Good question, I think you can spoil your affiliates by spoon feeding them.
Being a Sponsor you want to answer their questions and let them know what they are behind on by just looking at their Ledger, you can tell right away if someone don't understand their To Do list and everyday actions. As a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, your goal is to recruit and Train.

What would be a good strategy for attracting senior citizens to SFI?

Most senior citizens are already on facebook and very familiar with the internet and have time on their hands to spend, most would enjoy doing this kind of business.
I'd start by getting aunts and uncles involved, then post some ads in classifieds.

I would start by contacting my sponsor and co-sponsor to let them know your ready to go and ask them for help or guidance, I do this even though they've contacted you with a welcome letter.
I'm positive your sponsor will love to hear from you.
When I started a year ago, to me it didn't seem my sponsor was motivated because I saw his activity in his badges, I had more than my sponsor.
But today he's back on track and we both contact each other regularly.
It's team work and motivation.

Make sure your affiliate profile is completed. Login once a day to complete your daily to do list so that you can learn valuable information about how to run your SFI business. Gain 1500+VP to maintain your EA status every month and participate in SFI contests that are running daily. Preform all tasks to get every action vp point possible each day. Teach your down line to do the same.

There really is not a way to ensure that you'll only get serious affiliates, you have to contact them as soon as they join your team and fill them out and fill them in.
Give them what you know and explain to them how this works, be the teacher everyone loves. show them how to get their 1500 vp points right off the bat, then explain to them they must login every day and also get a standing order for the month.
show them the Earnings calculator, explain to them they will need to get other affiliates "PSA's" just like them self doing the same thing.
Express the value of the VP Ledger and why everyone needs to look at that all the time to make sure they have not missed any VP points.
There is a lot to teach, so get busy.

Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

Ask SC, SFI Forum, Ask Gery, Email your sponsor, Co-sponsor and team leaders.
Ask your A2A friends that have a high rank.
Mostly just post a question in the Forum, you'll get your answer quick.
Don't get in a rush, read everything and you'll find the answer to your questions.
Make sure to open your emails from SFI news and read it, take your time.
