Do it just like a Teacher who motivates a child who is inactive or doesn't get the understanding correctly. They may not be guided properly till now or due to lack of awareness about the SFI program. Talk to them if you can and send emails regularly to bring them up. They may be not getting it properly with your advertising or mails.

1. Review your current practices to the down line..
2. Imagine or plan a new way forward.
3. Try it out and take feed back on it
4. Modify your action plan if required
5. Make a final action plan that works..
