The best thing is that knowledge is no longer a privilege for people who have money to pay for Higher Education and Courses. You can find free tutorials and lessons about almost anything.
I have a university degree in marketing, but the formal education provided me with just the theoretical basis. Even previous experience did not allow many chances for personal development, because it was limited to tasks in the job description.
Only when I started working here, as an associate, and when I became compelled to make my own major decisions, I began to truly learn.
Lessons, tutorials and other people's experiences are a good basis, but it will have value only when you use them.

What are the best ways to create an effective personal website for SFI?

1. Keep it simple! In this case less is more.
2. Try to inform - not to advertise!

- At your home page you can point out 3-5 reasons why SFI is a great opportunity.
- You can explain how do we make money here (Comp Plan). Try to explain it in a simple and understanding way.
- Promote TripleClicks
- Point out some interesting information about SFI itself,
- Provide contact information.
- Make sure that you include your gateway links on each page.
- Design should be attractive and professional - but very simple too.
4. Remember: Everything on your website should lead to your gateway links. Remove all unnecessary distractions (pointless pictures, banners, etc.). Try to provide interesting and valuable information.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

It's individual I think.
But my perfect scenario goes like this:
- In first few weeks new PSA contacts me daily - asking questions about SFI system. Thanks to these questions I understand if PSA/CSA is trying or wants everything on a "silver plate".
- After few weeks - my PSA is too busy working with it's own PSAs.
I think that everyone should understand: SFI ranking, Compensation Plan, VP system and other basics, by the time they reach E365 finals (Round 6). The rest is up to them.
Tip:
- Create your own FAQ list. It is true that all informations are provided on SFI, but all these information can be confusing for new affiliates. Abstract the most important basic things - Organize answers and important instructions on a website. You can include this links in your New PSA Greeting.
In this way you save your time, and your downline can use it too.

The best way to attract citizens (or any other specific group of people) is to learn their problems and to offer the solutions to their problems. Adjust your campaign to their preferences (ad text, pictures, etc.). In further communication, understand that they probably do not have computer skills, but they are more likely to take this business seriously.

You should use SFI's system - that is a good start. But you must understand and consider cultural, demographic, economic, educational...and individual differences between people. We work with people, not with numbers!
In other words - use SFI's system as a basis, you will need to adjust to some special circumstances.
And everyone should develop their own style eventually. Start with basic rules, consider every idea, and make your own way by experience.

Really, The best way is to follow SFI recommendations:
- Daily actions,
- Weekly actions,
- Monthly actions.
These tasks guide our actions on what we really need to do, without wasting additional time, and help us to create useful habits.
It maybe takes 30-60 minutes to do this actions. But when you start some serious advertising, and team building, use this guidelines as a pattern for all other actions you take.

If you have a large, active downline, you could use social networks too. Most of them provides the ability to create some kind of the communities. For example, you can create a group on Facebook and ad your entire downline. They can meet, share information, share experience, motivate others by bragging about success.

We are here because of money. But that should never be the main goal.
You need to decide your purpose beyond that, you need mission and vision.
Money is always a tool to satisfy the needs. Ask yourself why do you need that money, and you will find much stronger motivation for yourself.
I am here to eventually earn my financial freedom and to help the others to do the same.

Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

The answer is simple - PSAs.
But pay attention on quality, not quantity. It is better to invest your resources on few good working PSAs, and train them to be a good team leaders. This will be your main income resource, and your way to the top.
And on that way, at each level, as a reward you get CSAs too.
