My follow up emails that has yielded me results are:
1. My Warm welcome letter at their home page. This is what they see when they first sign.
This sets them up for a good start and i've found out that most began well.
2. This is to teach them about the fast tracker and its benefits, the time limit and the extension. Many had the eager to do so.
To some i give 10GC to assist them.
3. I teach them about how the system works and the different Ways that they can earn. E.g
a. Be an Executive every month and maintain it.
B. Raise 5 people.
C. Teach a and b to them.
How to earn is to follow their SFI Basics and their launchpad.
4. I teach them how to create sales via their SFI and Tripleclicks gateway and to teach them my ways of creating sales e.g my ECA Store and promoting Tripleclicks Products.
5. Teach them about the essence of buying from their Tripleclicks Stores and how to aid their business.
6. Teach them about the DD program and my incentives.
7. I teach them the essence of learning via reading their training tools and the SFI news etc to increase their earning.
8. I also teach them on how to win a pricebender auctions.
I try as much as possible to break this up in different emails to avoid information overload.
SFI is wide in information already and i wouldn't want to make the info a repetition to them.
It can make my email a boredom.

To be effective, you need to be a winner yourself.
You can't tell your team to go for what you yourself have not achieved.
When i saw that my sponsor had won 2 of the contest, it gingered me to win mine. When i won last summer, my sponsor won Level 5 and won again the winter. When i saw the benefits of the level 5, i wanted it and that was to build new Team Levels. I began to think of raising some and am already working towards it.
2. Tell them the requirements and benefits of the contest.
Like i said, your winning even one will give it a spice because you've enjoyed the benefits. This has been my primary stimulator for my team to participate in the Leadership contest.
3. I show them how to begin and how to win, telling them the various levels that there are and the benefits for each. I tell them to try to raise 4 EAs in their team for 3 months and they'l win the Level 1 and i tell them of the SFI flashlight, keyholder plus 100Tcredit that they'l win and what they could do with the Tcredit plus the Ultimate duel of the leadership drawing which is the SFI inscripted Apple ipad.
My response has been great.

Your question is two in 1: when and how.
To answer number 1, when. It all depends on you. When is a time factor.
Secondly, it depends on what your goals and when you want it accomplished e.g you may tell yourself that i want to make $3,500/mth or i want to be a DTL or PTL or raise 100 active PSAs or 6,000 EA2s down your line. It all depends on what you want and the timing you want it accomplished and sustainable.
To answer question 2, how?
Again, this is determined on what you want as given in the above.
How? Is to set up a strategy that gives you a continual and consistent inflow of income.
B. Set up an ECA Store. This will continue to generate funds for you when you retire.
C. Refer as many ECAs as you can.
D. Get enough active PRMs that will help ynu sustain the business even when you are not active.
E. Be a Team Leader to accumulate more CSAs.
F. Raise a successor who'l be capable to help your team grow and can be an excellent leader to them and can support and help them and a good promoter/marketer.
G. Raise sufficient, strong and active team that can work on their own without your help.
Lastly, set up a standing order and a perpetual fund to take care of it for you that way, you don't lose your commission, perks and other benefits.

To lead by example requires the following:
1. Being a successful leader. Nobody follows a failure. This is the pivot of everything.Your success will speak in your earnings as well as your badges and what you've won in the business. That is what they will want to see first. This is the yardstick that'l demonstrate your leading example.
2. Being a good example to your team. Show them that SFI works by the way you run your SFI business.
3. Accomplishing first what you are asking them to do. Be a doer of your instructions.
4. The building qualities and skills and the ability to lead. Not everybody can lead but it can be developed. You must have the qualities that make you a true leader. It is these traits your team will also see in you before you can demonstrate your leading example to them.
5. Ability to help and support them when necessary and when needed. John C Maxwell said, 'your team will overlook your absence, but they will never forget your absence when they needed you most'.
6. Ability to teach, train and help them to be successful. This is you duplicating yourself in them. This is the peak of leadership. The ability to train others to the point where you are no more needed and they can operate their business on their own and that without your support. This is like creating other leaders in your team. This is the power of duplication.
7. Ability to win the Leadership Challenge Contest at least once. This badge is the proof of your leadership ability, acknowledged by SFI themselves. This is will boost your team's morale and momentum to accomplish the same.
8. Attaining the Leadership rank.
Like my sponsor would say, 'attaining the TL rank challenges your team to rise higher in rank as well because they see you attain it. If you wait, they too will wait. Waiting for you to attain it first'.
8. Make sure that you attain as much badges as you can with many laurels of winnings to show for it. I realize that you are an ECA. That's good. This will encourage your team members to become one and know that you are a serious leader worth duplicating. That is another way to demonstrate your leading example.
These will boost your confidence to teach, train and lead your team and they'l believe you because they see you do it and they will follow suit.

4. Warm marketing technique: This is the technique that one of my PSA's used to become a Wave Maker. This is speaking to friends and famililies and co workers.
5. Explaining briefly the requirements to become one and showing them the most effective ways of benefitting.
6. Playing and winning of games, thus sharing the share and win link to people closest to them that believes in them, challenging them through the gotclicks link.
7. Pasting the Wave 3 banner on their blogs and websites to create sign ups of PRMs.
8. Writing of rich content of the wave 3 membership on their blogs and websites to create interest and curiousity in their prospects.
9. Distribution of Wave 3 flyers inside the taxis, cafes, restaurants, receptionists etc.

i would answer your first question, how often?
I would suggest as often as it is necessary and needed. Why? Because, new challenges or improvements or help might be needed by your CSAs. Some might be in groups or as individuals.
As a group, once a week is advisable to avoid information overload. Then depending on your CSA's individual performance, it'l require consistent communication especially if the individual CSA was once inactive and now its active and wants to learn. Such CSAs should not be kept waiting, but the line of communication open for as long as and as often as the CSAs need help. I've such CSAs like that and i've opened a line of communication as it require my helping the CSA.
To answer your 2nd question as to ways to contact them?
You can contact them through:
1. The CSA Mailer.
2. Through the Genealogy Filter, where you can select a specified date of your CSAs to communicate with them. This helps you to differentiate those who are active and those who are not and give them the required help. This gives you the opportunity to send different emails that suits each CSAs needs.
3. E-Cards: This comes in handy as it is needed. Here, you can use it as a personalized letter to a specific CSA either to welcome, congratulate, or give tips etc.
4. CSAs Greeting: This is one of the most effective ways of contacting your new CSAs or perhaps your 2nd Home CSAs.
Before i never knew the importance of this tool until recently. It made me more effective as a co sponsor as i was able to welcome my new CSAs to my team and SFI as soon as they are given to me. This puts me at rest to let me know that i've set them on a good start by my CSA greeting even when am not aware. I've seen my new CSA started well through this way and i've been following them up.
I update my CSA greeting as i see it necessary to suit their needs and keep them active.
5. Social Network: i've seen facebook the most effective so far. I communicate and follow up my CSAs through this medium as well.
6. Emails: I send personal emails to the CSAs who i'm following up.
7. I also do this through the TeamMail via the Genealogy report.
These are the ways that i've discovered and i've known to work so well for me.

3. Look for serious and committed members.
4. Train your team members to become active members.
5. Check your genealogy to locate those who have been committed to maintain their ranks e.g your movers. These are part of your team that you can support to teach or train to build their downline.
Strategies to use for my New PSAs vs Older Ones is to:
1. Know each other's strength and so my attention will vary.
2. Give 70% of my focus to my new PSAs since they are new and they need guidance. I'l help them till they are strong enough.
Since the older ones are not new and have been around to know the system.
I'l understand also the weakness and the strength of the older ones by making myself available to them to support and to give my help in anyway.
I'l treat both parties the same by understanding them both and giving support as it arises.

You can't control the human will.
2. Show and let them know the benefits that is attached in becoming an EA2. This will give them a desire and focus to pursue it as a goal.
3. Building a good relationship with your team is another key, because the more they trust you, the more they will work with you to achieve it.
4. Letting them know the earning of genearating EA2s which is the matching vp. So it is not just them being an EA2 but teaching their team to do the same, thus maximising the power of duplication.
5. Teaching those who can't afford the SO another way to become one and that is by playing the differentp EZ games and winning them and in the process winning free Tcredits which they can use in the DP auction, thereby buying Tcredits from the MRP to play games and at the same time earning their required vp.
6. They can participate in the Ask Sc, DG, Tripleclicks sales etc for free vps. These i will call utilizing the unlimited Vp Principle.
I used the above ways to requalify as an EA2 for 4 months straight With many free Tcredits from PTP wins.

I noticed that some of them are hardworking but are slow in navigating the system.

A. The SFIBasics and that is how SFI works.
B. Training Tools. Here i encourage them on the aspect of learning first before earning.
C. The Benefit/ Compensation plan: Here, i let them how they can earn in the business via sponsorship through team building, creating sales, duplication and acquiring versa points and also how to earn without investment.
2. I update my Leadership page to teach them on how to navigate through the business and be successful.
3. I teach a little bit about the fast tracker program in my PSA/CSA greetings and show them how it works and how they can benefit.
4. I show them and teach them from my emails and LP about my best tips in creating adverts to make sales. I also show them the advertising sites, marketing skills i use to get results.
5. I let them understand the importance of the Forum and the Ask Sc and what it can do for them.
6. I support them as much as i could individually connecting with them at the social networks to assist them with the system.
7. I send an email to them to teach them on how to create signs up and how to make sales via the TripleClicks/SFI gateways.
8. I teach them on how to win the Pricebender Auctions and the Eager Zebra games, what they are and how to win
9. I teach them the importance and the power of creating Standing Orders and havingTcredits and MRPand their usefulness in maintaining their rank and other benefits.
