What are the best ways to use printed flyers to attract PSAs/PRMs/ECAs?

Flyers are no doubt a good way to advertise products sales.
But to attract a prospective PSAs,PRMs or ECAs; It would be best to use the X-cards; they are small and like other business cards can be kept in its compartment in the wallet or purse. You can order for these cards from TripleClicks product gateway.
Pass the X-cards to anyone and explain what it is about and they would immediately pick interest in what you have to say better on a one on one basis.
Using flyers would not be very effective as the attitude to flyers differ. From surveys on flyers, More than 85% would dispose them after having a glance at it. 12% would keep them in a place where they could easily forget them. Less than 3% would follow the instructions on flyer.
As compared to attitude of people to Business cards, Flyers are less effective.

Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

An ECA has no restriction to the borders it can cover to sell its item.
Therefore an advise to restrict shipping your item locally would be same as saying, please restrict your earning potentials as an ECA.
You should do more local shipping but you must also get international shipping rates from your local courier or postal services and be prepared for any international orders.
You never know who would click and order your item first. It may be 100% International buyer or 100% Local buyers. So either ways you have to just be prepared for them.

TripleClicks Gift Cards are a gamble recruiting tools `so to speak` so be sure to have at the back of your mind a 50/50 response rate just as there are only two sides to a coin ~ either they use it or they dont use it!
* There is a 90% failure rate of your TC Gift Card not to be used if given out to strangers or passers by, as may may think its a trap to get them hooked on something"
^ To ensure that atleast 90% of the Gift cards you send out are used; YOU MUST give them out to your close folks` family, colleagues, pals... etc. That way it is easier to communicate~ telling them to use it~ or getting their fast response of why they cant use it immediately!

_/ Most of all, when your ROI_Return on Investment_ is positive.

People would sure come in and out of any Online Business Concept for so many reasons. It has nothing to do with you.
_/ When most people come into an online business and some leaves afterwards, it still leaves some others who are ready and willing to take chances to make it online.
** But when most people join in and most of those people leaves, it means that online business has nothing to offer.
SFI falls in the category of the latter(_/) which means you should not give up but to keep searching and looking for other prospects,you will and should get some very interested ones.

TripleClicks Member listing has no restriction as to what to list. It says "list your unused items" for sale and earn money. Most people but things and list on, but end up not selling them, as such losing more $ instead of earning it.
The Qs should be; "how to get your listings out there to be viewed, clicked-on, reach a good audience and be purchased as soon as its published. This of-course would depend on your ability to market your product link mostly to social gatherings.
Pls adhere strictly to the advise, "list your unwanted and unused items" and it wont matter when you sell them. If you do on time; GOOD! if it delays a bit, no need to stress as they would still remain unwanted pending the time of sale.

Pick the Price Game is more of a guess work. If you predict anywhere close to the final price, you may also be winner.
In predicting the price effectively, you must check the past auctions winning prices against the time of day when it happened. This way you can predict same price for the same period of time it occurred. With this you may win or be close to winning from the Pick the Price Zackpot.
