You can be effective when you decide to recruit affiliates face to face or one-on-one.
Yes. consider putting up a good and sound advert for a seminar or flyer for a seminar. many will come and then you have outlines all the wonderful keys of success in SFI and almost all will register face-to-face.
Again, going to any good trade fair and positioning at a key position or trance to the venue, having flyers around with you contact boldly placed on them, many will contact you face to face or one on one and register.
There are many ways to actually recruit people.

There are many tools in at which you can achieve any level of success you want in SFI. the managements of SFI have made it all very easy and user friendly to use.
1. Tcredit is a great tool in SFI.
2. Sending a standing order
3. Purchasing PSAs and CSAs
4. Referral gateways
5. Promoting TrippleClick products and services
6. Becoming and ECA and selling products
7. Getting involved in daily bidding / auctions.
these are the few wonderful and user friendly tools the management of SFI have provided to lead us to the top.

well, in this case i will have to take some time and outline some few basic techniques that you can use to convince people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity.
tips:
1. SFI is a FREE sign-up site, all the secret of success write-up are also FREE, Initial VersaPoints that is over 1500 VersaPoint are all for free. what else do we look out for?
2. the first page of SFI website have a video tutor / demonstration on how to start working in SFI and the beautiful part about this is that you can share this video link and even the video itself to any website, blog, facebook, etc without any restriction.
3. SFI is not an a day old business, SFI has been there, seen, and conquered. this is many years of Online Affiliate / business experience with a hug success and remarkable history.
4. In SFI people are treated equally, everything works out for A, B, C and D same way.
Things to Note:

we have different marketing skills in SFI, let me try to remember and list some few out here for you.
List of the marketing skills:
1. Referral - this is by using the free generated referral Personal link from SFI to all affiliates for duplication, sales of products, etc.
2. Blog - creating a blog where all the referral links will be published and creating well matched key words and thereby making the blog rank top 10 in google list.
3. Website - Designing a website that will allow you to lunch and execute plain text or html codes for your referral links.
3. Games: - using your SFI personal referral link to add Eager Zebra games link to your website that will redirect people unknownly to SFI website under your link and they can access the game, register or refer someone else too.
4. Group chat - Creating a mobile phone group chat for all your downlines, linking them to the group and giving them power to make use of other features in the group, chat, ask questions, make suggestions, complain and you attending to them all without favoritism.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

This question is also applicable to me and i think i am in a better position to answer this.
I am also from an area where we have very low or limited internet access.
There are many ways i use to communicate with, motivate my downlines / affiliates, see the guideline below;
1. As we have low and limited Electricity supply, internet services / access, this is not a barrier. we try to communicate and access internet using our mobile phones.
2. We most often visits a cyber cafe if the need be or we require more internet access to access the file.
3. you can also power on the mobile phone internet access, then enable your phone wireless connection (Wi-fi) and as well as your personal computer wireless connection (Wi-fi). so as to access and connect you personal computer wireless connection (Wi-fi) to the (Wi-fi) wireless connection of your mobile phone and this will enable / grant you access to browse using your personal computer.
4. Most times, we can also visit a friend with a working internet subscription and request for One Hour access to enable you complete your daily task.
There are still more ways we can do all this, such as; mobile data sharing, family and friends data, borrow me credit, etc.

The question is simple and direct.
Being an SFI affiliate i the best thing that can ever happen to any unemployed or retired person.
To be an SFI affiliate if easy, no fund required.
To start marketing and earning commissions in SFI is simple too. no funding required.
Some of my PSAs are happy today even if they are not working, at least you see what keeps you busy and interacting with others.
they have also started referring ECAs and promoting products and each of your referred product sold is 45% of the total sold price added to you free of charge.
you can play Daily G. and win Free Tcredits, or T-time and win free Tcredits, all this are ways at which SFI have made to assist and build our marketing, advertising and our life in SFI.

Advertising through the newspaper media is also another wonderful ways to reach out for people to sign-up new affiliates. consider the example below;
1. Advertise on the newspaper about the SFI business for a seminar to come and include about all the goodies, the venue for the seminar and your contacts.
2. That day, make it professional, come with your personal computer and internet subscribed working modern.
3. After the seminar, many will definitely sign-up, then give them some incentive instantly to motivate them and schedule days of meeting and venue to trace developments.
4. Give them task to fulfill, like to sign-up 5 to 7 people on that first month alone and ask them to train up their downline same way too.
5. Give them another task, to make Executive affiliates and help their downline to achieve same, then place incentives for the winners, emulating from SFI.

This is a nice question, i will answer this from my own life experience.
This is One Way i have made some success in SFI. it is simple and you can do it and achieve a lot.
All required is good planing and packaging. as they say "the name you gave to your dog, that name only your dog will answer".
1. Pick a strategic position, where you will be seen clearly.
2. Dress up corporate or wear SFI Polo if you already have one.
3. Make some write-up on a cad-bud paper or drawings with a motivating quote for each.
4. Have a Laptop with internet connection, Put up a TAPE of your recorded voice explaining SFI
business and the benefits to any registered Affiliate, ECA, Triple-click Members, etc.
5. Register people coming for inquiry FREE and share to all FLYER of your personal referral link.
6. You can also add more flavor to beautify it, depending on your abilities.
