The most important steps for training your PSAs are:
1. Set a greeting message that provides information about how to contact you and instructions on how to complete their registration. Include a warm welcome.
2. Initiate communication and introduce them to Daily Actions, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.
3. Answer their questions and concerns from your own experience. Refer them good manuals, by doing that you are providing help, but also teaching them how to do independent research. Consequently this shows that they can rely on you.
4. Inform them at what times of the day you'll be available for help and guidance.
5. Explain the importance of fast progress with small investments (Fast Track, Standing Order...).
6. After familiarizing themselves with the basics- teach them how and where to start advertising.
7. Monitor their work and give them more advanced tips every day.
8. Encourage them to become Team Leaders such as yourself, and give them 100% support when they start applying Duplication.
For training CSAs:
Send them an e-mail once a week that offers your help, and only provide help if needed. They are receiving guidance from SFI and their sponsor- don't overburden them with information.
