It is good but not always necessary.

I believe it is more important to grow the TC portal base by recruiting small businesses and existing business people to become ECA.

There are a number reasons why not to consider becoming an ECA just for the sake of it. Like say you think you can list items or sell new items online for a profit?

That will take skill and added expense with little pay off.

Cons
1. You need experience to be an ECA, selling online will not be easy and thus it is not an automated income of SFI just like selling TC product to random people is not automatic you need selling experience.
2. You should have a physical location or existing website otherwise you need to purchase a $45 Selling License from SFI.
3. Having both experience and a location will help handle the difficult part such as refunds, shipping etc. so it can be hard to manage an ECA

If you do have location and experience, then you will have:

1. Wider reach
2. Easier promotion or cheaper advertising as affiliates from your country connecting with your store will help boost its presence and will be trying market your products for you.
3. With the little online overheads and being an SFI affiliate you will get great commissions and discounts to help boost inventory and profit margin.

To be honest the To-Do list is a great feature of the SFI setup. In addition to the one time start-up tasks, the Start Video, Launchpad and SFI Basics Articles the To-Do is set up to daily guide a new and any affiliate through ALL the tenets of the Affiliate center and the TC e-store while still accumulating valuable VPs.

The key is not just doing the To-Do and not other activities but rather the affiliates may only be doing part of the To-Do list.

Affiliates must be encouraged to attempt and look to complete ALL of the To-DO Actions (where applicable).

Persons who are interested in the To-Do mostly may be trying rack up points to reach EA status. But I like to show affiliates that after the first EA smoke has settled you must do some other things to maintain EA status from month 2 and onward.

I estimate that if a person is consistent to do all daily actions in the To-Do including 20 survey questions, 30 Ask SC ratings, weekly actions, monthly actions, claiming a free DG and also entering in the DG via the Win-It tab you can gain at most 527 VP.

Playing T-time at every hour can guarantee another 60 VP monthly and possibly a chance to win the DC which may bring more VP via Tcredits and/or MRPs wins, but in addition to the basic VP you can earn from the fixed To-Do, you can muster an additional 200 VP from the DG and up to 200 VP from EZ games and 500 VP from PB auction bids per month.

But of course this is all estimated (by actions without investing) that added to your fixed To-do you could at best chance add 400 VP giving you only 927 VP, leaving your 573 VP short of EA status.

The are other obvious the other parts of the To-Do affiliates may shy away from:

1. Setting up a 1500 SO (gives additional 100 VP, plus if credits are purchased in that order a guaranteed amount of Tcredits that turn into valuable AVP), eg. a 125 Tcredit SO gives 126 Tcredits which at most gives you 126 AVP at least (you may win more credits EZ games, PB Auctions and DC drawings) plus the valuable 1500 SVP from the SO. Conditionally you can gain 2 PSAs from your bids that can bring at least 100 VP if they reach EA).
2. Commit to become an awesome sponsor and implement Rules of Success and SFI Basics to recruit and duplicate and earn from 100-500 VP per sponsored Team Leader
3. Contribute in the Ask SC community to gain up to 100 VP per top rated answer
4. Invest in the TC marketplace not only buying SFI related products like Tcredits, S-builder and W3 to earn more credits but also items that interest you in order to generate SVP (to which there is no limit).
5. As you progress in your 3rd and 4th months as EA you will be able to access other parts of the "To-Do" such as 5 VP for each re-assignment of PSAs, 500 VP for being paid by payoneer and 10 VP monthly for rating your upline.
6. Being generally consistent in ALL areas of the To-Do list brings greater chances that you will win contests *E365, DG, DC, W3, Leadership, Upline and other) and create consistent flow of VPs and income.

This outline always provides the meaningful motivation needed as it shows them how they need to apply To-Do as a natural progression over their lifetime at SFI.

This answer is a straightforward one: Purchase 1 Tcredit for each 126 MRP earned!

Benefits of each such purchase:
1. You get 102 SVP
2. 1 AVP in the form of the Tcredit where you can bid, download, list or play in the TC super-store
3. An additional 5 MRP

Whenever you purchase on TC super-store you get an additional 5 MRP (plus whatever MRP is associated with that purchase). But after you have purchased either directly with cash or via Tcredit the best MRP purchase is this singleton purchase which is very valuable when you do have the 126 MRP to do so.

This use of each 126 MRP earned will go a long way in building your Team Leader status by building up SVP and AVP. Not only does this purchase help you accumulate VP it keeps the affiliate active and increases the chance of them winning in DG, DC and E365 (and other) contests which coincidentally can also grow your MRP in some cases.

Storing up your MRP for a big purchase is desirable but will be futile unless you become active and have won a few Tcredits and direct MRP through contests. Anything less will see you losing your valuable MRP since they expire 1 year after issue and product values in MRP are subject to change.

If you are a large transfer buyer say you purchase well over $500 monthly volume on the TC super-store then you will be able to accumulate MRP for big purchases like say an iPad, smart phone or even laptop.

But if you are not a large buyer implement any of the following to accumulate more MRP:
1. Stay active in W3 and you will get 50 MRP per month
2. As a new affiliate or fast-tracker buy as many NMP at $20 a piece you will get loads of MRP and Tcredits per pack
3. As much as you can recycle any Tcredits using Double MRP auctions and Double MRP games to get 10 MRP per bid or play.

These steps that can be used and continue as I said above to purchase single Tcredits until you hit a bigger MRP jackpot.

My simple answer. All of them!

The best way to display a banner is to keep it relevant and fresh. SFI has so many good banners that the best way is to rotate banners in a relevant way on your website via an appropriate article.

Just choose the specific topic and group the specific relevant banners in that rotator to display.

I use javascript to actively and randomly rotate my banner groups but you can also use a custom URL rotator and fix that in the HTML code of your website.

No. This is simply because if your PSA is doing well to achieve TL status that means he/she is building their business. Apart from month 1 and reaching that first default EA status from reading and connecting to SFI's resources you need to build your business via transfer buying through the setting up of an SO. With Tcredits being the main purchase your affiliate will be building at their own pace set by budget and time constraints. Using the TC portal can see them buying great products and selling them as a business or just using them as a talking point spreading the word (as it is designed) and they get PRMs the get PSAs, ECAs etc. The can buy team building products such as referrals, Co-op builders and websites all from in-house and they can also be advertising and marketing on their own.

So you see if an affiliate is striving for TL status they can never be doing it too fast they will be constrained by their own budgets and timelines but they will be building their business which in turn build their team and vice-verse. It is a win-win whenever you have PSAs who go for the bronze, silver, gold, platinum or diamond.
