Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

The way you approach each and every ECA, must very always. It does not matter which country/region they are from. Even in your own country, the approach must very.
You must be aware that even within a single country people will typically have different ways of approach. Keep in mind that there is a different in cultures, believes and types of communications.
Even within one country or society, people may disagree about how they should speak, dress, eat, or treat others. It also means looking at what we believe about language and communication, and how we use language in our lives. This includes the ways we use language to build and share meaning, to form or change identities, and to make or change relations of power.
Others will like you, respect you and pay attention when you approach them religiously, while others will fume and chase you. Others will want you to call them by their names, while others will get mad for calling them with their names. They will want you to use their titles.
The best way to use is to do research, if possible, about the prospective ECA before approaching them.

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

Running a business is a risk. When taking risks, it must be a calculated risk. Buying PSAs is a risk because you don't know if they will be active or not. To run successful TC/SFI we do need to have PSAs.
According to my calculations, PSAs To Go is better. It has less risks than S-Builder Co-op.
When you purchase PSAs To Go, you are guaranteed that you'll receive your PSAs in about five days from day of purchase. While in S-Builder Co-op you purchase them at your own risk. You have to wait for about two months, ("Typically, you'll begin receiving S-Builder sign-ups within three to four weeks from the end of the month in which you bought your S-Builder units."). You wait for two months, for something you don't know or sure of. Waiting for "no specific results guaranteed, and no refunds are available". You are not even sure whether you gonna receive them or not or when are you going to receive them and how many you gonna receive.
With PSAs To Go, you wait for about five days with peace of mind, knowing 100% sure how many PSAs you'll receive in about five days time, just praying that you receive active PSAs.

How can I promote the New Member Pack (NMP) to boost and grow my SFI business?

Since NMP is a special introductory package available to new SFI Affiliates/TripleClicks Members during their first 10 days in the program, it is best promoted to new PSAs and CSAs on their first days (1 - 10 days).
To boost and grow your business, it is better to explain to your PSAs and/or CSAs what is Fast Track and the benefits of it. After explaining advice them to buy NMP as a better way to be Fast Trackers and the added benefits of buying it.
Always remember to tell them what they will benefit. It is always about them, not about you.

Sponsoring SFI affiliates is the best. SFI is mainly about Residual and leverage Income.
1. Residual Income is income that keeps coming in month after month, year after year, from work you do just ONCE.
2. Leveraged Income is earning money through other people's efforts. There are only 24 hours in a day. Hence, there's only so much you can earn through your own efforts. But with SFI, you can earn Leveraged Income (in the form of "override" commissions) when affiliates you've sponsored in SFI make sales.
You can not get enough of this, or may not get it at all by referring TripleClicks members.
Sponsoring SFI affiliates is the best.

The most important thing in anything that we do, is understanding. We need to understand why we must do things and how we must do them. To get understanding about SFI, we need to read our training and understand it.
Mr. Gery in LaunchPad day 11 says: “It takes time to get to know all the nuances of a business. It takes time to get to know the products. It takes time to develop a game plan. It takes time to figure out what marketing activities will work best for you.”
The best way to get your new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them. Is to encourage, motivate and help them to read their training and understand it. When they understand SFI, then you can start giving them the ways, methods and strategies that you are using yourself to succeed.
This will help them to speed with SFI because they won’t have to go out and waste time trying new ways, methods and strategies to grow their businesses because they will be using your own ways, strategies and methods. Their success will be guaranteed because you are using those ways, methods and strategies yourself and you are there to help and guide them. So it will be as if you are the one who is using them with extended hands. That is duplicating, recruiting new members and teaching them to do what you are doing.

I’m a believer. SFI have been around for more than 17 years and is a successful online business. I believe that if we follow their system as it is, it will be the best and most effective strategy we should use when we start with SFI and if we want to be successful like them.
SFI strategy is as follow:
1. START – you just watch a short video about SFI.
2. SFI BASICS - You MUST read to understand how SFI works.
3. LAUNCHPAD - This is your SFI 30 days training.
What you must do is just to follow it. Just read and understand then apply the strategies you learnt from the training. In the training you get the SFI strategy called "the ultra-simple 3-step plan". It is as follow:
Step 1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
Step 2. Recruit five affiliates.
Step 3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
It is that simple. I believe if you have read your training and understand it. It won’t be difficult to do the ultra-simple 3-steps and I believe it is the best and most effective way to start since it has been proven. When you follow it, then you’ll be successful like SFI.

Just tell your downline that if they are like most people, they are already buying many of the same products TripleClicks sells—but from other stores or sources. They can transfer their buying. Each affiliate snapshot contains all information about that affiliate.
It contains an affiliate's photograph, name, location, VIP title and rank badges, Power Rank, Class Rank, Country Rank, Booster Club status, S-Builder Co-op status, and any personally submitted business tips. There's also a link to the Affiliate Manager for that affiliate if you're his/her sponsor or co-sponsor. Affiliate Snapshots are also available on most SFI Leaderboards.
When you need to help that affiliate, you can check anything about that affiliates and give that affiliate appropriate advice or help.

You can see: VersaPoints, S-Builder, Geographic, write/read private notes/comments for your eyes only about your affiliates, etc. You can use this things accordingly to get most out of one's genealogy. It also makes you see the movers and those who are lacking behind. It helps/guides you to take take proper actions and to send proper messages to your affiliates.
