When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

Hi , the first thing is to know him a little better , then as conversation goes you nicely explaion them what to do first and then next one etc.
The conversation must be in nice tone and with the maximum help provided, and PLEASE do not neglect your PSA, as this leads to quiting his job.
The major problem for all affiliates is "help"...
In my example I have created for my new PSA's a website with all needed help included, some tutorial videos and other things and tricks they should learn about this job.
I do hope that you and your team members apreciate one another, and learn always something new from each other.

Why should anyone want to become an SFI affiliate?

Hi my answer to this question is simple...
One that enters SFI have two choices...
1. Work and do jobs, and earn money
2. Quit and not returnintg to SFI
So, conclusion is simply accept or not!
There is no another alternative.
Except, maybe, those people that come back with time. And still, I think that those people have decided cleverly.
I'm an ECA. Will getting a TCurrency License help to increase my sales?

Yes, in many occasions, it will, like getting benefits and rewards from sales, purchases and other things like MRP (member reward points),
And, may I add that this way you have a "legal" store, and can sell stuff even if you don't have store in your country.

I think that the best way of distribute X cards is public transportation and distributing it across city (parks, marketplaces, cafee's etc.).
Also, consider giving this to your friends to get maximum from it.
Giving it also to your family to distribute to their co-workers can help you a lot.

How is SFI different or better than other affiliate programs?

This is a very good question !
First of all just to say that today you have a hundred ways to earn money over net, and one of those is affiliate programs like SFI...
Some are advanced like the one you are in , and some are not.
As for SFI, I found a good article on internet saying that this SFI have so much to offer to their clients/affiliates, therefore this was a good decision to join in.
Also in this program you currently have an option to buy certain stuff with MRP points that others do not have. Some other sites and programs like these have only a fixed payment to them and refferal affiliate program, in which only can be recruited other people. I do not know how payments there are collected, but one thing I know for sure is that the payments are no higher than this one.

My aproach to this solution is to get my new affiliates up and running, and for doing that I give them a free created website for their promotion and a free web domain for their promotion pourposes. But, to achieve that affiliates must do daily tasks and qualify for EA status every month! Simply : No honey, no money !
Also, if a new affiliate thinks to quit in few days, I encourage them in every possible way to stay active, even if to promise them something ! Sometimes can help, sometimes not.
I'm spending too much time with this and placing a good deal of energy in it, and so far the result is: in just 15 days of creation of my SFI profile (thanks also to my sponsor) i became a Bronze team leader. So far so good.

Hi, I think that both are a great way to prosper in your success.
But there sare differences:
S-builder co-op is for those who have funds , and know how to invest them wisdely.
W3 as named starter kit, means exactly that... For starters, and it's a great way to promote your self, and I will explain how :
I use my car daily to go long ranges, so there is a chance tthat peaople will see sticker on rear side of my car... Some of them asked what this website is for... And there goes the story!
This is also an opportunity to give them x-cards and free promotion tickets along with recruit gateway. This works for me, and hopefully will do for you !

Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

Hi everyone, and first wish you all a happy new year!
First, let's be clean and clear on this:
Many recruited affiliates will notice as soon as they enter SFI: "Why am I doing this, and for another person?!" - this question must be answered as soon as your affiliate joins SFI !
Also to mention, many affiliates will try to do her/his tasks for day or two, and then stops, probably for reason that sponsors not dedicating some time helping them. That's an error!
If you recruit someone and earn money over those affiliates, you must explain them procedure how you became successfull and your own successfull way to achieve that or else there will be no progress with your affiliates nor team members.
One time, I have recruited 3 affiliates at once, and I haven't been home for several days, which means no contact, and guess what ? They returned me by leaving from SFI. They need support and help in any way and always! Specially for those affiliates who do not know or does not speak and read fluently in English. That is also Nb. 2 for discuss! Many affiliates uses auto translate programs like Google or from other third party websites to communicate.
I must also say that when affiliate joins your team, your job as a sponsor is to teach them as quicly as you can to be vital part of your team. If affiliate is stalling, reward him for success with anything you can think off. It realy helps !
Stay focused and remember: "READ AND LEARN" - this tactic should be implemented in your affiliation gateways.

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

Hi, you can use tactics that all succesfull SFI members uses, and that is helping them almost 24/7, if they feel neglected they will not continue their jobs, but if you contact them at least a twice a week, or more, you should be able to motivate them. Also great motivation is to share some rewards with them , like reassigning CSA's etc.
And the great advice for all team leaders is : never give up on someone, give them your best, help them always by any means neccesary !

You must do more than doing your daily tasks and aiming for easy profit, you must attract new csa's psa's and eca's... The easiest way is promotion thru website or blog ! Share it with your friends, colliegues, etc.
Some of them will eventually ask you about all this, but you must provide them good and motivating answers to getr them by your side.
