What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

First of all, you need to make sure that you are fully trained. If not, please visit " Training" from your Homepage.
In order to train your PSA and CSA, you need to make contact and communicate that information to them.
This can be done through email/team, phone calls or person to person.
It is very important to convey :
1. The difference between SFI and TripleClicks.
2. What is TCredit, VersaPoints, Standing Order, PSA and CSA, etc.
3. The tools needed to advance their business.
4. How they can receive payments.
5. How Sales, Purchases, Advertising and Marketing are done.
These information will help to catapult their business forward.

How can SFI help you conquer your personal limitations and roadblocks and become successful?

Your personal limitation may include financial burdens, limited access to cash and inability to effectively market a product.
Roadblocks on the other hand could be trying to remedy the challenges mentioned above to no avail.
Financial burdens. At SFI, you can earn money from Sales/Marketing of TripleClicks products. Also, your downline could generate some income to pay for your bills and debts.
Limited access to cash. Cash can now be in your reach by scoring VersaPoints and having an active downline.
Inability to market a product. SFI provides the tools, resources, support and guidance to accomplish this feat.
All you have to do is trust SFI and grab each opportunity with both hands.
Much success at SFI.

You should use your hour wisely. Firstly, do your daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Secondly, if you have a team, check on your "Movers." You can send a quick pre-written email or team mail.
Thirdly, if you don't have a team, use S builder Co-op or purchase some PSAs.
Fourthly, if you still have more time, Visit EZ games or bid at auction, mainly to receive MRP and action VP.
Most importantly, do not waste time on things that are counterproductive for your business.

However, please be carefull how you promote these products. It is a fact that most people join SFI to earn money and not to spend. Therefore, don't drove them away by putting too much emphasis on buying products.
I would suggest that you recommend them to view direct links to product(s) that you think might be of interest to them. Please don't " twist arms."
With that said, proceed with caution.

To build a strong and motivated team, you first must be motivated and believe in the potential of SFI.
You also need to :
1. Provide support, encouragement, and guidance to your team.
2. Use Gift Certificates to boost activities in your downline.
3. Help them to accumulate 1,500 VersaPoints to become EA and above.
4. Reassign Affiliates to those who are active to build their team.
5. Recognize publicly their efforts and achievements at the Forum, in your Stream and Team mails.
6. Cheer them on.
7. Answer all of their concerns and fears honestly.
8. Pay special attention to all your "Movers."
9. Use Google' s translate when necessary.

Can I be successful in SFI without investing any money? And if so, how?

To be honest with you, it would be an uphill task to be successful in your SFI business by investing 0 dollars.
However, you could try in your first month to acquire 1,500 free VersaPoints to become Executive Affiliate (EA).
Secondly, after receiving your 2 Co-sponsored Affiliates ( CSA), you would have to lead them in becoming Team Leaders (TL), afterwards, if you are lucky you could build an active downline.
Beware, that when the second month approaches, You will not have any free VersaPoints to re-qualify you as Executive Affiliate. You would then loose everything that you have worked so hard for.
A Standing Order could be used to prevent this.
However, you would need to spend some money.
So, you would have to spend or someone would have to provide you with the money to spend to be successful.

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

First of all I empathize with you.
There is no need to " cry over spilled milk."
It is time to get proactive.
You need to find out the reason/s why your Affiliates have blocked your emails.
Go to your genealogy and check on the information about those who have blocked your emails.
Please make adjustments accordingly.
Please send a team to those who have blocked your emails and apologize if needed.
Concentrate on the other Affiliates who are receptive to your emails.
Please note these Affiliates are still part of SFI, they just refuse to hear from you.

Which TC Direct products (not ECA products) have you used and really like?

The only TripleClicks direct product I have used so far are TCredits.
I absolutely love them. I have purchased singles, 100 and 125.
This enables me to retain my EA status monthly, play EZ games, and Pricebender auctions. I can also transfer 10TCredits to each of my Affiliates.
I have used them to purchase non- TripleClicks direct products. Haha
What would be a good strategy for attracting senior citizens to SFI?

A senior citizen would be retired or near retirement.
You could encourage the senior citizen to join SFI as a form of long-term investment.
Since a senior citizen needs would be different from someone who is about 35 or younger, SFI would be ideal for him/her.
Younger individuals have a heavy debt or financial burden than a Senior.
Most senior citizen has lots of time on their hand. SFI could occupy some of their time.
A senior citizen is unlikely to hop out quickly from SFI because he or she is less likely looking for overnight riches.
So invite senior citizens to come on board and explore what SFI has to offer.
