend, a consultant, an advicer, to your team mates. It is good if you stay connected with them, being approachable to each of your teams mates well allow you to learn a lot of things that could help you realize a better way,find solutions to each problem,and made up a great idea of conclusion upon hearing of what they had in their mind.
This is just a process of learning to be a good team leader of your group where in, you, yourself isn't aware you've been executing the deeds of what a GOOD Team Leader should be.

Hi,
Great interest to be done of a good team leader.
Well,I think the best thing to do is to reach your downline via stream post, team mails, or in anyway of communication which you think your team mates are active.
Introduce them the milestone share program, and how it works or how are you going to work for it. Gather, more positive ideas about it to discuss and share with them.
