it should be obvious that you will need to continuously lead your new PSAs to take certain actions beneficial to both of you but the new PSA is ignorant of many of these actions. He will only be responding positively if you can build trust from on set.
later when he has studied and followed you, he will have historical rewards for following you and will almost "sheepishly" comply with whatever you say.
so whatever you can to build trust, to build friendship, please do. it will help.
