I believe in 'incentives'.
Send an encouraging email to your Team about the incentives they will be rewarded with at the end of the month, if they do their "To-Do List" every single day AND they buy/sell TripleClicks products. You decide what amount of money they must reach to earn a gift certificate of $10, etc.
The only problem is that most people are not able to spend too much monies, due to not earning well, or, being unemployed.
If you are lucky enough to have a Team that can spend some monies comfortably, you will definitely get a good response, if incentives are implemented.
Later on, your Team will start getting into the 'swing of things' and get their own PSA's, etc, which will be beneficial to all.
