Hi all !!
I read a lot of answers on how to "best" do the to-do list but nowhere i see the REAL important way to earn valuable VP's.. With all the Teamleaders here I find that strange..
The MOST important action to get VPs is to market TC PRODUCTS !!
All the to-do-list points and actions are bonuses..
Market Tripleclicks and their products and you can get more VPs in a day then you can click in the to-do-list in a month.. Furthermore you also get commissions AND the Executive pool grows !
it is a win-win-win-WIN situation then.. Since all the PRMs you have WILL be your PSAs also ( when they decide to join SFI ) you cannot go wrong promoting TC !

How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

In my opinion that is almost impossible to do. If there was a way I could "turn" people's mindset I would have been millionaire by now.
The only one that can change a mind is the person himself (herself). All you can do is try and give your PSAs the confidence they need to believe in themselves. Most people brought up with the idea that we have different "groups" of people.. Leaders and followers..
But from within we are all the same,.. The difference between a leader and a follower is MINDSET ! If you want something bad enough nothing can stop a leader from getting there as a follower convinces himself he could never do that or acquire that..
Show your PSAs the success stories in the forum,.. The leadership pages,.. the contest winners.. SHow them that they are not "superhumans" but just people like you and me..
You can not change somebody's mind (easily) but you CAN convince people of their capabilities.. They have to decide that they want to succeed before they can actually succeed !

How best to promote SFI to prospects who have no experience with online business?

Hello world,..
In my opinion we do not HAVE to promote SFI to any prospects at all..
We just "lead them to it" and let SFI promote itself !
Nobody can promote SFI better the Gery and his team. All you ( we ) need t do is to ensure our PSAs we will help them every step on their path to success.. And by helping them I mean show them where they can find all the valuable information about SFI and Tripleclicks..
We need to teach them to act on their own as soon as possible so they to can teach others WHERE to find the info..
We do not need to know SFI inside/out (yet).. That will grow over time..
As long as we know where to find answers and how to show others the same our downline will grow and will succeed over time !

What are the best ways to use printed flyers to attract PSAs/PRMs/ECAs?

My thought would be:
To attract PSA's I would post flyer's near labor or employment office's,..
places where people go to to look for jobs.. If there is a office/industrial area near where you live that would be a great spot to to post flyer's..
To attract PRM's i would look closer at market places, family fairs, garage sales or flee markets,.. Places where people go and look for bargains and sales..
At last the ECA's,.. A good place for that would be actually the same places as to attract PSA's.. Maybe add some Malls to it and city centers where the small )mostly long running) businesses are.. There are the business owners too..
But this all only will work if you can post flyer's that are appealing, that catches the eye.. It is more than printing a flyer's and slapping it on walls.. :)
Slap them Eye-hight, places where people not walk by but are standing in line often.. Near elevators, Stairs, Bus stops, stop signs, traffic lights..
places where people have a few seconds time to decide whether to look or go on..

I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

This is a problem we all face now and then. And the ugly truth is that there is not much you can do then what it is you have done already.
If they were active before it means they DO know what they should do but for some reason then decide to quit.
That is sad because as said soooo many times before :
"Winners do not quit and quitters never win."
All you can do is "remind them" once in a while. Remind them why they started in the first place,.. Their hope and dreams.. Remind them that they should give it some time.. Heck it's FREE !!
Remind them that the people who MADE it with SFI are just normal people like you and me.
Maybe even remind them on what it is they have already accomplished.
When doing this make sure you do not send them TO many emails and reminders,.. Maybe once every few weeks.. You don't want to be "pushy" ;)
Also It is a good idea to try and find the PSAs in the different social medias around so you can talk and teach them "live". That always makes people feel "important" when you take time to talk with them and help them personally..

I use my leader status just to show people it is not something for "Privileged" people only,.. If they SEE what I did and hear my life's story they ALL think it is possible and you know why ??
Because it truly is.. SFI teaches and for those who read and learn it works if you just APPLY what you learn.. You as a Bronze-, Silver-, Gold-, or even Platinum Teamleader have the badges to show that you did it thus so can they.
Seeing is believing !!
Do NOT try and impress people just tell them who you are, what you did before and how you as a NORMAL person just like them easily made it Leader just by sticking to it !!

When people ask me "How does SFI work" I mostly tell them:
"For me it works GREAT.
The complete concept of SFI is to big for me to explain in just a short conversation.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do is just log in every day. Every day for the first 30 days SFI sends you a short "training" that you should read and put into practice.
When you do that you will already have a business up and growing within 30 days.
When you run into any problems or if you ever have questions please do not hesitate to contact me at .... and .... or .... (the more ways to contact you the better it is)"
After saying that I explain them about the To-Do list, VP Ledger, Launchpad and so on..
Also I use messengers often just to "chatter" with the PSAs and/or CSAs just to let them know I am online for help with ANYTHING ! Not just work-related but with every question they have.
This works quite well for me..

Transfer Buying is nothing more or nothing less then buying what you purchase daily / weekly or monthly anyway only now at Tripleclicks..
In simple words : Change the "store" you buy at..
Promoting this to your Team members should be rather easy too. Try to make them realize that it is better they earn the profits from the purchases they make themselves.
With every purchase you as a customer earns a little money back and some VP's on top of that.. No other store gives you VP's for buying Shampoos, Soap and other items you might purchase.

I would say that there is no way to ensure the use of the TC Gift cards..
I can give people an envelope with money in there but I cannot force them to open the envelope..
The sad thing about THAT is nobody gets any money and you LOOSE money..
The good thing about the TC Gift cards is that is they are not "redeemed" the amounth will not be subtracted from your account..
So next Birthday's,.. Weddings,.. Business Party's,.. Social events and so on no more giving an envelope with money but envelopes with TC Gift Cards ;)
Now isn't that a great gift that keeps on giving then ?? hahhaha
