What can WE do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates (without relying on SFI management)?

Making any business attractive to prospective buyers depends a lot on the marketing and advertising skills or prowess of the business owner, so as the CEO of your SFI business, you need to develop a robust marketing and advertising skill first.
Secondly, the one who want to sell a product must be a user of that same product, so let the prospects see that you are using and benefiting from what you are advertising to them since this will in no small measure convince them.
Lastly, the more innovative we are the more we are able to sell our products, so to attract more new affiliates, think proactively and dare to be innovative.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

Hello,
To be successful in whatever one does, there is need for guidance from those who have been there before, hence to be successful in SFI. the role of once sponsor can not be underestimated;
For instance when I join SFI, I find it some how difficulty to navigate some aspect of this business, until my sponsor step in and explain fully.
Secondly, my co-sponsor was also of immense help, he was the one that help me to get the hang of price bender auction, spin and win and many other things I have learnt till now.
Lastly,some people have the ability to go without being guided, these are the go-getters who may not need much help from their sponsor, but let remember that to succeed at anything we need those who have succeed at it and those who are just getting going.
Sponsors are given for specific purpose... He who lack mentoring may ends up merry-go-rounding.

How do I convince people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity that they shouldn't miss out on?

People are diverse in their personality, belief, physicality and conviction, so convincing people that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity will not always be an easy one.
In my six months here, I have come to know that convincing people to buy into what you believe is a gold-mine is not easy and to convince them, I have resorted to doing this;
- Showing them that get on board SFI is absolutely FREE.
- Showing them my SFI homepage which spotted my picture, class position, country, achievement and badges, as well as tell them they can also achieve more than these.
- Showing them them the various games available at TripleClicks an arm of SFI, showing them how easy the games are to play and what they stand to win playing these games
- Showing them the various products available at TripleClicks at cheap price.
- Showing them how price bender auction is done, the fact that they with as few as 10 Tcredits they can bid and win any of the cool stuff during a price bender auction.
- Telling them to believe they can and take a trial venture in SFI.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

Great question.
One hour is alot of minutes to do your business here, especially if you take it on a part time basis.
So how should you spend this 60 minutes:
First you must clear all the tabs on your SFI homepage to get 12 VPs, while doing this participate in the daily grand and T time draws by clicking on the win it tab. This will only take about 10-12 minutes if your internet connection is good enough.
48 minutes left.
Secondly, play the EZ games of your choice to win cool stuffs such as T-Credits, EZ Tokens, MRPs, Badges and even versalpoints. This will take you about 30-40 minutes depending on how well you last at games such as KOT, Gold Streak and Card King.
18-8 minutes left.
Lastly, you can use the remaining minutes to study the great learning materials available at SFI in order to develop yourself and advance your business.
Don't forget to always have at least an SO of not less than 1500VP.
With these your one hour is more than enough for you to succeed here. But be rest assure that with time you'll come to dedicate more hours to your business.

This is a good question since most of us have had to overcome these in the past.
SFI is more than an online business, it is fast becoming a way of life to many who gave their all to it. Therefore it helps conquering ones personal limitations and roadblocks in the following ways:
* There are various materials on self development available here which when perused to the letter help to discover ones true self.
* There are many brilliant geniuses here to guide and teach one on how to over come limitations and roadblocks be it personal or otherwise. These men and women has been in our shoes before and have overcome their own limitations and roadblocks in order to succeed.
* There are a lot of motivations and encouragement from the forum groups, team members as well as uplines which will go along way in helping one to overcome any personal limitation and roadblocks.
* Being an affiliate will also help change ones attitude because most of rhese roadblocks and limitations are as a result of our attitude.
Lastly, allowing oneself to go through all these at SFI will not only remove the limitations and roadblocks but will lead one to a successful life.

The best way to train our PSAs and CSAs are:
1- Through communication: Always get in touch with your PSAs and CSAs through your stream posts, forum thread posts, psa, csa and genealogy mailer, their personal mails and so on.
2- Through the Price Bender Auctions: By participating in and winning auctions you will be able to tell them how to go about bidding and winning the price bender auction.
3- Through advertising: This is important for them to be able to duplicate you. Teaching them to advertise and recruit new affiliates should therefore be a priority.
4- You should also teach them how to use the eager zebra games to advance their business and will cool stuffs and badges.

To me the most valuable marketing skill any salesperson should have is advertising skill.
Great salesperson of which the founder of SFI Mr. Gery is one, all possess the skill to make products attractive and a must have to prospective buyers.
You don't have to be good talker to sell your products, you need to know how to appeal to the sense of the prospects and to do this you must know how to package and advertise your products.
The number one thing that attract me to SFI in the first place is the package and advertisement in place even for prospective members.
Other skill needed to be passed across to downlines are; PATIENCE, TIMING, COMMUNICATING SKILL and so on.
Our downlines need to replicate us in whatever they do in their SFI business and to do this they must be good sales person who can market SFI even with their eyes closed.

The daily AVPs are of utmost importance to all affiliates who wish to climb up the sfi ladder;
Firstly, for those still in the E360 competition topping the class depends on the percentage of SVP and AVP gathered during the first 365 days in sfi.
Secondly, doing the daily tasks not only gives versa points which have cash value, it also show how important their business is to them.
Thirdly, doing the daily task gives a sense of satisfaction that you are progressing in your day to day business, especially when checking your leaderboard and power ranking to know your standing.
Letting your affiliates know these and other valuable answers given by veterans here will help them alot.

Being a good communicator is quiet easy, if you can get affiliates to sign up then communicating with them should be easy.
Truth be told some us do not like face to face communication but SFI has so simplify thing so much that you can communicate with you PSAs and CSAs online without seen each other and can tell them what you are doing to move your business forward and how these are working for you.
Finally, if you know your communicating skill is poor develop your self, the Ciceros and Platos of this world all developed themselves. More over, there are so many materials available on line and off line to help in this area. Do this and your communicating skill will be the envy of all.

Having good sponsor and co-sponsor is like having a good father and a good mentor at the same time. Since most new affiliates are in quite a hurry to get to the topmost level, they never bother to study all the awesome packages for beginners and it is the duty of both their sponsor and co-sponsor to guide, counsel, encourage and motivate them.
A good sponsor knows the importance of duplication and teaches his team to do so likewise a good co-sponsor. The bottom line is this "to be a good sponsor and co-sponsor, you need good ones too".
