When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

I evaluate my success on SFI from the goals and target i set for my self which am expected to meet within a day, a week and month not only form badges and earnings.
I also evaluate my Success base on my sales target, number of PSAs i recruit and PSAs that i have active, number of mails i deliver in a day and so much more...
