Open you favorite TripleClicks ECAs store and choose product to promote.
Look for "SFI Affiliate" section listed below product picture.
There you will find your own link for promoting that product, with your SFI ID number in it.
Just copy and paste that link to promote that product, and if somebody buy that product trough your referal link you will earn your commision for that product.

Best way to encourage your downline members to participate in PB Auction is to show them your own winning auctions. Tell them all about strategys is auctions. How to pick auctions, how much TCredits they need for those auctions. Tell them about DP auctions and how they can gain more MRP.
Auctions are all about good timing, research and a little bit of luck.
Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Both of them are doog to have.
PRMs will bring you commisions with every purchase they make and you will have that for life. As long as you work with SFI.
PSAs are one of the most immportant to have in SFI business, because without PSAs, active PSAs your progres as a Team Leader is in question. Who will you lead if you don't have any PSAs?
So in my oppinion both are good to recruit, and for both we need to target our advertising.

How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

Hi,
You should consider your CSAs as your PSAs because you have commision from their purchase and you have matching points if your CSAs are EA2 and above.
So when you have something to say to your PSAs you pass that on your CSAs to.
That is the best way to stay in touch with your CSAs.

Interesting question.
I think that there is no proven formula for the outcome that you want to achieve. Every human being is a story in itself, so this is what you should hold on. But you can always use some conditions, to find out who are PSA which have the highest chance of success in this business.
Such as :
1. Whether you are contacted regularly by them?
2. What is the essence of the questions that they ask you? ...etc.
This will give you information about how high potential they have for this business. Rate your PSA potential and that is the way you'll know which approach you can use to help them speed up progress with SFI company. Not every PSA or CSA member have same potential, it is absurd to think that this is possible. Constantly monitoring of their work will help you to find the best way to achive what you up to.

My answer to this would be that it is of utmost importance that a2a friends are from different parts of the world.
Why?
Because there is a great possibility that we need help, with the new PSA, from a2a friends who are in their country or region.
Maybe we will have linguistic barriers in communication with that PSA or CSA member. Not all of our PSA/CSA members have knowledge of English or how to use translation tools.
Therefore a2a friend from all around the world would be good friends to have!

Consider the following details when planning your online seminars :
1. Prepare everything beforehand - Load all the exercises/presentations into the ‘room’ beforehand and put them in the right order – you will have more than enough on your hands so don’t sort things out on the fly.
2. Think like a talk show host - When presenting, think of yourself like a radio talkshow host – you need to keep the energy levels up and bring out the best of your ‘guests’.
3. Try to enjoy it all and don’t worry - Participants are often very patient when things go wrong as long as you show a sense of humour. Just be yourself and relax and enjoy the whole experience.
